"The room is absolutely clean. There is a pretty pool, but it didn’t work during the day of our stay for some reason. Hotel is in only 2,5 km from the airport. However it is located just at highway, and You can visit nothing nearby. By the way, all You need can be found in the hotel for medium prices. There is also a small shop with souvenirs on the territory with rather cheap prices. Hotel provides transfer to airport, at night the transfer is charged additionally."

"The place was so nice and clean! I accidentally left the key to my motorbike in the parking lot, and the security staff kept it safe for me — really appreciate their honesty. Everyone here is always smiling and welcoming, which made my stay even better. Too bad I could only stay for one night, but I’ll definitely be back to enjoy the pool and spa next time. "What a lovely hotel!! Such an amazing experience and we are so glad that we decided to spend a longer time here than other places. We had breakfast included which was lovely and there was always a decent choice for food. The room was very spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable! The staff were always very friendly and polite. The main attraction is the mandalika beach resort that comes included with the price unfortunately its a little bit of a walk or a short bike away from the hotel but it’s definitely work going we spent the majority of our days there and actually got ENGAGED right on the beach there!!! Seems very pricey for the beach club if you aren’t staying at the hotel due to the towel/bed fees but obviously it was free with the hotel for us. Food & drink was more expensive than other places in Lombok but we thought it was worth it for the vibes and also their sushi was some of the best I’ve had and they had lots of vegetarian options.There was a very friendly cat and also a whole family of curious monkeys!! Would highly recommend and will be returning to celebrate where I am became a fiancée!!!"

"We recently stayed at Jayakarta Lombok and had a pleasant experience overall, thanks to a mix of warm hospitality and beautiful natural surroundings. The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the excellent and friendly staff, who were consistently welcoming and attentive. Their warm service made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They even upgraded our room to be right in front of the swimming pool free of charge, which the kids loved! The general facilities at the hotel were impressive. From the spacious pool area to the lush, well-maintained gardens, the resort has a tranquil, traditional charm. We particularly enjoyed the sound of the waves gently rolling in throughout the day—it added a wonderfully calming backdrop to our stay. The sunset views from the restaurant and beach were simply stunning, offering a perfect setting for evening meals or a quiet moment of reflection. Breakfast each morning was a treat, with a good variety of options that catered to both local and international tastes. The food prices across the hotel were reasonable, which made dining in-house convenient and budget-friendly. That said, there were a few areas that could use some improvement. The furniture in the rooms felt quite outdated, which slightly detracted from the overall comfort. Additionally, there’s no iron provided in the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient for longer stays or guests attending events. On Saturday evening, we found the music to be excessively loud, going on until about 10pm. While some guests may enjoy the atmosphere, it might not be ideal for those seeking a quieter evening, especially those with kids. We also noticed some inconsistency in the food quality—what was excellent one day could feel average the next. Moreover, while the beach itself is beautiful, it was often quite dirty due to local fishing activity. To their credit, the hotel staff do make a visible effort to keep it clean. Another consideration is the lack of nearby amenities. There aren’t any ATMs or money exchange options within walking distance, so guests should plan ahead. Lastly, the hotel does not have lifts, which could be a challenge for those with mobility issues. However, this also contributes to its traditional, resort-style vibe which many will appreciate. In summary, Jayakarta Lombok offers a relaxing, friendly, and scenic stay that’s ideal for those looking to unwind by the beach. With a few modern updates and consistency improvements, it could be even better."

"I stayed here for one night with my partner and we had a lovely time. The room was spacious and so clean. The breakfast buffet was lovely and had so much choice. We also ate at the restaurant for dinner and it was really tasty. The mini gym is great for a quick workout and I recommend going to the rooftop pool for sunset as you can see the most beautiful views from all around. Very happy with the price and service overall."
