ART HOTEL Narita

The room was newly refurbished. The hotel also looked fairly new (they put a notice that they are in the midst of renovations). Clean room, spacious, nice buffet dinner. 10/10 would come back here again.

We were so pleased by staying here before our flight. There is a great hot springs! And personal is incredible nice! I have tried massages for face and body and was so surprised how professional and awesome it was. The hotel has store and restaurants inside of the building which is really comfortable. And there is the shuttle bus which going for free in both ways - to the hotel and to the airport.

It’s an old hotel room with well maintained, good to sleep in 80’s style room hotel. They provide convenience shuttle to and from airport. Good during transit time.

Receiptionist not friendly, great location and airport shuttle, old building. I found a male underwear under my bed in room.

We really enjoyed the garden walk and the hot springs at the hotel. Additionally there was a 24hr family mart and lots of other facilities.

The free-of-charged shuttle bus service (from/to) the hotel and Aeon Mall is very convenient. Yet, if I would be choosing again, I would not get off at the Aeon Mall but the JR Station. There is no bottled water provided but the convenience store is in the hotel. The hair dryer is super nice.

We stayed at Narita Art Hotel with our family on June 30 before our flight to Sri Lanka from Narita Airport. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our family. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The hotel was peaceful, and we had a great night’s sleep before our journey. Its convenient location near Narita Airport made our travel stress-free. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay before or after a flight.

Overall the hotel was good value for money. Some areas are in need of renovation, which they seem to be working on, while other areas are very nice. The room itself was large and nice and the bed and pillows comfortable. The bathroom on the other hand was quite dingy and I was glad I did not have to use it as I just went to the onsen (which costs 700 yen extra). The onsen was great. The on-site 24/7 conbini is convenient as is the free airport shuttle service. I would say that the overall room cleanliness could be improved, the sheets were clean, but some other areas of the room could do with being cleaned more thoroughly.

Decent stay with good breakfast, but a few minor downsides. Overall, we had a good stay here. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering a great variety to start the day, and the check-out process was prompt and efficient. For those driving, overnight parking is available for a very reasonable fee of 300¥. However, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. The room itself was okay, though the cleanliness could definitely be enhanced. The biggest downside was the onsen (hot spring). The entry fee is 700¥ per person, which felt a bit unreasonable considering a normal onsen fee is around 150¥, yet they do not supply towels. Additionally, there was no drinking water provided after the onsen, which was a disappointment.
