Huone oli puhdas, tilava ja hyvin järjestetty. Talonhoito oli liian hyvä. Huoneessa tarjottiin runsaasti tiloja. Huonepalvelut olivat nopeaa ja henkilöstö oli ystävällinen ja apullinen. Olin melko hyvä kokemus.

Never knew this one was so popular and iconic till we reached for checkin. Very heavy political movement but it was indeed a smooth check in to the room. Lovely rooms. Loved it for the simplicity and the detailing, they had images of Bihar iconic monuments on the wall. The food was good especially the buffet. I loved their breads , the sour dough and especially the garlic parsley load was to die for

Corner of the room and around bed smell bad. Frequent power cut without automatic restoration of DG supply leading to switch off AC in the night which have to start manually leading to disturb sleep.

Excellent food and services they have given to us especially Mr. Abdul Khan (Restaurant Manager) and sonu Shrma. They have taken care of everything to us without any delay. Excellent services

I recently hosted my sister’s wedding at Mayfair Hotels and Resorts in Purnea. As anyone knows, a sister’s wedding is one of the most emotional and important days for a brother, and I wanted everything to be perfect. My experience here was a roller coaster that ended on a high note, purely thanks to the incredible ground team who became like family to us. I must address a sour note first. We had a very bad experience with the ”Corporate ***” (I will refrain from naming him, but the management knows who he is). He was a source of mental torture and nearly ruined the event for a while with his attitude and handling of things. It was a stressful situation that could have been a disaster. However, the reason I am giving this 5 stars and highly recommending this place is because of the people who stepped in to fix the mess. The ”Family” I made at Mayfair refused to let my sister's big day be spoiled. I want to express my deepest gratitude to the real heroes of this event: Starting with the ***, Nitesh Bhaiya, I truly couldn’t have imagined this without you. You are, in every sense of the word, a Gem of a Person. Your personal touch and your presence made us feel secure during the most chaotic moments. Thank you for building not just a resort, but a sanctuary of hospitality in Purnea. Your leadership is reflected in the wonderful people you employ, and I am eternally grateful for your support in making my sister’s dream come true, It is rare to find an person who carries such a massive responsibility with such humility and warmth. In a world of professional contracts, Mr. Rupesh brings a rare, personal touch that makes you feel like you aren't just a guest, but a part of his own family. Your presence was a huge comfort to my family, and the warmth you and your team extended to us was the highlight of our stay. You are a true gentleman and a credit to the Mayfair brand. Mr. Ashish, Mr. Devashish, and Mr. Jamal: You gentlemen are the backbone of this establishment. Your tireless work and kindness made us feel at home. Mr. Kalyan: A special thanks to you for keeping everything on track. Your dedication did not go unnoticed. Mr. Rakesh: I have to mention Rakesh specially. He was the last to enter the event management side of things, but he helped me a lot. He jumped in when we needed him most and made a huge difference.
