Lissabon Hotels with Parvekkeita

Tämä on tämän matkan tyydyttävin hotelli, jonka sijainti oli mielestäni hieman huonompi, mutta verrattuna hotellin laatuun ja kulkuyhteyksiin vanhassa kaupungissa, tämä hotelli on ehdottomasti sen arvoinen. On uusi vuosi, ja hotelli on hyvin lähellä Liberty Avenuea, jossa sattuu olemaan Wonderland, jossa voit syödä, juoda ja pitää hauskaa yöllä. Hotellin valoshow on aika hyvä Istuessani atriumissa ja katsomassa sitä muutaman minuutin, tuntuu kuin uusi vuosi. Myös hotellihuoneiden varustelutaso on hyvä.

The hotel does not offer a refund for unused breakfasts, and in my case, they neither refunded nor provided any form of compensation. This policy, though minor for the hotel, can leave a negative impression, as a small gesture of goodwill would go a long way in enhancing guest satisfaction. - The hotel does not provide bathrobes, which may be inconvenient for guests accustomed to using them after a shower. - Nighttime temperatures can be quite low, so it is advisable to turn on the air conditioning in advance to ensure a comfortable sleep. - The rooms are compact, making this hotel a better fit for solo travelers rather than couples or families. - While it is rated as a four-star property, the breakfast selection is quite simple and limited. Guests can expect pastries, a small assortment of sliced meats and cheeses (1-2 types each), yogurt, toppings, scrambled eggs, ciabatta, a modest selection of sliced fruit, juice, and some alcoholic beverages. Hotel Perk: - Unlimited coffee is available in the lounge, which is a nice bonus for guests. - The hotel is situated in a district neighboring the city center, offering convenient access. Guests can reach the embankment and historic center within a short walk. - Upon my arrival on the first night of check-in, I received a welcome kit that included complimentary access to the in-room bar. We had a great stay at Moon & Sun Hotel in Lisbon. If you’re looking for a centrally located hotel that’s perfect for exploring the city, this is an excellent choice. The location is ideal—within walking distance of major attractions, great restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to discover Lisbon without needing a Taxi/Uber/Bolt. The rooms are modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean. While they are on the smaller side, they’re perfect for travelers who want a comfortable place to rest after a full day of sightseeing. If you’re planning to spend most of your time exploring the city rather than lounging in your room, this hotel offers great value for money. The service was outstanding. The front desk staff spoke fluent English and provided excellent recommendations for places to visit and eat. They were also very accommodating—when I requested a different pillow for better comfort, they replaced it immediately, and when we asked for mint to be brought to our room, they did so at no extra charge. Small gestures like these really made us feel welcome. Overall, Moon & Sun Hotel was exactly what we were looking for—clean, comfortable, and centrally located, with a high level of service. It’s a great option for couples or anyone who wants to explore Lisbon with ease while staying in a well-priced, stylish hotel. We would definitely stay here again!

部屋やホテル自体は非常に綺麗かつモダンで過ごしやすいです。しっかりシャンプー・コンディショナー・ボディーソープが用意してあったり、無料の水やお茶、コーヒーの用意があるなど、コスパも非常に良いです。 しかしサービス面で問題があります。夜中にエアコン周辺からの水漏れが起き、whatsappを通じて連絡しましたが返信まで1時間もかかりました。部屋の交換を申し出てくれましたが、もう深夜だったのでひとまず断りました。が、その後フォローアップの連絡や水漏れ箇所の確認などもなし。なんのサポートもヘルプもありませんでした。 新しいタオルはセルフサービスですが、水漏れを拭くのに使ったので次の日新しいものを取りに行ったら1つしかない、部屋の床には糞がこびりついているなど、部屋がとても綺麗で心地よかった分、サービスや問題が起きた時の対応が非常不快でした。 フロントがないので仕方のないことですが、その分問題が起きたときの対応はしっかりすべきだと思います。このホテルチェーンには二度と泊まりません。

