"All in all okay place, very noisy in bedrooms as people stay chatting outside on the downstairs terrace and it echo’s all the way up tot the 2nd floor. Toilet and shower outdated."

"The location is great, with plenty of bus stops nearby, making it very convenient to get around. There are McDonald’s and cafés within walking distance, so food options are easy to find. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and even helped me print my train ticket. The breakfast selection is quite complete and reasonably priced—better than looking for breakfast outside. I didn’t really like the bathroom design , it’s not convenient for hanging clothes or getting changed, and it can be a bit troublesome if two friends are sharing the room."

"The hotel is just a 5-7mins walk away from the metro, Marques de Pombal, making it extremely accessible. There are also nearby buses as an alternative transport. The station itself is also in a central spot of the metro network hence it’s convenient getting from one attraction to another. The room itself is amazing too. Love the strong water pressure from the shower head, the drying rack with heater and of cos, the washing machine(!!!). The check-in and check-out were a breeze and housekeeping service for additional amenities were super prompt too. Only con perhaps is the mattress that felt rather sunken in. Oh and do note that housekeeping service is only available for stays beyond 7 days."

"The Masa Hotel and Spa is in an excellent location and easily reached by the metro station about 10 minutes walk away. The room was exceptionally clean and the room had a mini bar, safe and was supplied with bath robes and disposable slippers. Also a litre bottle of water was a welcome addition. In regards to the breakfast. The first morning was perfect and the selection was very good. However the second morning I went earlier and it is best described as a chaotic mess. There was a large party of travellers who all descended the dining room at the same time and there was simply too many in at the same time. Maybe somone should have staggered the amount allowed in at once and allowed people to get their breakfast choice in a relaxed fashion rather than it resembling feeding time at the zoo! I stayed over the weekend the clocks went back and was reliably informed by reception staff that in Portugal the clocks went back on the Sunday night going into Monday which was proven to be completely inaccurate and could have caused problems for ongoing travel if they had been believed! It must be mentioned that the major disadvantage of this hotel is that it lies directly under the flight path of Lisbon Airport and from early morning there are plane after plane coming very frequently into land. Even with the windows closed it's still very noticeable. It's obviously not the hotels fault where it's situated, but if you want a peaceful stay then this hotel really isn't going to give you that. The spa and swimming pool I can not comment on as never used. Neither did I use the dining room for an evening meal. Despite the negative comments it is a lovely hotel simply spoiled by being under the flight path of the main airport."

"Tämä on tämän matkan tyydyttävin hotelli, jonka sijainti oli mielestäni hieman huonompi, mutta verrattuna hotellin laatuun ja kulkuyhteyksiin vanhassa kaupungissa, tämä hotelli on ehdottomasti sen arvoinen. On uusi vuosi, ja hotelli on hyvin lähellä Liberty Avenuea, jossa sattuu olemaan Wonderland, jossa voit syödä, juoda ja pitää hauskaa yöllä. Hotellin valoshow on aika hyvä Istuessani atriumissa ja katsomassa sitä muutaman minuutin, tuntuu kuin uusi vuosi. Myös hotellihuoneiden varustelutaso on hyvä."

"This is an amazing hotel in a perfect location. The hotel decor is a beautiful mixture of white and pale grey. Rooms are very comfortable with a free safe, bottle of water, apples, chocolates, tea and coffee and great walk in shower. In addition they bring round a trolley every night to ask what items you need topping up. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but there are loads of local cafes, coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets just minutes from the hotel. The entrance to the Metro at Saldanha is literally outside the hotel doors. So convenient for visiting all the sites. Buy a Navigante card and you can top up amounts so you can use it as zapping. It is also located on the red Metro route directly from outside T1 arrivals and takes around 20 minutes."

"VIP Executive Entrecampos hotel is a good choice when traveling to Lisbon. The room was good and clean. Ther breakfast was very good. There is a good variety of choices. There a few suggestions to improve the quality of the stay for possible guests. 1. The rooms need to have an upgrade. There are few details that could annoy or be hazardous. The rugs in the rooms by the bed block the fridge doors and make difficult to open them. 2. The same rugs could cause tripping particularly when traveling with older people. In my case I was traveling with my mother and she tripped once but I was near her. 3. The hotel needs maintenance and a serious remodeling. One of my high points was the pool, steam room and sauna. They were fantastic. I also loved the piano in the lobby. Overall, this place is a good choice when visiting Lisbon. Thank you for the great service"
