Arrived at the hotel late, i found my room ready! The room is clean, the staff are friendly and I loved the room design. Good choice for families.

10 out of 10. Free coffee drips renewable every day, bottles of water and a fridge in the room. Very friendly staff and high level of service in mini cafe right in the hotel (a little expensive, but still good enough). Very good location. Not so far from the airport, close to the city center. Checked the gym also. It is pretty small but for a one time training is good enough. Thanks a lot to the hotel for hosting! Blessed to be your guest :D

It’s hard to know where is a good place to stay in Riyadh. But thanks to their excellent metro system and cheap taxis you can actually stay in most areas and be connected as it is a HUGE city well spread out. This hotel was great. Very modern and a stupendous breakfast full of Saudi and world cuisines. Staff frindly and check in 24 hours which is handy when your flight arrives at 3am! Thanks for the lovely stay.

Very nice hotel we enjoyed the lobby area the interior was amazing, we booked a room without view and they apgrade us to an amazing view i want to thanks Mr Mohammed he was very nice and professional, the staff is friendly and nice and about the room the furniture was new and clean, the bed is very comfortable overall we enjoyed everything thank you 👍🏼

I would like to leave a special review for Farouk, who cleaned my room during my stay at this hotel. He was very professional, polite, and attentive to every detail. The room was always spotless and fresh after his service.

Had fun because they have a lot of things going on for eid. Hope they'll train the guard to assist guess to speak english, at least ask if we are guess so they can allow us to park inside because we were asked to park outside because of miscommunication. Outdoor pool hours is bad. Until 5:30 only when it just started to cool down. Location is far from city center but food delivery reaches. Dunkin donut by the lobby also helps.

I have no words to describe how good this hotel is Itreally feels like a five star hotel I am a retired physician and I am from Honolulu Hawaii so know hotels. and traveling through Scandinavia in much of the rest Europe and the UK of the last four years I’ve stayed in more than two dozen four star hotels.  And this one is easily is in the top 10% The service is the best of any hotel I’ve ever been in. from the reception desk to the restaurant staff, to the cheerful people who efficiently run the coffee shop in the lobby etc. The buffet is beyond belief and à la cart menu is extensive and available late into the night  i’ve been to several well-known Middle Eastern restaurants in London in Oxford UK the buffet here is better than any of them The end hotel has the grandest lobby of all two dozen that I’ve seen for the last four years And the location cannot be beat I intended to only stay four days, but extended to three times that one reason was, I wanted to try all the dishes in the buffet at least twice. I was planning to try some of the recommended restaurants in town, but decided that it is unlikely that there will be any better than the this hotels restaurant. I was trying hard to think of anything negative to say just to show some balance, but I cannot think of anything This is the place to stay if you are in Riyadh

Kind staff and good location. Clean. Everything is good except uncomfortable pillow.

Disappointing experience with serious service issues, partially salvaged by the duty manager. My stay at JW Marriott Riyadh started off very poorly. I arrived at 3 a.m., and check-in was disappointing — no welcome drink, no upgrade, and none of my pre-arrival requests were met. My room was small, not on a high floor, and the “genius suite” was misleading: the bathtub’s view is blocked by fixed blinds. On top of that, someone was smoking on a non-smoking floor, which made me feel unwell, and reception offered no real solution. Concierge service was equally frustrating. I had arranged a driver for a trip to the Edge of the World, but I received conflicting information and was quoted a price three times the market rate. When I raised the issue with the concierge, he promised to resolve it and never got back to me. Complaints at reception and with concierge went completely unaddressed, forcing me to escalate directly to the duty manager. Thankfully, the duty manager intervened and salvaged my stay — upgrading me to a penthouse suite for a few hours and offering a complimentary dinner. While his support was excellent, it shouldn’t have taken escalating multiple complaints to get any resolution. Overall, the hotel itself is luxurious, but inconsistent service at reception and concierge, misleading room descriptions, and poor handling of complaints make this a risky experience.

The room itself was superb. Spacious and contained a kitchen with all the utensils. Couldn't fault the room at all.
