We had an exceptional stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The hospitality was outstanding, with staff who were consistently attentive and highly responsive. Communication via WeChat was seamless and made every request quick and convenient. A major highlight was the complimentary Disneyland shuttle service, which made our visit effortless and significantly enhanced our overall experience. The hotel also provides a one time complimentary airport transfer, which was a thoughtful and valuable addition. The laundry service was particularly impressive. Not only are clothes carefully washed, but they are also dried and returned, reflecting a high level of care and attention to detail. The location is another strong advantage. There are numerous dining options within walking distance, making it easy to find a variety of food at any time. Overall, the combination of excellent service, convenient amenities, and a strategic location made our stay truly enjoyable. We would not hesitate to return and confidently recommend this hotel to others.

Our stay at Gokurayuku Hot Spring Hotel in Shanghai was such a relaxing and refreshing experience. After busy travel days and cold weather, this place felt like a true retreat. The hot spring facilities were clean, well-maintained, and incredibly soothing—exactly what our tired bodies needed. The atmosphere was calm and cozy, and everything was thoughtfully set up for rest and comfort. We especially loved being able to unwind in the onsen after long days of walking and sightseeing. It was the perfect balance of Japanese-style relaxation right in the middle of Shanghai. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay and a great place to slow down, rest well, and recharge. We would definitely recommend Gokurayuku to anyone looking for a peaceful and unique hotel experience in the city.

The BnB was very clean, and the location is perfect for anyone visiting Disneyland. They offer free Disneyland drop-off and pick-up service, as well as airport transfers, which is super convenient. There’s also a pool and a breakfast room, and the breakfast was lovely. The lady in the kitchen is very kind, and all the staff were incredibly helpful. It was also very convenient to order food through *******, and the bus stop is just 5 metres from the BnB. I truly enjoyed my entire stay. The room was exactly as described in the pictures. A hotel very well located from Disney, the staff service is warm, the breakfast is generous and there is a shuttle bus to Disney, all kinds of amenities, there is no lack of service just because we are foreigners, recommend the service!

Spacious area. It is confusing in able to get a transport to and from Disneyland. Booked two nights, entitled to two trips free drive to Disneyland. But on the first day I want to go Disneytown, the staff advised me not to use their service until the next day. So that I can have to and from Disneyland. The next day I took the transport , passenger vehicle is filled with smoking stench almost vomitted. We were dropped halfway on the road at the zebra crossing, then forced to walk in, instead of bus bay or proper drop-off point. In the evening I messaged to pick my family up, the staff told me they are unable to due to large crowd from Disneyland. Asked me to take public transport bus back. Upon asking the reason, pointed me to the message on WeChat said rules was stated. Ended up taking a taxi, which also do not want to go into the entrance of the hotel, driver stating road was too narrow and dark.
