Uima-altaalliset hotellit kohteessa Tempe

During my recent stay at The Westin Tempe, I was thoroughly impressed by the impeccable service and attention to detail. The rooms were spacious, beautifully appointed, and spotlessly clean. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and were always on hand with recommendations for local attractions. The in-house restaurant served delectable cuisine that truly showcased the region's flavors. I would highly recommend The Westin Tempe to anyone visiting the area and look forward to returning on my next trip.

The room is big and spacious. Cleaning staff are there everyday in the morning. Parking is free and has plenty of space. Walking distance to the Arizona Mills Mall. Complimentary free breakfast and food is good. The hotel has common Laundry area, has washing machine & dryer. Big bottle of shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Very noisy air conditioning. There's no microwavable plate no kettle. There's 2 elevators at time both are faulty, maintenance staff were unable to diagnose the issue. We're okay to use the stairs though from 6th floor. The dining area is small and is usually crowded.

Needed much needed sleep and didn’t get it. After being told I was getting a room that would be quiet and away from anything, I instead got a room that was near road and it was loud. Asked for room to be away from elevator as well and it was literally right next to it. Late check-out was not handled properly at first but eventually just left at normal check-out time. Water pressure in shower was terrible, almost coming to a trickle and then coming back on boiling hot…very dangerous!

Location and cleanness - super. Services: the door to the bathroom was very tough, so tough that we did not manage to close it. Asked for help, engineer fixed something and it was a bit better, but still very hard to open and close. We asked for daily housekeeping, but it was not done. We were forced to ask new towels urgently (need to take a shower fast to catch the next event). Breakfast is average. It feels like everything except special menu is cooked somewhere and brought to the hotel - does not taste fully fresh. I have prepaid breakfast, but was charged for one (we stayed 2 nights). Now I am dealing with hotel to cancel this charge. Very noisy fromplanes taking off and landing in Phoenix Sky Harbor. As for amenities. They give you a pouch of lavender every evening and aromatic salt for shower - very nice. Parking. When I booked it was stated $18 (+tax). In reality, it was $20+tax. Honestly, for Marriott and 4 stars, this stay was in overall quite disappointing. I hope I will manage to fix my extra charges, but will think twice whether to book this hotel again.

Very nice hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is very acceptable (and free). Curtesy bus to and from airport and takes 10 mins. Get room facing the mountains. Rooms are very well designed . Huge Tv with easy Chrimd Cadt connection. There is a fridge and coffee machine. Pool outside, gym and free parking.

We just took an in town get-away from the kids. Service is friendly. Continental Breakfast in the beautiful dining area is beautiful. In fact, our stay was perfect with the exception of the visibly dirty and stained carpet in the room (not the common area) —- hard bottom slippers are an easy remedy. A peaceful, restful night and refreshed morning made everything look new by checkout time.

Room was not as clean as it could have been. There were two big splotches of ketchup on the carpet. The door know on the bathroom door fall off in your hand. Lastly, you guys need to update your toilets. They are made for two year Olds. They are so low to the ground it is extremely difficult if you have any back, knee or leg pain issues or if you are over three feet tall.. They are just abnormally low to the ground

Again, not much to complain for the price that I paid, it has all the essentials to have a comfortable stay, except the bed, way too soft...

피닉스 공항 근처에서 짧게 숙박할곳을 찾다가 여기로 오게 되었습니다. 공항에서 10분정도 겅리도 주변에 아울렛도 있어서 위치면에서는 정말 좋았어요!