The Masa Hotel and Spa is in an excellent location and easily reached by the metro station about 10 minutes walk away. The room was exceptionally clean and the room had a mini bar, safe and was supplied with bath robes and disposable slippers. Also a litre bottle of water was a welcome addition. In regards to the breakfast. The first morning was perfect and the selection was very good. However the second morning I went earlier and it is best described as a chaotic mess. There was a large party of travellers who all descended the dining room at the same time and there was simply too many in at the same time. Maybe somone should have staggered the amount allowed in at once and allowed people to get their breakfast choice in a relaxed fashion rather than it resembling feeding time at the zoo! I stayed over the weekend the clocks went back and was reliably informed by reception staff that in Portugal the clocks went back on the Sunday night going into Monday which was proven to be completely inaccurate and could have caused problems for ongoing travel if they had been believed! It must be mentioned that the major disadvantage of this hotel is that it lies directly under the flight path of Lisbon Airport and from early morning there are plane after plane coming very frequently into land. Even with the windows closed it's still very noticeable. It's obviously not the hotels fault where it's situated, but if you want a peaceful stay then this hotel really isn't going to give you that. The spa and swimming pool I can not comment on as never used. Neither did I use the dining room for an evening meal. Despite the negative comments it is a lovely hotel simply spoiled by being under the flight path of the main airport.

I was a bit worried after reading some negative reviews, but my experience turned out to be great. The location was convenient, close to my office meetings as well as main sights, and in a quieter area that made for good sleep. Check-in and check-out were much easier than expected. The virtual reception worked smoothly, much quicker than a typical hotel desk. Checking out was simple with an online form. I stayed in a studio, which was very spacious with a kitchen and nice bathroom. The room had everything I needed: washing machine, stove, dishwasher, fridge, kitchen utensils, clothes hanger, and iron. Daily cleaning was provided and the room was spotless on arrival. I also really liked the keyless system with door codes, which made things much more convenient. Of course, this is more of an apartment setup, so you won’t find hotel-style amenities, but it worked perfectly for me. The only minor downside was some noise when people came in and out, but guests were generally very considerate and it never disrupted my sleep. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would book again.

I booked this hotel cause it a close location to many things around in Lisbon. While it is not a fancy hotel, it serves well for solo travellers and families. The room was very spacious and the AC worked well. The cleaning service came every day and left the room clean and fresh. Breakfast was included with our stay, and it was a usual hotel breakfast. You could pick from hot items such as scrambled eggs and meat products like beans and sausage or bacon. On one day they also had mushrooms. Then of course the bread variety and some pastry items such as croissant and muffins. Cheeses, yoghurt and fruits as well cereals were available. Eating breakfast at 10 AM usually filled us up for the day and we hardly ate lunch outside. The staff was friendly and when we requested an iron they provided that with no problem. The room had a small safe for valuables when we left for the day and plenty of storage space for the clothes and suit cases. The bathroom was very nice as well, lots of counter space and even a clothing line across the tub to hang some items to dry if you had to was a shirt or socks. The hotel is located across small soccer practice field so from our balcony we could watch people play some soccer games. Be advised the hotel is very close to the airport (about 10 min) so there was noise from planes but hardly noticeable. During our stay, 2 of the main elevators broke and were not usable but luckily we were on the second floor so taking the stairs was easy but they do have other elevators available. And for anyone not looking to leave the hotel for lunch or dinner, they provide plenty of dishes in their restaurant and bar area. But just a few steps around that area, you will find great places to eat such a Turkish restaurant with a 10 page menu I highly recommend to try.

Overall, location is good, quiet and easy to get into central area via tram/bus/uber. Kitchen facilities inside the studio are useful and cleaning service is provided to change towels. Areas of improvements needed: - No arrival instructions were provided, even when asked prior to arriving. This left us hanging outside the building as we had no access code to enter. - Dirty dishes were left inside the dishwasher when we arrived

It was a good location, nice and clean, with a balcony, nice staff and they upgraded my room, so the bathroom was in our room, which was good. The only thing is that there wasn't any events, even though they were advertised.

This hostel is located about 3km walk from the center city, but does have some close by attractions (such as the Jeronimo's Monetary) The room is extremely small, if you seat on the edge of the bed and try to stretch your legs, you'll most likely hit the wall. We had our room replaced, as the first room had zero privacy for the toilet and the second room gave the illusion of privacy (as you can see in photos) We've not seen any of the management, as everything is done thru WhatsApp to contact them and they will respond. Breakfast was OK, it had a bit of choices but there was more cakes and cookies then actual food.
