"Lovely boutique hotel not too far from Lisbon tourist sights. Walking into the city centre takes about 20-25 minutes on a lovely walk and on the way back, there’s a short uphill just before you reach the hotel. Room was clean and staff were all friendly and there’s coffee machine and water provided in room. Water can be refilled if you go to the reception or kitchen staff to refill the filtered water any time every day as the reception is manned 24/7. Our favourite part about this hotel was the breakfast. It’s not buffet style but there’s freshly made eggs which they cook to your preference. You can choose your juice and have it refilled too. The bread is made fresh in house and it’s delicious with yoghurt and fruits provided all in a tray."

"The location of the hotel is quite good, not too far on foot from the subway (~5 min.), there are convenient service shops around: laundromat, small supermarket, a few restaurants (BRUTI is absolutely the one to recommend, the food is really good, the prices are ok - not cheap but not overpriced compared to the quality you get). The service given by the people working at this IBIS was fantastic! Huge praise to Davi, Isa and Fernando! (If you have the chance to meet them, say hello to them for us ;) About the room, it was a bit of a let-down: quite small, cheap furniture which felt old, no small fridge (although there is room for it, and with the supermarket nearby, it would have been nice to put some of our own purchases in a fridge), ... it could be improved. All in all though, a good stay, but mainly thanks to its personnel."

"Sijainti on hyvä. On erittäin kätevää käydä ostoksilla Liberty Avenuella ja British Palacessa. Vastaanottopalvelu on hyvä. He jopa auttoivat soittamaan taksin asemalle. Huone on kokonaisuudessaan suhteellisen pieni, samanlainen kuin Hanting-standardi Kylpyhuone on erityisen pieni. Suihkuhuone on niin pieni, että sitä on vaikea kääntää kuuma ja kylmä, kun sitä ei liikuta, se on erittäin kuuma tai erittäin kylmä"

"Hotelli kaipaa hieman huolenpitoa. Luulen, että heillä oli jotain remonttia meidän vierailumme aikana, mutta olimme siellä vain kaksi päivää ja se sopi vaatimukseen. Siisti huone. Saimme kaksi erillistä sänkyä, mutta työnsimme ne yhteen. Ne olivat mukavat ja suihku oli hyvä. Aamiaisella oli runsaasti vaihtoehtoja, joten päiväsi alkoi hyvin. Ja henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä 👍👍 Joten jos etsit vain tukikohtaa Lissabonin tutkimiseen, tämä hotelli saattaa sopia useimmille matkailijoille."

"Hotelli on mukava suuriin nähtävyyksiin, metroasema ja bussipistooli (28E) ovat lähellä. Huone on puhdas ja viihtyisä, henkilöstö on melko ystävällinen. Huoneessa on parveke nauttia kaupungin näkymä."

"I booked this hotel cause it a close location to many things around in Lisbon. While it is not a fancy hotel, it serves well for solo travellers and families. The room was very spacious and the AC worked well. The cleaning service came every day and left the room clean and fresh. Breakfast was included with our stay, and it was a usual hotel breakfast. You could pick from hot items such as scrambled eggs and meat products like beans and sausage or bacon. On one day they also had mushrooms. Then of course the bread variety and some pastry items such as croissant and muffins. Cheeses, yoghurt and fruits as well cereals were available. Eating breakfast at 10 AM usually filled us up for the day and we hardly ate lunch outside. The staff was friendly and when we requested an iron they provided that with no problem. The room had a small safe for valuables when we left for the day and plenty of storage space for the clothes and suit cases. The bathroom was very nice as well, lots of counter space and even a clothing line across the tub to hang some items to dry if you had to was a shirt or socks. The hotel is located across small soccer practice field so from our balcony we could watch people play some soccer games. Be advised the hotel is very close to the airport (about 10 min) so there was noise from planes but hardly noticeable. During our stay, 2 of the main elevators broke and were not usable but luckily we were on the second floor so taking the stairs was easy but they do have other elevators available. And for anyone not looking to leave the hotel for lunch or dinner, they provide plenty of dishes in their restaurant and bar area. But just a few steps around that area, you will find great places to eat such a Turkish restaurant with a 10 page menu I highly recommend to try."

"Very small toilet and noisy front door! The guest rooms in the hotel is newly renovated. Maybe due to some designing issues, the toilet is very small. The toilet bowl is narrowly surrounded by the sink and wall. I’m not a big size person, but I cannot fully sit on the toilet bowl because the space between the sink and the wall is small. The front door of the room produces a big bang when closing. The hotel does suggest guests to tap the door card to retract the lock tongue before closing the door. But nobody does so and you keep hearing bangs from neighbours. My room has the smell of cigarette smoke from 9 p.m. every night. I couldn’t figure out where it comes from."
