Uima-altaalliset hotellit kohteessa Lissabon

"Vastaanoton henkilökunta oli erittäin avulias ja tarjosi täydellistä palvelua. Olemme perhe, jossa on yksi pieni lapsi ja olimme varanneet standard-huoneen. Säännösten mukaan huoneeseen sai kuitenkin majoittua vain kaksi aikuista, ja kolme henkilöä, mukaan lukien lapset, ei saanut oleskella huoneessa. Teimme varauksen tietämättämme, mutta vastaanoton henkilökunta oli tarkkaavainen ja järjesti meille lisävuoteen, ja saimme jäädä ilman lisämaksua, vaikka olisimme joutuneet maksamaan lisämaksun. "Very spacious and clean hotel.  Felt like an apartment with the separate rooms, including the bathroom bedroom kitchen. Kitchen also had an appliances and utensils as well as the microwave and mini fridge, which was really useful as there was a grocery store nearby. Around a 10 minute walk to the metro station which was not hard to navigate in getting to the more central shopping areas of Lisbon. Front desk was also very responsive. All in all, great experience."

"All in all okay place, very noisy in bedrooms as people stay chatting outside on the downstairs terrace and it echo’s all the way up tot the 2nd floor. Toilet and shower outdated."

"The Masa Hotel and Spa is in an excellent location and easily reached by the metro station about 10 minutes walk away. The room was exceptionally clean and the room had a mini bar, safe and was supplied with bath robes and disposable slippers. Also a litre bottle of water was a welcome addition. In regards to the breakfast. The first morning was perfect and the selection was very good. However the second morning I went earlier and it is best described as a chaotic mess. There was a large party of travellers who all descended the dining room at the same time and there was simply too many in at the same time. Maybe somone should have staggered the amount allowed in at once and allowed people to get their breakfast choice in a relaxed fashion rather than it resembling feeding time at the zoo! I stayed over the weekend the clocks went back and was reliably informed by reception staff that in Portugal the clocks went back on the Sunday night going into Monday which was proven to be completely inaccurate and could have caused problems for ongoing travel if they had been believed! It must be mentioned that the major disadvantage of this hotel is that it lies directly under the flight path of Lisbon Airport and from early morning there are plane after plane coming very frequently into land. Even with the windows closed it's still very noticeable. It's obviously not the hotels fault where it's situated, but if you want a peaceful stay then this hotel really isn't going to give you that. The spa and swimming pool I can not comment on as never used. Neither did I use the dining room for an evening meal. Despite the negative comments it is a lovely hotel simply spoiled by being under the flight path of the main airport."

"Everything was above and beyond. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was well appointment, modern and in excellent condition. Comfy bed, with convenient charging stations in the bedside locker. Balcony was lovely and had a pleasing view of the area. Pool area is well maintained with a bar and snacks. We used the gym, indoor sauna and indoor pool, which were also very good. There is even a relaxation room to unwind in. The gym floor was a little slippy, could be the cleaner that was used. Excellent breakfast, the bread and pastry options were fresh and authentic. We also had a few cocktails, which were delicious. Two enthusiastic thumbs up! Thanks for a great stay."

"Lisboa pessoa hotle is really wonderful hotel, this is my first time here, lisbon as my first stop for traveling Europe, this hotel just give me a great beginning. The receptionists are very friendly, because I came here early and would like to storage my luggage, and they are so kindly to help me check in and sent my luggage to my room directly. At Christmas evening, they also give me some small gift some, so sweet. The location is perfect, near the Santa Justa Lift, you can walk there only 1-2mins, and I also think it located in the center of alfama, close to many malls and landmarks. Wonderful place to live,highly recommended"

"Очень удобно месторасположение, можно быстро и удобно доехать до всех достопримечательностей, рядо аэропорт, метро, удобная ветка жд до основных жд и автовокзалов. Сам отель стильненький, в номере очень удобная кровать, кофемашина, холодильник и микроволновка, что очень удобно. Из минусов - очень мало места для хранения вещей, нет крючков для одежды (куртку надо вешать в мини шкаф с 8 вешалками к основной одежде) и в ванной некуда повесить вещи и убирать номера начинают очень рано и очень громко с 9 утра и в 10 или раньше уже начинают стучать в номер, тч если планируете поспать чуть дольше не получится. В целом все понравилось, спасибо!"

"VIP Executive Entrecampos hotel is a good choice when traveling to Lisbon. The room was good and clean. Ther breakfast was very good. There is a good variety of choices. There a few suggestions to improve the quality of the stay for possible guests. 1. The rooms need to have an upgrade. There are few details that could annoy or be hazardous. The rugs in the rooms by the bed block the fridge doors and make difficult to open them. 2. The same rugs could cause tripping particularly when traveling with older people. In my case I was traveling with my mother and she tripped once but I was near her. 3. The hotel needs maintenance and a serious remodeling. One of my high points was the pool, steam room and sauna. They were fantastic. I also loved the piano in the lobby. Overall, this place is a good choice when visiting Lisbon. Thank you for the great service"

"This is one of my favourite hotels in Lisbon. It’s clean the air conditioner works very well. The rooms are pretty and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend."
