⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Wonderful Stay – Truly Unforgettable Experience We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel and would like to give our highest possible recommendation from the bottom of our hearts. From the very first moment we arrived, we felt not like ordinary guests, but like truly welcome and valued people. The atmosphere in the hotel is incredibly warm, calm, and pleasant — it really feels like a place where you can fully relax and enjoy your time. The room was perfect: extremely clean, well-maintained, beautifully prepared, and what impressed us especially was the fresh and pleasant smell — everything felt cozy, comfortable, and carefully looked after. Housekeeping is doing an excellent job, and cleanliness is clearly a top priority here. Breakfast was delicious and enjoyable, with fresh and tasty food that gave us a great start to each day. We truly looked forward to breakfast every morning. One of the biggest highlights of our stay was the reception team. The girls and boys at the front desk are not only friendly, but also highly professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. We would like to give special thanks to Nini (妮妮). From the very beginning, she helped us with a serious personal issue during our stay. We faced a big problem, and thanks to her patience, responsibility, and sincere desire to help, she supported us step by step and even helped us get our money back. This level of care is far beyond standard hotel service. She proved that the reception team here is not just present for formalities — they truly help guests solve real and important problems. We are deeply grateful to her. The entire reception team always tried to accommodate our requests in every possible way, making sure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. Their attitude made us feel truly cared for. Another lovely detail was the availability of bath salt, which made our evenings especially relaxing after a long day. Small thoughtful touches like this make a big difference. We traveled as a couple and spent our time here almost like a honeymoon. It was a romantic, peaceful, and joyful experience. We rested deeply, felt refreshed, and were completely satisfied with the hotel, the service, and the whole team. We are extremely happy with our stay and can confidently say that we will definitely return. This hotel's location is perfect if you need to take a flight at Pudong Airport. The attention was outstanding. The personnel were always helpful coordinating everything, including a shuttle bus service they provide free of charge that leaves every 30 minutes and it only takes 10 minutes to arrive to Terminal 2, and 15 minutes to Terminal 1.They have an inside restaurant that offers very delicious Chinese food. Overall it's great. I called them on the phone and they gave me their WeChat number, so we could both use the translation app. I have to emphasize that the attention was excellent. Thank you 🙏

The staff were excellent and very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and close to the MixC shopping mall. The only downside during our 7-night stay was that only one lift was operating, as the other was under maintenance. One of the best features of Atour Hotel is the laundry service. There is also halal food available near the hotel. I don’t recall the restaurant name, but it is very close and owned by a person named Musa. I had dinner there almost every night. Highly recommend! In front of the adjacent area, there is a musical water fountain with lights and music, creating a very beautiful night view.

a very pleasant night. Bedroom was very clean, pilliws and duvets clean and comfortable, tv worked properl. we had a great time playing pool on their very sturdy billard table. breakfast was varied and tasty. will definitely book again for our next visit.

We truly loved this hotel!!!!!! The pool is big and gives you a good chance to cool off after a busy, tiring Disney day, but also you can choose the room with private pool that has a beautiful view of nature and sunset 💖Bed was like sleeping in a cloud, everything felt comfortable and most importantly super clean!, hotel is full of cute little spots here and there and it feels magical. I would go back again many more times. AMAZING 🤩😍

Your room is very convenient and good enough for a quick layover. Airport shuttle bus was very easy to catch from the departure area, journey only took 15min for me. Rooms are suitable for a quick layover before your flight in the morning. I got the queen bed room over the dormitory for a bit of privacy and did not need to pay much extra as the boss shouted me a small upgrade. If you need to contact use WeChat translation which is quite useful.

A great small hotel 5 minutes drive from the airport, 15 min to the Exhibition center. Clean, quiet. Friendly amd helpful staff. Mostly Chinese breakfast (my choice), but there are salads, juices etc for the Western options. A gym (got a pubching bag for kickboxing fans!) and a laundry. Highly recommended. Great value for the price
