If discount ok, walking distance to aki and in the hotel area , there is a fish ramen , super good ! Hotel room clean , all ok with price ❌No luggage storage ( this services need to improve ❌)

I’ve been visiting Japan for many years and have stayed in numerous hotels across different cities — but this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. All the rooms smell heavily of cigarette smoke, even though some are supposed to be non-smoking. You can smell it every time housekeeping opens or cleans a room — it’s strong, stale, and suffocating. The situation became even more unbearable during my stay. I wasn’t able to sleep the entire night because I genuinely felt an unexplainable presence in the room — something disturbing enough to make me extremely anxious and uncomfortable. Several times, I felt as if something was tugging at my blanket, and I could not rest peacefully. I immediately requested to change rooms, explaining that I have asthma and was feeling unwell from both the cigarette odor and the extreme discomfort. However, the staff — particularly the Indian/Pakistani front desk personnel — were completely inconsiderate. They refused to change my room, ignored my health concerns, and showed no sense of empathy or responsibility for guest safety and well-being. I even told them directly: “Will you be responsible if something happens to me because of my asthma?” — yet they still did nothing. It felt as if they were willing to let a guest suffer or even die inside the room rather than extend basic courtesy or compassion. This hotel is not safe, not clean, and not guest-friendly. The environment is stressful, unhygienic, and spiritually disturbing. For your own safety, comfort, and peace of mind, do not check in here. There are far better and safer hotels around Akihabara that respect their guests and maintain proper cleanliness.

Avoid this place. I needed a hotel for a layover stay and this was the most disapointing experience I've had in Tokyo. Go to a manga cafe, net cafe etc, it'd be cheaper a better experience. I checked in around midnight, no house keeprs to address my concerns of the room - the bathroom was not clean. Then they have no phone to contact the front desk. Check out time is 10AM (already early) but they begin banging the door around 9AM to get out and try to get you to pay 1000JPY/hr extra.

The hotel room is clean and tidy, and the service is good. What's most important is that they offer a room for 3 adults, which is rare in Tokyo. My daughter is 13 years old now, and many other hotels require us to book 2 separate rooms since they consider her an adult. However, there are two points to note about this hotel: 1) It is located a bit far from the center of Akihabara. 2) They do not provide luggage storage services after check-out.

It was a pleasant check in after viewing the room , we paid extra to upgrade the room about 2000yen + for 2nights for a triple room on day 2 , when locking the door , it was a bit faulty .After 5 tries we manage to locked the door thinking all was good Then on the 3rd day, day of check out it happened again after many tries it locked again .As we were pressing of time, we didn't inform the counter and left as we may be delayed for our tour . We rush back by 1210pm..The staff on duty. Ms. Ryoun was asking us to pay for an extra night after much appealing . We were allowed to collect our bags but to our dismay the door refused to open . Ms Ryoun called the manager , who insisted us to pay 10,000yen to replace the card. The card is so flimsy and how come they only gave us 1 card when the room we booked is for 3person occupancy . She was dialing the police if we refused to pay 10,000 yen When we asked her to open with her card , she said she cannot do it . When she tried ,the door was buzzing . We heard her speaking in non Japanese language and didn't want to deal with this anymore . We just paid cash 10,000 yen as they refuse to accept payment by credit card. Such a disappointment how our last hotel stay in Japan had to be .We are strong supporter of TRIP.COM .. only to be treated like this.. Very clean and cosy. Housekeeping is prompt and anticipative of tired guests needs. Location is centric with many metro lines conveniently accessible within 10-15 minutes walking distance. Coin washing and drying clothes available.

Comfortably located between Akihabara and Ueno. Both areas are easy to reach by just having a pleasant walk. Some metro and JR stations nearby, but not right next to the hotel. Tiny rooms (better come with small luggage). Room cleaning is not being performed everyday. There is a coin washing machine room in front of the reception. One downside was being informed at check-in about a high fee for losing the room key card. I didn't lose it, but the fee felt excessive for a plastic card and added unnecessary stress during my 10-day stay in Tokyo.

Clean hotel in a popular location and great service. It's in a convenient location, but about 10+ minute walk to the nearest subway station. No luggage storage after checkout, but there are plenty of coin lockers nearby so that wasn't a big problem.
