The stay at Starry Garden is feeling very homely. We appreciated their effect to greet us each time we come back and the facilities at the hotel is amazing. We are surprise with their butler service especially the laundry service really is convenient for us. Overall we highly recommend for staying at this hotel. .

We stayed at East Lake Hotel, Tingtao 2#, for three nights in August 2025, it was great, highly recommend ! East Lake Hotel is known for its beautiful scenery, just as expected, the view was absolutely stunning, but what was better than the view was the best customer service. They assigned a staff member, Ms. Yu, to help us. Ms. Yu gave us her WeChat contact information so we can reach out easily. Ms. Yu was professional and courteous, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, any concern / issue we had, she handled it quickly, including helping out with the laundry! We stayed at other Five Star hotels in Wuhan, Beijing, and Shanghai, but no other hotel provided this level of service. The front desk was also very helpful. Last but not the least, their breakfast buffet was the best among the 6 hotels we stayed for this trip. The hotel is highly recommended especially if you plan to go for a trip to the Three Gorges Dam and nearby attractions because the transport hub is right nearby. Besides, there are shopping mall, grocery stores and various eateries in surrounding areas for your selection. The room is clean with all necessary amenities for the affordable price. It’s a real value for money!

Hotel are under renovation upgrading, the staff told it will be have construction sound start from 7.30am to 7.30pm, and hotel located at most busy street, after 10pm still noisy outside, but the hotel will provide ear plug, very good service. The room is clean and spacious, highly recommend if accepted the environments here are noisy.

Shangrila in Wuhan is already a bit old, but the overall service is fine and they have a big gym and a nice swimming pool. What bothered me at my stay is, that I bought a 2-day promotion, where not was written that the breakfast is excluded. I had to add four breakfasts for the comfortable stay. Then the difference of the promotion vs current room rate was marginal.

Very good hotel. I will come again. It’s really good team and good service.
