"I had the pleasure of staying at The Charm and loved every minute! Jan made us feel so at home that we came back the next weekend! We enjoyed our delicious breakfasts both in the dining area as well as on the patio overlooking the gorgeous pool and beautiful grounds. Relaxing on the front porch, you truly feel completely at home. So relaxing, and the location is perfect. We were even offered guest passes to Ocean Edge Resort, which is an incredible perk! This is by far my new favorite home away from home on Cape Cod!!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this charming bed and breakfast! The 225-year-old house is full of character and nostalgia, while being beautifully updated and exceptionally well maintained. It perfectly blends historic charm with modern comfort, creating a warm, cozy atmosphere. The thoughtful extra touches really made our stay special. Our room included a mini fridge, and there were also stocked mini refrigerators and complimentary snacks available in the hallway, which was such a nice convenience. The delicious two-course breakfast each morning was outstanding and a highlight of our stay. The innkeepers were attentive, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making sure every guest had a great experience. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly stay here again. We highly recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable getaway with both historic charm and exceptional hospitality"

"Everything about Brewster By the Sea Inn worked. Room was spacious and thoughtfully furnished. Small refrig, coffee maker, leather chairs to relax in, table and two chairs for breakfast, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, water, soap, etc. And it was very clean. Amy the owner was there whenever we needed her. She brings up coffee and tea in the morning while your breakfast is made. Then breakfast is delivered to the room. Simple check-in. It's all electronic. No key, no wait, just arrive type in your code to get through the front door, then use the code to access your room. Amy had a list of recommended restaurants and things to do. I would stay at BBTSI again in a heartbeat. "
