저렴한 가격과 친절한 직원들이 있어 무척 좋았어요. 저렴한 가격인데 에어컨이 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 근데 길가가 좀 무섭게 생겼어요.

This hotel was great and for thebawesome proce i got the customer service was excelent the room also perfect the food a bit pricey especially for the quality i recieved i paid 750 pesos for a individual pizza the crust was like cardboard and still cold a bit and cheese wasnt melted i sent it back and they didnt so much to fix it I also had some truffel french fries included in that price the coke was the best tasting item of the meal i went for breakfast in the hotel restraunt the next morning unfortunately the food didn't improve a ton but loved the staff and hotel so much i stayed and extravl two nights

El cuarto tenía una vista impresionante del Cerro de la Silla, todo estaba muy limpio. La locación es perfecta, justo en el centro de la ciudad. Si vuelvo a Monterrey me encantaría quedarme ahí de nuevo.

Kätevyyttä on se, että siellä on sähköliesi ja jääkaappi ruoanlaittoa varten, mutta kattilat, pannut ja astiat on ostettava itse. Siivous tehdään kerran viikossa ja suihkun vedenpaine on erittäin alhainen.

The location is good, very convenient (a liverpool nearby), the room is cute, but l always see the dust on the dest…. maybe you should try to clean it at least every three days??…
I hate the air conditioner brought the wind on my face, I even caught a cold at the first day… after that I just put a towel on it :(

RRivi AriestaI recently stayed at Safi Royal Luxury Metropolitan, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the elegant decor and welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, offering helpful recommendations and attentive service.
My room was a true oasis, featuring modern amenities, a plush bed, and a lovely view of the city. I particularly enjoyed the spacious layout and the luxurious bathroom—definitely a highlight!
The hotel’s dining options were superb. I indulged in a delightful breakfast buffet each morning, complete with fresh local ingredients and a variety of choices. The on-site restaurant for dinner was equally impressive, serving exquisite dishes that made every meal a treat.
The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy the local culture. After a day out, I loved unwinding by the pool, which provided a peaceful escape.
Overall, my experience at Safi Royal Luxury Metropolitan was outstanding. If you’re looking for a luxurious stay with impeccable service, this is the place to be!

AAnonyymi käyttäjäEnsinnäkin huoneen kokonaisuus on kunnossa, lattia ja tilat ovat upeita, eli vaatetuslamppu tarvitsee oven yleisen hallintajärjestelmän. Keskiyöllä ei ole helppoa nousta, valo ei ole hieman nukkumaton.
Toiseksi asun 1018 kerroksessa, 1117 kerroksessa, joka kuuluu tien lähelle. En tiedä, onko pääsiäispäivä vai miksi. Lähellä oleva huone on ollut kaksi yötä, puolilta yötä kaksi tai kolme, ja se on yhä järjissään ja kuollut. . .

VVieraskäyttäjäIt's under renovation but everyone did their best at the hotel to make our stay comfortable.
It's generally quite clean, but it seems the shower wasn't cleaned very well or the same mop was used for the whole room. The shower floor had fluff remains or a little hair (not mine) every day.
Other than that, the rest of the bathroom was always clean which is important for me. The bed linen was fresh from the beginning and although the furniture isn't new, it was all that was needed and in decent state.
For a short stay it was perfect value for money an the staff service from reception, maintenance, and the drivers who take you around (it's hotel's courtesy!) made up for the little things that weren't perfect.
Service was impecable,I'm grateful.
It's quiet at night, the beds are comfortable, and the heating was working well.
Expect an older hotel, it's not sparkly new and fancy, but it's definitely covering 10% of all basic necessities.

VVieraskäyttäjäSisustus on uusi, verrattavissa kiinalaiseen budjettihotelliin ja paljon parempi kuin muut Montereyn lentokentän lähellä olevat hotellit. Aamiaisen valikoima oli suppea, mutta erittäin siisti.
Huone oli suhteellisen pieni, mutta erittäin siisti, ja ilmastointi oli uusi eikä liian meluisa yöllä. Kaiken kaikkiaan suosittelen sitä.
Ainoa asia, josta olen huolissani, on se, että kuntosalin ilmastointi oli rikki.

VVieraskäyttäjäEl primer dia no estuvo nada grato, tuvimos algunos inconvenientes , pero al ir a expresarlo a la recepción el joven nos hizo cambio de habitación y nos ofreció una mejora, buena atención del joven q estuvo en recepción el dia 30 d junio como alas 11 y media d la mañana no recuerdo su nombre , muy buena atención de el. Y con respecto ala app la aplicación ofrecia el desayuno a un precio y cuando estuvimos en el hotel era otra la tarifa, ahi sería conveniente que la app trip.com modifique esa información ya q no coincide con la del.hotel

ЕЕлена РепинаОтдыхали в этом отеле семьей с 30.04 по 4.05.2023, в одном номере были мы с мужем, а другом моя свекровь, номера были практически идентичными, за несколькими исключениями в номере свекрови не оказалось холодильника, а в нашем не оказалось столика со стульями, который был в номере у свекрови. Начнем с плюсов отеля, очень большие и удобные кровати, на которых могло поместиться до 4-х человек, просторность номера, чистота в номерах, отлично работает кондиционер, есть доставка еды и напитков в номера, отличное расположение вокруг отеля много закусочных, кафе и ресторанов с огромным гастрономическим разнообразием, бутиков и лавочек с одеждой, обувью, сувенирами, аптеки, рядом много пунктов обмена валюты, станция метро. А теперь минусы: наши номера выходили окнами в холл отеля, из-за чего в номере почти всегда был полу-мрак, что создавало гнетущее состояние и пришлось постоянно находиться там при включенном свете, в номерах отсутствовал фен. Ещё одним неудобным нюансом являлось то, что на один номер давался всего один электронный ключ (карточка), но без этой карточки ты не мог даже подняться на лифте на свой этаж т.к для поездке на лифте приходилось также прикладывать ключ внутри лифта перед выбором этажа, а без этого лифт просто никуда не ехал, но даже если вы попытаетесь проехать с другим гостем отеля по его карточке, выставить несколько этажей не получиться, лифт высадит тебя на этаже гостя, поэтому нам с мужем приходилось везде выходить вместе, так как второй просто не смог бы попасть ни на этаж ни в номер без этого электронного ключа.
