New hotel very clean very quite and the room is spacious with very reasonable price compared to the great service and cleanliness of the room. The staff are exceptional they were very welcoming and extremely helpful. Very kind and respectful. Many thanks Christian and the whole team there. For the price of USD100 per night including Arabic daily breakfast sending to your room is definitely value for money. Apartment style living that can accommodate two adults in a big spacious room. Conveniently located near Granada Mall and with lots of eateries outlets to choose from. For daily housekeeping service, they do not automatically clean and change your bedding and toiletries, tell them in advance if you need the services or just top-up on anything whenever you need it, no question ask.

Rooms are good with all the required amenities. Service is good. They clean rooms everyday but on intimation. There is smoke smell in our hall whenever neighbours smoked in their room and that was a great discomfort to me and my 10 month old kid. Car parking was an issue for us. There is no private parking for the property. Other than that we had a good stay for a week in the hotel.

Great hotel, great location, great staff. To be honest the staff were very catering, I even checked out later than I was allowed to which I really appreciate from them and they let me leave my luggage in the hotel when I was leaving for a short while, would definitely recommend.

Overall the room and experience was pretty good - big room, with washing machine, microwave and various other things. There wasn't much service, but I want really looking for any, just a place to stay. There wasn't much in the immediate area, but it seems you need to drive/everywhere in Riyadh anyways, so it's pretty centrally located thinking about that. A weird smell initially in the bathroom upon arrival, but that seemed to dissipate... Overall a pretty good option if you get a good deal!

Not that bad of a hotel, best thing is the location. Isn’t the most clean hotel you’ll find but for this area it definitely could be better, they only cleaned it once which was upon request and the staff were really helpful. One of the people at the desk was a really good guy but the rest were always angry for some reason.

If you need a spacious suite-style room and don’t mind the remote location or lack of dining options, the hotel offers reasonable value. A decent choice for travelers seeking spacious accommodations with kitchen facilities, but not ideal for those reliant on public transport or expecting on-site dining. Double-check the address carefully before booking to avoid taxi.
