Great clean modern hotel. Very good location and close to the night markets for delicious street food. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The Hyatt is the best Hotel in LanZhou. Not only because of zero distance to the yellow river, but guest services.  Because the guest room was not available, and we needed to visit provincial museums first, I’ve got guidance for luggage storage, provided local cuisine, tourist places, and reserved us a higher floor Guest room. Then we enjoyed our provincial museum, delicious local food, then we enjoyed the gorgeous view of lunch and the yellow river from the guestroom. I would definitely choose Hyatt again. And I appreciate Rita who provided very warm professional help for us! By the way, the breakfasts are very enjoyable with local special offers.

Tämä oleskelu on todella hieno kokemus! Hotellihalliin menemisestä lähtien tunsin vierailun lämpenevän. Palvelun alalla: Reception henkilöstö on erittäin innokas ja ammattimainen, hoitaa viipymismenettelyt nopeasti ja tehokkaasti ja auttaa minua päivittämään huonetyypin. Huonepalvelu vastaa ajoissa, ja kysynnän esittämistä voidaan käsitellä 15 minuutin kuluessa. Kiitän erityisesti pieniä kappaleita, jotka suosittelevat minua vierailusta ja nähtävyyksistä, mikä lisää hauskaa. Huoneen tilat: huone on laaja ja valoisa, koristeltu ja moderni, yksinkertaista ja monimutkaista.Makuuhuone on erittäin mukava, makuuhuone on pehmeä ja suhteellinen, nukkua aamulla. Kylpyhuone on kuiva ja kuuma, kylpyhuone on riittävästi ja kaikki ovat korkealaatuisia merkkiä. Yllätys on, että ikkuna on kaupungin yöpymä, ja iltana valot katselevat, ja päivät ovat hajoaneet. Terveystila: koko huone on väritön ja kulmat puhdistettu hyvin.Puhdistuksen aikana voit nähdä hotellin olevan hyvin paikalla desinfioimiseksi ja ihmiset voivat elää hyvin turvallisesti. Maantieteellinen sijainti: Liikenne on mukava, kävelymatka viisi minuuttia on metroasema, ympäröivä kauppapaikka, ravintola, liikematka tai vapaa-ajan matka on erittäin kätevä. Kustannussuhde: Tällaisten palvelujen ja laitteiden saatavilla tällä hinnalla on todella korkean arvoinen. Olen suositellut kollegoille ja ystäviä, ja seuraavan kerran kaupunki valitsee täällä!

Absolutely loved this hotel! The staff is super charming and kind and helpful The location is in the newly developed ”old street” which is very charming. In the area there are many restaurants and some bars. Yet the hotel is very quiet. There is underground parking and a lift directly from parking to hotel floors. The room is very well designed and well equipped. I particularly loved the fact that although I arrived around midnight I was able to give my clothes for washing and they were ready when I woke up. They have a washing machine with a dryer function. And I really needed some laundry after two weeks of travel across South Korea. The 2pm check out was also quite amazing as I was super tired after my long journey day before

Location is great! Especially for concertgoers, walkable distance to the olympic stadium. Just across the street from Wanda Mall. Some food hawkers on the street at night as well. Aircon was installed on the first floor near the windows, so not much cool air on the second floor of the loft. Had to buy a fan to deal with the heat. Toilet was SUPER slippery as well. Not sure if the room we got was left unused for a long time, but the smell was terrible when we first got there. Had to flush the toilet with boiling water several times to get rid of the smell. Overall good value for the price and location but a few design flaws.

The hotel is located in the heart of Lanzhou's Old Town promenade. It's ideal for experiencing the hustle and bustle, especially in the evenings when it's dark and the lights are aglow. We gladly accepted the free upgrade to a Family Suite offered at check-in. The spacious suite boasts all the necessary amenities, including a play tent for the kids. A well-equipped gym and an exceptionally varied breakfast (even the most fussy Westerners will find something to eat here) are available in the neighboring building.

出遊半個月來，住的住舒服稍的一家。裝修有自己的一套，不是那種到處都一樣的，燈光、小擺件這些能看出來用了心。而且設備也好使，該有的都有，用起來特別順手，淋浴勁兒大，吹風機也好用，無線網都賊溜。衞生打掃得乾乾淨淨，房間又大又亮堂。不管是還是出去玩，住這兒都特合適。反正這個價格能享受到這些，真的值了，夏天出來繼續選擇這裏。

The hotel is new, the rooms are big and incredible clean. I had reserved a room with a small window and I was upgraded to a room with a big window. I had a view to the courtyard, so there was no noise during the day nor at night. It is really a very good hotel (even if the breakfast is average). I will certainly come back.

I choose this hotel because it is just near Dafo Temple but I never think before that this hotel will make my Zhangye trip so wonderful. The room is so convenient and well designed. Not only the good taste but the function of that design is practical. Very genius. Room size is big, new and facilities is excellent. They provide free soft drink in the room and refilled each day. Breakfast has various option buffet and delicious. Common area is very comfortable to sit and relax with free snack, fruit and coffee/tea (I am not sure). But most of all their staff is the most impressive. They all have service mind and hospitality even though they can not speak English. We communicate with translator and they help me order delivered food. There is one staff who gave me wechat contact via Trip.com so it made my Zhangye trip easily because I can ask her many questions. Very thankful for that staff. I would definitely recommend anyone who will visit Zhangye to stay here . very worth your money.
