We stayed at The Manila Hotel as a couple with one infant and had a very positive experience. The staff were extremely accommodating and attentive, the facilities felt grand and culturally rich rather than modern, and the location is central, great for nearby parks but challenging due to Manila traffic. The highlight was the breakfast, which was outstanding and easily the best complimentary hotel breakfast I’ve had.

While the breakfast buffet was a notable highlight with its quality and variety, my overall stay was significantly hampered by procedural and service-related friction points. Parking: A Major Inconvenience The process for securing complimentary parking is excessively complicated and needs to be streamlined. For a 5-night stay, having to follow these steps every single day was truly exhausting and time-consuming: Validate the ticket at the Front Desk for complimentary status. Go to the Parking Cashier for a zero-value receipt. Surrender this receipt at the parking exit. This multi-step, daily requirement detracts significantly from the convenience expected of a hotel in this category, and I urge management to simplify it for long-term guests. Front Desk & Check-In Issues Service at the Front Desk also presented some challenges: The check-in process was not smooth and took longer than expected. I often had to wait for an extended period for the front desk to answer my phone calls, which was frustrating when trying to resolve issues or make simple requests. Value for Money The breakfast buffet, while excellent, is priced quite high, making it feel less like a value-add and more like an excessive cost for those paying in addition to their room rate. Overall: The quality of the breakfast is great, but the cumbersome parking procedure and the inconsistent front desk service created daily friction that significantly impacted the overall comfort and convenience of my extended stay.

the staff are always smiling and greeting you with respect. great buffet breakfast. we always book here, and we have alwas a nice room, this time the room we are in, de luxe twin room is so old, as in parang napaglipasan na ng panahon, can easily listen the noise from outside and I can always see some hairs on the carpet upon chek in, the carpet is too old.

Huoneet ovat tilaisia, epäpuhtaita ja ajattelevasti suunniteltuja, tarjoavat rentouttavan retreatin pitkän päivän jälkeen. Sänky oli erittäin mukava, ja huomiota yksityiskohtiinkohdasta talonhoitoontei oleskelu tuntuu kovaa ja ylellisyyttä. Mikä todella asettaa Century Park Hotel erossa on sen palvelu. Jokainen henkilöstön jäsen oli ammattimainen, lämmin, ja todellinen innokas auttaa. Tulin sisäänkäynnistä uloskäynnin, tunsin hyvin huolehtia, pyynnöt käsitelty nopeasti ja kohteliaasti. Ruoka oli johdonmukaisesti herkullinen, hyvin esitetty, ja tarjosi suuren valikoiman sopimaan erilaisia makuja. Olipa aamiaista tai vapaa-ajan ateriaa, kokemus oli erinomainen. Hotellin tilat ovat hyvin ylläpidettyjä ja lisäävät suuria arvoja oleskeluun, mikä soveltuu sekä liike- että vapaa-ajan matkustajille. Se on mukava sijainti, Century Park Hotel tarjoaa helpon ympärikäyntiä ja rauhallisen paikan rentoutua. Yleensä Century Park Hotel tarjoaa mukavuutta, laatua ja erinomaista vieraanvaraisuutta. Suosittelen sitä erittäin paljon kaikille, jotka etsivät muistomerkillistä ja miellyttävää hotellikokemusta, ja jään mielelläni täällä taas. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Overall cleanliness was good, but some details weren't cleaned thoroughly enough. 1) Hair in the room 2) Floating debris in the kettle 3) Btw, All the staff were very patient, and the food was quite good. I'll come again next time, I really like it here.

The hotel was a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. The room was clean and the bed was cozy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was conveniently located near the U.S. Embassy. My family had a pleasant experience and would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

The family suite we booked was incredibly spacious and clean, giving us plenty of room to relax without feeling cramped. The beds were comfortable, and we all slept soundly. The highlight for our children was definitely the indoor pool and kids' play area. It was a perfect way for them to burn off energy, and it was well-maintained. The location was also fantastic, being close to manila ocean park and luneta. The staff, particularly the front desk team, were so welcoming and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend the Bayview Hotel or anyone traveling with a family. We can't wait to visit again!

It was very bad to start with. They gave us a very dirty room. Had cockcriaches.. bad deco, safe was broken and the clock was not working. I had to change the room after 3days of living in that room it was very disgusting. I was scared to walk around the room. The balcony doors wouldn't close properly in both rooms so the air conditioning was not effective enough. Also found previous tenants dirty knickers on the balcony floor and when I complained they said maybe clean knickers and did not send any one to remove them from the balcony. Definitely a 1/5 for the room and service in this situation. There was cockcroach prevention houses all over the place and was bitten by lots of mosquitoes and the kitten was dirty in places. They asked for a 2k peso deposit refundable which is fine but I had to pay in cash which in the end I had to go find an atm which was inconvenient and I had to walk about 10min from the hotel because they had no visa card services, being a hotel with 50 floors that was very bad management for their hotel infrastructure for international clients. The restaurant down the street and also the Korean restaurant in the lobby both had visa card machines yet a hotel couldn't do that. Overall the service after few days was much better. The manager Mohammed and workers Charles and Michael started to help make my stay more better which was refreshing and we built good relations. So in the end the last few days was more better. If it was like this from the start then I would definitely give a 4/5.

The place was nice and clean, and I enjoyed my stay overall. I did notice a couple of things though—some cupboard covers were broken, and the shower door doesn’t close properly, so water splashes onto the toilet floor when you shower. Also, the smell of mothballs and bleach was a bit strong. Maybe use fewer mothballs and mix the bleach with fabric conditioner to reduce the scent next time Other than that, it was a good stay and I’d be happy to come back next time.
