"The location is very near to ASEAN Night Bazaar, Hat Yai Bus Station and 7 Eleven. Arrive around 9.30am and very fortunate to be able to check in. Deposit is 200baht in cash. Has iron and hot water upon request. Has two buildings, at each side of the road and the interior is very new and comfortable plus cheap considering the location. Highly recommended. Definitely will stay here again when visiting Hat Yai."

"I'd give Hoshi 10 stars if I could. This is one of my favorite hotels ever. Everything was so thoughtfully and practically designed whilst staying right on theme. Felt like our own private retreat. Best of all, it was truly sparkling clean. Even in 5 star resorts, you will still see dead zones that the cleaning staff missed, especially the blinds and the dreaded mouldy grout around the shower/bath area. I was legitimately shocked to find everything genuinely spotless. Really appreciate the hospitality and warmth of the staff as well, thanks for going the extra mile for my wife's birthday celebration. Thank you Mint for everything! May Hoshi Hotel prosper for many years to come, I'm looking forward to coming back someday!"

Value for money: Reasonably priced given the central location.  Amenities: Rooms include minibar/fridge, smart TV, free WiFi, and the hotel offers complimentary coffee/toast in lobby.  I personally prefer a firmer bed, which doesn’t cause back pain. The water pressure in the shower isn’t very strong, but it’s still acceptable. It could be improved, but I will definitely come back next time."

Every time I come to Hat Yai, my only job is to book the hotel and Casa 33 is always our first choice. The hotel is clean, bright, and peaceful. Everything is well taken care of, and the atmosphere is calm and comfortable. On my last two trips, Jub at the front desk gave me great suggestions as soon as I arrived. The location is great, near Lee Garden Night Market, just a couple blocks from the hotel. The facility is ok and got a coffee shop on the 1st floor. The inconvenience is that it is quite hard to travel if you didn't have any transportation and 7-11 is also quite far (about 3 blocks) and the water temperature for the bathroom is quite hard to adjust😄. Other than that, everything is just fine and will come again next time.

The room averagely clean. But my first experience was disappointing. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nites. My 1st room check in smell of cigarette smokes. Need to change room. 2nd room need to change room too due to basin taps loose can't be use properly. Exhaust bathroom also not working.. I think the hotel maintenance is poor. Overall, reception service staff is good and housekeeper too. Location near to Central Hatyai shopping, Greenway and Aseania.. Hope that hotel maintenance improves. The bedroom deco not what it's in the photo..

We went during the red alert flood period, electricity was cut off and nobody was able to get out from the hotel. The hotel provided us 3 meals per day and also mineral water, helped us out by finding boats to airport, the staff was super helpful during such a devastating situation. The hotel deserved a 5 stars review on their management on this kind of rare condition. Otherwise the room amenities was as normal hotel, clean and tidy. Location also walkable from airport shuttle drop off point and 2 convenience store.

On hienoa tietää tämä paikka, ei niin kaukana Lee Garden tai Keski-Festival HatYai.. Talo on hyvin suuri ja hyvin puhdas. Omistaja on hyvin lämmin ja tervetullut. Ei ole pysäköinti , mutta voimme pysäköidä edessä talon ja alueen ympäri talon (3 autoja voidaan sopia ja turvallinen, Malesia matkustajat voivat ajaa auto ja pysäköidä täällä sitten voit soittaa Grab Auto tai Grab TukTuk se on erittäin mukava, Hinta on reilua ja älä tuhlaa aikaa käsitellä Hat Yain huijari TukTuk mutta sinun täytyy soittaa Grab pois TukTuk's line ex. Lee Graden )) Hyvä jäädä Big Family on lapsi ja aikuisten tilaa .. Erittäin mukava !! Suosittele !!!

I was able to check in right away at 2pm. The room was basic but there was no hair dryer, safe nor a kettle. The room was big and spacious though the air conditioner made quite loud sounds when it was set to a lower temperature. The table in the middle of the room was able to be moved so we could combine our beds. The shower is all just basic. The shower head could be fickle. There was an instance where water wouldn’t come out even though it was on. Water pressure would vary depending on the rooms given. My room had a weak water pressure whereas my parents had a strong water pressure. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I needed to check out late.
