"We stayed here for an early morning flight out of Toronto Pearson Airport.
The room was well-equipped, featuring a washer and dryer, oven, and stove. However, we were disappointed to find that no cookware or utensils were provided - no pots, pans, dishes, forks or spoons. When we inquired at the front desk, we were told that these items were not available. We intended to cook there, and eventually had to throw the food away since there was no possible way to cook.
Besides, the overall cleanliness could be improved as there was food debris found on the sofa."

"We had 1 night and enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It had convenient location near the airport, not busy roads. There is a park close to hotel, so you can go for a walk, play disc golf or golf. Everything was clean in the region, comfortable bed, pillows. Big thanks for the coffee machine in the lobby, delicious fresh coffee! Breakfast was good, they had beans which tasted good. I would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Great experience, we had a fantastic time. It's great location easy to access to the downtown, and also to the airport via the free shuttle. You need to book or to call the hotel.

"The hotel itself was quite nice with a very convenient location for airport travelers. Although directly on the Pearson Airport landing runway flightpath, I found the constant planes flying VERY low overhead to be quite relaxing, though the window did rattle and shake sometimes. Unfortunately the pool was VERY cold and the hot tub was lukewarm with barely perceivable jets. The restaurant food was mediocre at best, but for airport travelers a very convenient stay."

"Having Breakfast included was one reason I chose this hotel. It had enough choices to satisfy different tastes. In busy times more seating would be nice but usually people don't sit long to eat so it seems to work out.
Coffee/tea always available and hot! was a plus.
Location was great.
Beds were very clean and comfortable.
Overnight parking was expensive. I did it because it was the practical solution.
The $250 safety fee was a surprise but they promised to return it if all is well in the room.
Overall a great experience. Thank you."

Extremely good value - good location, super friendly owners, very low noise, private room (with key to lock it too!), own heater/fan so can control your room heat, and even access to a shared kitchen if you want to cook during your stay! Only thing is the entire household speaks Chinese so they use translators or gestures to communicate to you if you only speak English. However, host Jason speaks perfect English so there is always a safety in case you need anything. Additionally, they give you free instant noodles, fruits, and water during your stay so you don't have to worry about going hungry here! Free coffee, tea, rice porridge too as long as you can make it. Surprisingly there's a meal menu as well and the prices are extremely reasonable, $2 for rice porridge in the morning, $8 for a homemade tomato egg soup, both were really good! The location is good - right next to Queen Street so you have direct tram access, but it's on a side street so no noise, easy parking, no wind, etc. The room itself is large, clean, and spacious. Very little noise which meant really good sleep quality. Shared bathroom but it's unused 90% of the time, so no issues there either. For utilities: the WiFi was fast, tap water and showers were hot, microwave, toaster, and water kettle all provided, and they even offered free butter for my toast! Overall great stay and I'll definitely be back here next time I'm in Toronto!

The host was absolutely amazing — extremely helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire stay. They answered all of my questions quickly, even after I had already checked in, which made the whole experience feel very smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness and genuine care.
The view was simply stunning. I loved the beautiful water view — waking up and seeing the water right outside was such a peaceful and memorable experience. It truly elevated the entire stay.
The unit itself was spotless and exceptionally clean. You can tell that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. Everything felt fresh, organized, and very well taken care of.
The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made it so convenient to prepare our own dinner. Having a proper kitchen setup really makes a difference, especially for a comfortable and relaxed night in.
The location is another huge plus. The area is fantastic — so many restaurants and bars within walking distance, and even grocery stores nearby. Being able to walk everywhere made the stay even more enjoyable and convenient.
Overall, this place is a solid 10/10. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located place to stay downtown. Truly a five-star experience!

VVieraskäyttäjäWhen it's sounds like Radisson Blu, people may think of a 4-star hotel, but my experience with Radisson Blu was not so amused. The miscommunication started since we checked in. On Trip.com, it said we can have a buffet style breakfast with $25 per person, but upon asking them, they said it's a la carte and have to pay at the restaurant. There was no buffet available. They asked me to send an e-mail to confirm is the information about the breakfast is accurate as it mentioned in trip.com sadly no one responded to my e-mail until the hours of breakfast ( 8- 11 am ) and we had not breakfast in the morning.
The room is okay. It is not as exciting as it sounds like Radisson Blu. I had experience staying in Radisson blu in other countries, but the room quality they had there is not even as comparable with Radisson blu toronto downtown. The room in Radisson blu toronto downtown is like the same as some random hotel. The coffee machine was really dirty. When we complained at the front desk, they did not send any replacement. Another thing is that no dental kits were provided as it should provide in all 4 star hotels. Upon requesting at the front desk, they send us dental kits like an hour later.
While checking out the front desk lady, she was a trainee. I showed him the picture of the dirty coffee machine and explained our dissatisfaction. She said she couldn't do any compensation since the room was pre-paid. In return she offered me some bottle of water for our trip 😄. I mean, I don't need a water bottle as compensation. Then she offered me that the parking would be on the house. Now, I am waiting for the return of my $100 security deposit.
Apart from that the location of the hotel is very cool and convenient. Just in the herat of downtown. The CN tower was visible just from the window of our room.
Considering everything it does not meet the standard of a 4-star hotel.

The room and the bathroom were very spacious, but I felt lonely at the same time. The shower tap was so high that if someone in a wheelchair needed to use the shower, it's not possible for the person to reach it. The breakfast offers limited choices. Have no idea why some reviews mentioned about delicious breakfast. The coffee and hot chocolate are available at the lobby all day. No laundry service. The matress was well supported. The main downside is engine of the air conditioning was installed in the room next to the window, so it got very noisy in the silent evening

Cleaning service is “every other day” but we found them always accessible on our floor for a towel or such. Free coffee and tea a perk in main lounge off of entry lobby. Front desk staff are always polite, helpful and smiling. Location is ideal -Longos grocery two blocks above, with the subway in that same building lots of eating options on Bloor and throughout the village.

AA MTStayed on the first night and the last night during Canada trip. There are many other hotels around the airport but this holiday inn is one of the nearest (and maybe the oldest?) hotels around the area.
Shuttle services runs every 30minutes, but a bit tricky to find the right spot. From terminal 1 the bus stops around pillar “S” downstairs, and from terminal 3 you come out from the door stating “hotel shuttle “ .

Overall, it was an amazing and pleasant stay.
The location was perfect, and the amenities and facilities were excellent.
The room and common areas were clean, well-equipped, and provided a very relaxing atmosphere. I honestly had no complaints about comfort or convenience during my stay.
However, one thing I hope will be improved in the future is that the check-in instruction email did not arrive at the scheduled time, and I hadn’t received it even when the check-in time came. A smoother communication process would make the experience even better and more reassuring for guests.
That said, this trip turned out to be wonderful and extremely comfortable, thanks to the great environment the hotel provided.
I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The dorm rooms are clean and comfortable. Each bed has its own curtain, light, and outlet, which provides great privacy. The mattress was comfortable, and the room temperature was perfect throughout my stay.

On ringing the hotel we were advised that the shuttle finished at 11.30pm. No where on the website mentioned the hours of operation. An expensive taxi ride later was met at reception by a very unhelpful and surly staff member. A $100.00 bond was put against our credit card in-case of damage to the room. Breakfast, the hot food was cold, coffee was undrinkable and the paper plates and plastic cutlery made eating breakfast difficult.
Our overall experience was poor and will not use this Comfort Inn ever again.
