"We had 1 night and enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It had convenient location near the airport, not busy roads. There is a park close to hotel, so you can go for a walk, play disc golf or golf. Everything was clean in the region, comfortable bed, pillows. Big thanks for the coffee machine in the lobby, delicious fresh coffee! Breakfast was good, they had beans which tasted good. I would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"We stayed here for an early morning flight out of Toronto Pearson Airport.
The room was well-equipped, featuring a washer and dryer, oven, and stove. However, we were disappointed to find that no cookware or utensils were provided - no pots, pans, dishes, forks or spoons. When we inquired at the front desk, we were told that these items were not available. We intended to cook there, and eventually had to throw the food away since there was no possible way to cook.
Besides, the overall cleanliness could be improved as there was food debris found on the sofa."

"I stayed here for a quick overnight layover and found it super convenient, especially the shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient, which I really appreciated after a long international journey.
The room was clean and comfortable, though the shower area felt a bit like a hockey locker room. I’m not sure if I was put in an accessible room. As someone who lives in Asia, I’m used to hotels offering a few small amenities like a dental kit, slippers, or at least a bottle of water in the room — none of those were provided, so that was a bit of a surprise.
Still, the overall experience was great for the price and convenience. I’d definitely stay again for a short airport stopover."

"I chose it for the free airport shuttle which runs every 30 mins. The hotel service was very good and I was texted twice during my 2 night stay to ask if all was well. Parking is not free as is the case with all the chain hotels near Pearson airport. The room was spotless and had everything needed. There is construction at the moment so only one entry door in use which was miles away from the room and was not marked with signage outside. When I noted that in my text response, it was immediately dealt with. I was made a member of their customer rewards program without asking and I would stay there again."

"Really enjoyed my stay here! Extremely good value - good location, super friendly owners, very low noise, private room (with key to lock it too!), own heater/fan so can control your room heat, and even access to a shared kitchen if you want to cook during your stay! Only thing is the entire household speaks Chinese so they use translators or gestures to communicate to you if you only speak English. However, host Jason speaks perfect English so there is always a safety in case you need anything. Additionally, they give you free instant noodles, fruits, and water during your stay so you don't have to worry about going hungry here! Free coffee, tea, rice porridge too as long as you can make it. Surprisingly there's a meal menu as well and the prices are extremely reasonable, $2 for rice porridge in the morning, $8 for a homemade tomato egg soup, both were really good! The location is good - right next to Queen Street so you have direct tram access, but it's on a side street so no noise, easy parking, no wind, etc. The room itself is large, clean, and spacious. Very little noise which meant really good sleep quality. Shared bathroom but it's unused 90% of the time, so no issues there either. For utilities: the WiFi was fast, tap water and showers were hot, microwave, toaster, and water kettle all provided, and they even offered free butter for my toast! Overall great stay and I'll definitely be back here next time I'm in Toronto!"

"原本以為宿舍酒店在大學裏麪，但是多倫多大學本身就沒有圍牆，屬於完全開放式，所以沒有住在校內的莫名優越和安全感。之前看了評論説條件很差，有個心理預期。實際上的雙床房5062還是很不錯的，很大，相當於兩個單間合併，左右各一張床和櫃子桌子等等。有一個窗户能搖開一點點。靠窗户的長條大概是通風裝置，有風出來。床架子小而淺，床墊就比較薄。僅有一條毯子在衣櫃裏。5062剛好開門對着公用的女衞，裏面各有10來個洗手池馬桶和淋浴間，十分乾淨。房間分佈和中國傳統大學宿舍很不一樣，人家不是一條走廊，而是有點像蜂巢。反正就是很特別的體驗。加拿大的清北，國際排名也和清北不相上下。大統華唐人街比較近。入住時間比較嚴格的下午三點。因為不是酒店，做事情比較慢一點。去問了幾次，就是your room is still dirty.但是100刀的價格還要什麼呢。"

"Stayed on the first night and the last night during Canada trip. There are many other hotels around the airport but this holiday inn is one of the nearest (and maybe the oldest?) hotels around the area.
Shuttle services runs every 30minutes, but a bit tricky to find the right spot. From terminal 1 the bus stops around pillar “S” downstairs, and from terminal 3 you come out from the door stating “hotel shuttle “ ."

VVieraskäyttäjäBooked Deluxe King Room with breakfast included. Room was spacious and breakfast was great. Yet the standard of housekeeping was far from satisfactory. First, hairs were found at the wrap for the wire of the hair dryer the moment I checked in, and small scrap of paper was also found on the inside of a towel. Without any notice/sign in the room about the hotel's green housekeeping policy (if any), towels heavily loaded on the hook and hangers in the bathroom were not collected even on day 3 of my stay (there was no bath tub in the room to place used towels). Packs of cotton pads, cotton buds and small soaps were not refilled even when totally used up. Interesting enough, when enquired with front desk if that was the hotel's policy not to so collect the towels and make the refill unless express requests were made, the answer was in the negative.
The charging of tips for breakfast is another interesting issue. My husband stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (with breakfast included) before my arrival. When he checked out, he was asked to pay for tips for 1 breakfast. After clarifying if tips should be paid for 2 breakfasts instead, front desk apologized for having wrongly charged for any tips as all charges should have already been included when making the hotel booking. Yet on our checking out after 5 nights' stay with the hotel, we were told that we had to pay for tips for 2 days' breakfast. We again enquired about the hotel policy and explained that we were willing to pay but wondered why tips weren't charged for all 5 days for our stay. No explanation was given and the staff (probably thought that we did not want to pay) just advised that the charges would be waived.
I have stayed at Park Hyatt Bangkok and the service was excellent. Was thus surprised to had those experience at Park Hyatt Toronto.

