"Check in process was easy and fast. Deposit 1,000 thai baht and it is refundable upon check out. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy and clean. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean and hot shower was nice. Walking distance to the Lee Garden area about 5 minutes walk. Along the way have several 7eleven outlets. Also many restaurants nearby. About 9 minutes going to the Asean Night Bazaar & Central Hatyai Mall by Grab or Bolt. Overall it was a great stay here."

"I was able to check in right away at 2pm. The room was basic but there was no hair dryer, safe nor a kettle. The room was big and spacious though the air conditioner made quite loud sounds when it was set to a lower temperature. The table in the middle of the room was able to be moved so we could combine our beds. The shower is all just basic. The shower head could be fickle. There was an instance where water wouldn’t come out even though it was on. Water pressure would vary depending on the rooms given. My room had a weak water pressure whereas my parents had a strong water pressure. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I needed to check out late."

"The hotel is located strategically in Hatyai, convenient to popular food, attractions, massages and shopping. There is a secured basement car park, check in is easy and room wise although slightly dated it is clean and spacious.

"The location is great, near Lee Garden Night Market, just a couple blocks from the hotel.
The facility is ok and got a coffee shop on the 1st floor.
The inconvenience is that it is quite hard to travel if you didn't have any transportation and 7-11 is also quite far (about 3 blocks) and the water temperature for the bathroom is quite hard to adjust😄.
Other than that, everything is just fine and will come again next time."

"Home away from home. The place feels like my home with all the comforts. Big thanks to Chin for making my travel very smooth and pleasant. She helped with recommendations for places to eat in Hatyai and also organized where I can shop and go for massage. She is a local who loves her city. The location is easy for Grab drivers to find and is near Florida night market. Try the crispy biscuits from the cart outside. It's good."

The hotel is clean, bright, and peaceful. Everything is well taken care of, and the atmosphere is calm and comfortable.
On my last two trips, Jub at the front desk gave me great suggestions as soon as I arrived. Special Thanks to her and all reception staff as well for the warm welcome and support

Need to change room. 2nd room need to change room too due to basin taps loose can't be use properly. Exhaust bathroom also not working.. I think the hotel maintenance is poor. Overall, reception service staff is good and housekeeper too. Location near to Central Hatyai shopping, Greenway and Aseania..
Hope that hotel maintenance improves.

YYangHSWe went during the red alert flood period, electricity was cut off and nobody was able to get out from the hotel. The hotel provided us 3 meals per day and also mineral water, helped us out by finding boats to airport, the staff was super helpful during such a devastating situation. The hotel deserved a 5 stars review on their management on this kind of rare condition. Otherwise the room amenities was as normal hotel, clean and tidy. Location also walkable from airport shuttle drop off point and 2 convenience store.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. We arrived late, but the staff welcomed us with big smiles and made the check-in process smooth and efficient. The room, including the bathroom, was clean and well-maintained.
One of the things we appreciated was the convenience of the location. There's a 7-Eleven just around the corner, which is very handy. The hotel is also quite close to the ASEAN Night Market and Central Hat Yai, making it easy to explore the area.
Although the hotel doesn't provide dedicated parking, there were a few parking spaces available in front of the hotel and along the back alley. However, it can get quite full at night due to the bar next door. We still managed to find parking during our stay, but at times you may need to walk a little.
Downsides:
The biggest issue is the bar located right next to the hotel. It gets quite loud after 10 PM, and we could clearly hear the music in our room. If you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this might be a problem.
The water drainage in the bathroom was poor on the first night, causing the bathroom to flood after a shower. It improved slightly on the second night, but the water still pooled before eventually draining.
We booked a twin room, and one of the beds was quite wobbly—it shook every time someone moved. The other bed was fine, though.
Despite these issues, the friendly service and convenient location made our stay enjoyable. If the noise and minor maintenance issues don’t bother you, this hotel is a decent choice for a short stay in Hat Yai.

VVieraskäyttäjäEverything is very good. The room is clean and in good condition. I like it's Lobby which smells good with coffee flavour. It is very near to Central Hatyai which is about 150m within walking distance. Though the road towards the main road is a bit quiet and dark at night. There are plenty of Free car parks surrounding the hotel.
I strongly recommend the breakfast offered by the hotel. It costs only THB119/set with free flow of coffees, Milo, and fruit teas. The main course offered is delicious and its value is definitely more than the money we paid.
The only upset is the room is not sound proof from the corridor. And if the hotel could provide more pillows that will be a plus to it.
Overall I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Will definitely come back and recommend it.
