"Our 3 nights at the Charm were relaxing and peaceful and although the weather wasn't the best, we got to enjoy the pool and seasonal porch attached to our room. Breakfasts were tasty and definitely a step up on the continental scale. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, and they seemed to really enjoy having us. The bed was comfy with crisp linens, and the towels were plush just like you would expect from this lovely venue. Being able to access the amenities at Ocean Edge was also a plus. Overall, we would rate our stay a10 however, the one disappointment was the strictly streaming service TV. We really thought that we should have been able to turn on the TV and watch something. While chatting with other folks, I think that we weren't the only ones with this comment! "

"We had a wonderful stay at Charm on Main-the atmosphere was warm, peaceful and beautifully curated. The Inn was a blend of classic charm and thoughtful touches-my room was comfortable and impeccably clean. The staff were friendly and attentive-they went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Each morning we enjoyed a fresh and delicious breakfast on the large covered back porch in comfy chairs while looking at the beautiful pool and grounds. One of the highlights of my stay was having dinner in the charming dining room-the food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend Charm on Main-it is a perfect spot for a Girls Getaway or a Romantic Retreat. Susan Boston MA"

"Enjoyed our stay at the Old Manse Inn, as we always do! Brian and Charlie go out of their way to ensure guests are comfortable and taken care of. No detail is overlooked! And they are just the nicest people to chat with. The Inn itself is exceptional; meticulously maintained, beautiful, warm and welcoming. There is plenty of space for couples or small groups to spread out and enjoy the peacefulness of the Inn, or to socialize with other guests if you choose to. The rooms are lovely, each with its own distinct character- and of course comfortable! And breakfast- I look forward to breakfast each morning as it is nothing short of delicious while also aesthetically pleasing. My spouse and I have stayed here several times over the last 10+ years, and we are never disappointed!"

"We had stayed in Falmouth the last 3 years in our annual Cape Cod getaway. However, we wanted a change and to try the Captain Freeman Inn again. I say again because we stayed at CFI several years ago before Jason and Laurie took over and made it such a welcoming and clean well run B& B. Jason communicated with me prior to our stay regarding how many steps to our room on the second floor since I have a knee issue. It was worth every step to enjoy the Eastham Room. The room was comfortable, with a little enclosed porch and everything you could think of including a wonderful king bed, great linens and a wonderful large bathroom. Laurie is wonderful about all the little touches and her delicious breakfasts. They accommodated my dietary requests perfectly. Laurie served a delicious “vacation” yogurt one day and I asked for it every morning for the rest of our stay! Make your own floral arrangement for your room was such a fabulous idea! We enjoyed the pool one afternoon and was truly restful and clean. On our way home my husband and I agreed Captain Freeman Inn was a great choice and how much we enjoyed our getaway! Kudos to Laurie and Jason!"

"My wife and I have stayed in over 100 B&B’s in the last 30+ years both in the US and abroad. This was our second stay in Brewster by the Sea Inn and we returned because of the quality of the accommodations, but also by the friendliness and professionalism of the owner and Innkeeper Amy Chestnut. Its location mid Cape was also a factor since we were staying for 6 nights to attend the annual Cape Cod Hydrangea Fest that allowed us to go in any direction to view the scores of individual gardens across the Cape. We stayed in the Sea Meadow room on this visit and Bayberry room the previous stay and would highly recommend either. Amy is a meticulous Innkeeper and both rooms were spotless. Then there was Amy’s outstanding breakfast which always started with a fresh fruit dish followed by a sweet or savory main course. Breakfast was always served around the pool other than one day because of the threat of rain it was moved inside. Since our previous visit to the Inn in 2023 Amy added a helper which gave Amy more time to interact with the guests which was very enjoyable! We highly recommend Brewster by the Sea Inn!"
