While the decor was modern and the cleanliness satisfactory, there were many aspects of the experience that fell short of expectations. Firstly, the absence of appropriately sized cups for the coffee machine was a notable inconvenience. Despite providing coffee, the lack of corresponding cups rendered the machine unusable, which was disappointing. Additionally, the bathroom amenities were subpar, resembling cheap, generic products found in supermarkets rather than the expected quality of hotel-grade toiletries. However, what truly exacerbated our dissatisfaction was the poor service attitude demonstrated by the host. When we communicated our delayed arrival due to a flight delay, the host abruptly ended the call midway through our conversation, displaying a lack of professionalism and courtesy. Furthermore, the inconsistency regarding the checkout time was deeply frustrating. Initially informed of a 2:00 PM checkout, we were later informed of a revised time of 12:20 PM, with the host confusing the pronunciation of ‘2’ and ‘12’. During our attempts to clarify this discrepancy, the host abruptly terminated the call, leaving my girlfriend and me feeling rushed and unduly pressured to vacate the premises. Overall, while certain aspects of the accommodation were satisfactory, the overall experience was marred by inadequate amenities and unprofessional service.

Hotelli sijaitsee erinomaisella ja suljettu jalankulkijoiden tiellä kaupungin keskustassa , voit päästä hotelliin Teslan lentoaseman käyttämällä ilmaista linja-auto numero 72 ja löydät tämän linja-auton saapumisportissa , se vie noin tunnin tämän linja-auton saapua viimeiseen asemaan kaupunkikeskus , sitten voit kävellä noin 10 minuuttia päästä hotelliin , yrittää ostaa SIM-kortti lentoasemalta auttaa sinua pääsemään hotelliin helposti , älä ota taksia, koska useimmat eivät ole hyvä käyttäytyminen kuljettaja ja ota sinusta 20 Euro vain Lyhyt ajaminen , hotellihuone erittäin puhdas ja mukava vuode , kylpyhuone myös hyvin puhdas ja talonhoito puhdas joka päivä , mutta ongelma, että nainen vastaanotto antoi minulle pahin huone hotellissa . Huone oli hyvin meluisa ja on äänen sokea useimmiten ja huoneessa ei ole näköalaa, aamiainen oli erittäin hyvä ja herkullinen ruoka ja on monia erilaisia ruokaa joka päivä , aamiainen henkilöstö ( Dalan ) Oli hyvä ystävällinen mies annan hänelle 10/10 ja hän auttaa kaikkia vieraita ja neuvoa heitä kokeilemaan joitakin herkullisia ruokaa , Tulen takaisin tähän hotelliin, jos he antavat minulle toinen huone .

The location was perfect for me: close to the sights and the old city, there was a 24-hour shop right around the corner, and different bus stops were also available on foot. A busy street was behind the window, but it didn't bother me, because I used the climate control in the room and the window was closed all the time. I stayed in a standart single room, it had enough space and high ceilings - one could easily joggle with five objects in there :) It was clean and cosy but sometimes I noticed dust in the corners. There were hygiene kit of cotton pads, swabs, nail file and also shampoo, body milk, shower gel and a cap. A nice addition - kettle, but there wasn't a socket nearby the table so I had to place it on the chait in the middle of the room or even on the floor... The same thing is about the sockets nearby the bed - none. However, there were a lot of cups and plates. Also the minibar was full of beverages (for charge). What bothered me mostly - clothes ironing was also available only as a paid service. Ok, I won't go broke, but after I got my shirt back it was not ironed enough, I would do it better. On the counter - one of the best things - breakfast. Various, delicious and served till 11 a.m. I wish I could taste all the items! Also staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English. So, I consider it as a not perfect but a quite good place to stay with a reasonable price.

Everything was perfect. Room was very clean. We stayed for 2 nights and didn’t want to leave the hotel. Food was exceptionally good and the prices were lower than I expected. If we were to travel to Belgrade, we would definitely stay at Hyatt. Thank you for everything 🙏

Великолепно, очень довольны. Прекрасное расположение в самом центре, рукой подать вообще до всего, при этом в номере идеальная тишина и днем, и ночью. Прекрасный двухкомнатный номер с просторной ванной для семьи с двумя детьми. Белоснежное белье и полотенца. Приветливый персонал. Смело рекомендую, и сама с удовольствием вернусь в следующий раз)

Everything about the place was great- location, service and amenities. I arrived super late due to flight delay (2AM) and still had a seamless checking. Also location is great- close to all main attractions and loads of restaurants. The staff is super friendly.

The place was clean, quiet and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful too. The location is absolutely exceptional. Across the road from Kalemegdan Park, which holds Belgrade fortress and the zoo (which I didn’t see). It is also a 5 minute walk from the city centre, the Main Street and shopping centre. If I had to improve it I would update the bathroom a little and add USB plugs in the room…that’s it.

Отель в парке на воде Дунай, природа шикарная, огромные - красивые деревья в парке шикарные. от дороги до отеля идти мин 5, если много багажа будет не оч удобно, либо договариваться с отелем чтобы встречал их кар. тк это городской парк, где утром, днем,вечером бегают и гуляют люди, а поздно вечером возвращаться в отель жутковато. Рядом остановка до центра города 2 станции, рядом огромный тц с бутиками Зара, Массимо и тд (через парк мин 10-15 идти) Сам отель для своего бюджета норм.

I had a great stay at Level luxury Suites The location is perfect, close to all important things in Belgrade. the rooms is clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
