Very well appointed aparthotel with almost everything needed for a comfortable stay. Checking in was easy. They could not accommodate early check in but held bags until my apartment was ready. Very spacious and clean apartment with kitchenette, living space, bedroom, large bathroom and closet. The bed and pillows were very firm, could have been a little more softer. No cutlery provided in the kitchen. The fridge and kitchen were stocked with mostly paid bar items. The walk in shower only has a rain head attachment and not a handheld device which I did not find convenient. Most of the staff were very nice. The rooftop bar and pool area were cosy. Easy to get an uber to and from the Medellin hotspots. Overall, I had a good stay but a few things could be improved for an extra comfortable luxury experience. For the price, it was just okay value considering breakfast was not included.

Super disappointed In bed at 9am in the morning and the girl that does the mini bar comes in to my room sees I'm in bed and goes to check contents of mini bar .I tell her come back later but NO SHE HAS A JOB TODO AND CARRIES ON. IT TAKES PRIORITY OVER GUEST PRIVACY. COMPLAINED TO MANAGER HE SAYS ITS MY FAULT AS A PAYING GUEST I HAVE ACCEPT THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO COME IN TO MY ROOM EVEN IF IM IN BED VERY UNUSUAL MANAGEMENT STYLE. The Hotel was a positive experience for me and my family. I lived the suite offered for 3 people. Separated areas and 2 bathrooms to accommodate better, if you come with more than one child. Good for enjoy, but not so much if you want to eat there… Chefs looks like only apprentices working there, and not everything is on the menu. The staff was 50/50 nice, the two small incidents that we had, One was mostly with a young male receptionist that works during the day until the evening time, one time I forgot my keycard and I went nicely to him to ask for another one, and well, he gave me the keycard without not even looking me to my face, or saying something to me, but instead he kept talking with his co-worker, he didn’t even gave me some eye contact! Just extended the card and give it to me…which for me was a gesture of bad attitude without me knowing why he was having a contemptuous treatment against a female guest of the hotel! Lol it was a little irrespective in my opinion. The funny second incident was that we called early like afternoon time at the reception for 2 toothbrushes… well, at midnight when we were sleeping, someone knocked on the door bringing the toothbrushes that we had to get by our own, cuz it took hours for the hotel service to deliver them at the door at time!! So We decided to buy them in the nearest pharmacy from the hotel. But it was just testing the service to see How long would they take to get the damn toothbrushes at time?? Lol Lol Anyway… But don’t worry, I would come back and enjoy the hotel still… I think, That the admin should train better their staff to provide more highly customer service for all guests 👍🏼 My son was very happy enjoying the pool and the jacuzzi. Fine, Anything for my boy :)

Excelente hotel, tiene buena ubicacion, cerca al centro de cali, las instalaciones muy limpias, organizadas y en buen estado, el servicio del personal excelente muy amables todo

The hotel is not a 5 star but the associates are! The bellstaff, the front desk and the breakfast staff are all great! The location is good, very close to Santa Fe and Oviedo, the El Tesoro is not far away either. Pool is never being used it is a little unwelcoming or not so private I guess. The hotel could use a refurbishment, like the hallways. Good budget hotel though with excellent staff. I would go back also because it is a little far from all the craziness of Provenza.

Es un hotel nuevo ( supuestamente 5 estrellas) pero.. no funcionan cosas básicas como la luz del baño, que es un mando muy moderno ( las luces son todas con un mando que varían la intensidad etc.. pero muchos ya tienen borradas las letras que indican su función) Nos cambiamos de habitación..en ésta habitación no funcionaba la apertura de un armario superior ( totalmente necesario dado que viajamos por largo tiempo y tenemos equipaje 🧳🧳) Teníamos desayuno incluido pero debido a los diferentes tour sólo pudimos desayunar el primer día..y nos dijeron que no preparaban para llevar. Si a eso añadimos que no había nevera, ni para preparar café o té en la habitación..muy decepcionante Tuve que solicitar un gorro de ducha ya que ésta es de lluvia...( Les pareció raro 🤦🏼) también un vaso 🥛 que pedí para el baño y....nunca llegó No hay ventanas para ventilar.. del hall llega mucho olor a comida hasta la entrada de la habitación y hay ruido por las noches de los bares de al lado y de la carretera.. Creo que tienen que mejorar muucho la atención a los clientes y dar servicios mínimos para una categoría no ya de 5 sino incluso de 3 estrellas..( las cajas fuertes nos dijeron que todavía no estaban en funcionamiento. La habitación no nos la hicieron.. un día, no se el motivo No lo recomendaría jamás Lo único bueno la cama que era muy cómoda.

Hotel is great, felt luxurious and comfortable… only small negative point was that sometimes it was hard to find a quick taxi ride du to the location on the hill

I didn't use the facilities. The food was good and reasonable. Tight security.

The location of the hotel is perfect. There are 2 malls, a pharmacy, a starbucks, a restaurant on a walking distance, so a lot to do. Regarding the hotel itself, the staff is very pleasant, really friendly. The service they give is excellent, always with a smile on their faces and very attentive. For example, the staff that made us breakfast, Mr. Juan Jose, made us feel at home. The front desk staff, the house keeping ..... you name it. In a few words, this hotel was the best option for us and the service was excellent.