VVieraskäyttäjäI stayed at this hotel for one night, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best short stays I’ve had in a long time. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations.
The host was absolutely amazing — extremely helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire stay. They answered all of my questions quickly, even after I had already checked in, which made the whole experience feel very smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness and genuine care.
The view was simply stunning. I loved the beautiful water view — waking up and seeing the water right outside was such a peaceful and memorable experience. It truly elevated the entire stay.
The unit itself was spotless and exceptionally clean. You can tell that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. Everything felt fresh, organized, and very well taken care of.
The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made it so convenient to prepare our own dinner. Having a proper kitchen setup really makes a difference, especially for a comfortable and relaxed night in.
The location is another huge plus. The area is fantastic — so many restaurants and bars within walking distance, and even grocery stores nearby. Being able to walk everywhere made the stay even more enjoyable and convenient.
Overall, this place is a solid 10/10. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located place to stay downtown. Truly a five-star experience!

VVieraskäyttäjäI was initially apprehensive about staying in an ”old” hotel, but my worries came to rest. It was similar to a cottage theme with very clean rooms and adequate amentities. Staff were always very friendly, greeting us everytime we leave and return to the hotel, and responds promptly to our housekeeping requests. 10 minutes from the hotel, there is a park with a calming stream, a great place to rest and rewind from the busy city life. Nearest train station is just 5 minutes walk away, and a 30-45 minutes car ride to downtown. Some downsides though, there are no nearby restaurants besides the one in the hotel, and no nearby supermarkets. Utensils were not provided in the room so be prepared to bring your own set. Hotel lifts seem a bit worn out but had not broken down during my stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay given the calm surrounding vibes and amazing service. I would consider returning in the future

At 9:15 AM housekeeping was on the floor banging doors very loud, speaking loudly and knocking on doors while guests were not ready to leave. They had a fire drill and that came with audio music like in the room was very loud and unpleasant. First time experiencing this maybe it’s a protocol.

An underground stop is just across the road with links to Union station and elsewhere. There are also a selection of buses that pass and a hop on hop off stop is about 10 mins walk. You can walk most places in central Toronto from hotel if you wish and are happy walking. You can choose which street suits you best on your walk and change route for variation as only a block apart and will all get you to central Toronto. You are maybe about 15 mins from the Blue Jays and CN tower so hotel is in a great location. Billy Bishop airport is about a 20 min walk and would be convenient if you can get flights to or from there to your destination. The communal areas in the hotel look very nice, as is the entrance if being dropped off by car. However there is work going on around the outside of the hotel and if walking to and from the hotel it isn’t so pleasant on the eye. My bedroom was spacious but felt dated and would be nice to see a more updated look. However the view onto the lake more than made up for that minor irritation. The staff were all great and helpful when asked. There was various things going on from regular activities in the leisure area to free ice cream and wine ( not together unfortunately ) and music in the afternoon. The leisure facilities were great with a pool, sauna, steam room and gym as well as an outside area (5th floor) for sitting outside while the kids could play. There was a tennis court and a basket ball hoop. There was also an oppertunity to use cycles and go for a run possibly with a guide. We didn’t eat at the hotel so couldn’t comment but the did have a restaurant on the top of there south tower that would give great views. We did grab a coffee and snack from across the street and would enjoy sitting on the benches just along from the hotel looking into the lake in the morning. All in all one of the older hotels ( I think) in a great location with great views and facilities which met our needs.

VVieraskäyttäjäWhen it's sounds like Radisson Blu, people may think of a 4-star hotel, but my experience with Radisson Blu was not so amused. The miscommunication started since we checked in. On Trip.com, it said we can have a buffet style breakfast with $25 per person, but upon asking them, they said it's a la carte and have to pay at the restaurant. There was no buffet available. They asked me to send an e-mail to confirm is the information about the breakfast is accurate as it mentioned in trip.com sadly no one responded to my e-mail until the hours of breakfast ( 8- 11 am ) and we had not breakfast in the morning.
The room is okay. It is not as exciting as it sounds like Radisson Blu. I had experience staying in Radisson blu in other countries, but the room quality they had there is not even as comparable with Radisson blu toronto downtown. The room in Radisson blu toronto downtown is like the same as some random hotel. The coffee machine was really dirty. When we complained at the front desk, they did not send any replacement. Another thing is that no dental kits were provided as it should provide in all 4 star hotels. Upon requesting at the front desk, they send us dental kits like an hour later.
While checking out the front desk lady, she was a trainee. I showed him the picture of the dirty coffee machine and explained our dissatisfaction. She said she couldn't do any compensation since the room was pre-paid. In return she offered me some bottle of water for our trip 😄. I mean, I don't need a water bottle as compensation. Then she offered me that the parking would be on the house. Now, I am waiting for the return of my $100 security deposit.
Apart from that the location of the hotel is very cool and convenient. Just in the herat of downtown. The CN tower was visible just from the window of our room.
Considering everything it does not meet the standard of a 4-star hotel.
