Very attentive service, clean rooms, airy, quiet。 The air is fresh and airy. In the room, I don't hear any noise or noisy traffic outside. I feel very comfortable and relaxed when I'm alone in the hotel without having to worry about anything.

Prachtig gedecoreerd gebouw in traditionele lokale stijl met moderne architecturale invloeden. Attente eigenaars doen er alles aan om het verblijf aangenaam te maken. Aanrader!

這裏的男孩女孩很和善安靜衞生就是蟲子多點酒店也有提供驅蚊液 ，和普那卡酒店是同一家，普納卡有空調。大家一定要有給小費習慣，他們的工資很低，司機和導遊有時需要自己找住的地方和吃飯的地方。

Central in Paro.Paro is smaller than Thimbu and acording my oppinion more worth visiting. Depending of time of visit you may need varm clouth because nighttime it can be below 0 degrees celsius. It is amzing there still is a people not destroid by civilisation.They are genuin friendly and you will not see ”white trash” in Bhutan.The fee 100 USD per night is used for free school and healthcare for the local people. I visited Bhutan first time 20 years ago and it is still the same-the new is mobilophone and excelcellent internet.

A beautiful hotel in an amazing location with stunning views of the area. I was here on a group tour and the first night here was my birthday, my amazing guide arranged a cake for me which was so lovely. There is a super cute puppy that seems to live here too and he's full of beans. We returned for a few days at the end of the tour for Paro festival and I was dressed by one of the lovely ladies that works here, she even leant me her broach to close my jacket on the kira. All the staff be it in the bar or restaurant are so happy and smiling all the time. My rooms both times were stunning with lots of plug points not to future travellers get the plug for india. I loved the decor in the rooms especially the bhutaneese curtains in my first room. It's such an easy walk into town for a spot of shopping too. I totally would not hesitate to stay here again. I love this place! it is so quiet and peaceful. The staff and the management are remarkably friendly, helpful, and kind. The meals at the restaurant are fantastic, particularly the curries and other Indian dishes. The rooms and the space are comfortable and inviting. My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer! Will definitely return on the next trip, though.

Nice place, very friendly staff. Simple hotel with a pleasant peaceful area. If you want to get outside the hotel there is basically nothing and you're not too close to any town area, that's the only downside. You need a taxi to all towns, treks and the airport

The positive thing, the location is very nice, right at the riverside. Now the negative… for starters, staff at the reception, especially those boys, needs more training on how to handle guest requests. Their attitude is not helpful, borderline rude sometimes. One staff tells you something and a minute later you hear exactly the contradictory thing from another staff. Very confusing and frustrating. Don’t expect 5 star service here …  Let’s move on to the amenities. The rooms are simple and clean, but very outdated, the floor queaks and you clearly hear footsteps from above.  Then there is the spa… first of all, you need to inform them 20-30 mins before you want to use the sauna in order for the staff to turn it on. Then the steam room had really dirty floor which a kinda of unknown black gluey thing sticking to your feet, kinda disgusting. When I told the spa staff about it, then they just ignored it.  Finally, the food in the one and only restaurant, last recipe, was „underwhelming“, if you want it said in a polite way. The pizza dough was still raw when it was served to us.  I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again but I guess this is your only choice if you want a safe option besides Aman or Six Senses.
