We stayed at The Manila Hotel as a couple with one infant and had a very positive experience. The staff were extremely accommodating and attentive, the facilities felt grand and culturally rich rather than modern, and the location is central, great for nearby parks but challenging due to Manila traffic. The highlight was the breakfast, which was outstanding and easily the best complimentary hotel breakfast I’ve had.

While the breakfast buffet was a notable highlight with its quality and variety, my overall stay was significantly hampered by procedural and service-related friction points. Parking: A Major Inconvenience The process for securing complimentary parking is excessively complicated and needs to be streamlined. For a 5-night stay, having to follow these steps every single day was truly exhausting and time-consuming: Validate the ticket at the Front Desk for complimentary status. Go to the Parking Cashier for a zero-value receipt. Surrender this receipt at the parking exit. This multi-step, daily requirement detracts significantly from the convenience expected of a hotel in this category, and I urge management to simplify it for long-term guests. Front Desk & Check-In Issues Service at the Front Desk also presented some challenges: The check-in process was not smooth and took longer than expected. I often had to wait for an extended period for the front desk to answer my phone calls, which was frustrating when trying to resolve issues or make simple requests. Value for Money The breakfast buffet, while excellent, is priced quite high, making it feel less like a value-add and more like an excessive cost for those paying in addition to their room rate. Overall: The quality of the breakfast is great, but the cumbersome parking procedure and the inconsistent front desk service created daily friction that significantly impacted the overall comfort and convenience of my extended stay.

I’ve been in this hotel 3 times in 2025 it always is good the staff are great & always really friendly it’s like a second home to me I’ve been using it for 4 years now when in Manila & breakfast and meals is always excellent

Olin todella poikkeuksellinen alusta loppuun. Hotelli on täydellinen tasapaino klassisen tyylikkyyden ja modernin mukavuuden välillä, luodaan tervetullut ilmapiiri heti saapuessasi. Huoneet ovat tilaisia, epäpuhtaita ja ajattelevasti suunniteltuja, tarjoavat rentouttavan retreatin pitkän päivän jälkeen. Sänky oli erittäin mukava, ja huomiota yksityiskohtiinkohdasta talonhoitoontei oleskelu tuntuu kovaa ja ylellisyyttä. Mikä todella asettaa Century Park Hotel erossa on sen palvelu. Jokainen henkilöstön jäsen oli ammattimainen, lämmin, ja todellinen innokas auttaa. Tulin sisäänkäynnistä uloskäynnin, tunsin hyvin huolehtia, pyynnöt käsitelty nopeasti ja kohteliaasti. Ruoka oli johdonmukaisesti herkullinen, hyvin esitetty, ja tarjosi suuren valikoiman sopimaan erilaisia makuja. Olipa aamiaista tai vapaa-ajan ateriaa, kokemus oli erinomainen. Hotellin tilat ovat hyvin ylläpidettyjä ja lisäävät suuria arvoja oleskeluun, mikä soveltuu sekä liike- että vapaa-ajan matkustajille. Se on mukava sijainti, Century Park Hotel tarjoaa helpon ympärikäyntiä ja rauhallisen paikan rentoutua. Yleensä Century Park Hotel tarjoaa mukavuutta, laatua ja erinomaista vieraanvaraisuutta. Suosittelen sitä erittäin paljon kaikille, jotka etsivät muistomerkillistä ja miellyttävää hotellikokemusta, ja jään mielelläni täällä taas. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Overall cleanliness was good, but some details weren't cleaned thoroughly enough. 1) Hair in the room 2) Floating debris in the kettle 3) Btw, All the staff were very patient, and the food was quite good. I'll come again next time, I really like it here.

The hotel was a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. The room was clean and the bed was cozy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was conveniently located near the U.S. Embassy. My family had a pleasant experience and would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

Affordable hotel at the heart of Manila Chinatown! If you want to experience Manila Chinatown, the world's oldest chinatown, then the Ramada is the best place to start. I took a Binondo Food crawl and decided to book a room so I can fully enjoy Binondo. The room was quite spacious, wide doors and hallways (good access for people on wheelchairs), and quiet. Surprisingly very quiet! Despite it's very central and busy location, I was able to sleep and rest quietly. Aside from the occasional church bell, you won't really hear much of the noise from downstairs. As yu step out of the hotel lobby, you will be welcomed by the hustle and bustle of Binondo. Food stalls and restaurants everywhere. It is a gastronomic adventure and a shopper's paradise. Just a few steps away from the long lines of foodies are bazaars and shops where you can find anything from clothes to jewelry to Chinese charms. At the top of the hotel is Mento, their in-house dining spot, their breakfast buffet is decent but nothing too exciting. You may skip this and go straight outside, you'll need your appetite to fully experience all the food choices available. Just be ready to fall in line for minutes, some really popula shops have lines that go for hours! Overall the hotel is nice, comfortable and quiet. It may feel a bit old, and could use some refurbishing, but I say that's part of the Binondo charm. Old city, rich in tradition, but feels quite like home.

You can tell the staff genuinely cares about providing a great experience for guests. Facilities: The hotel offers everything you could need—whether it's a relaxing spot in the garden or the delicious food at the on-site restaurant. The whole place had a welcoming, peaceful atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. Location: Conveniently located, the hotel is close to popular attractions while still providing a quiet, relaxing retreat. All in all, my stay was flawless. I had absolutely no issues, and everything exceeded my expectations. Rosa Garden Hotel is truly a gem, and I’ll definitely be staying here again. My family and I stayed at this hotel for 1 night. what we noticed is the nice interior design of their lobby at the 4th floor and the friendly staff. We liked that they also have sauna facilities and an inner patio/park at the 5th floor that serves as the view of surrounding rooms. My kids loved their calamansi drink during breakfast. It is also convenient that the hotel has a connecting way to Lucky Chinatown Mall..Few things that we noticed that they can improve on would be: -Their breakfast selection (maybe add cereals for kids) - TV cable needs auto configure everytime you turn them on -Spa area needs to be maintained and should have at least 1 staff manning the place. Given a chance, we will be staying again in the future.

The hotel is great if you're actually going in the Intramuros area. It's very close to all the interesting places. As for the hotel, it really has value for money because it has strong wifi, there's more than one tv station, there's a lot of sockets for your charger, there's a mini ref, and there's even a blow-dryer! However, I would suggest for a pail and tabo and/or a bidet. I like that they allowed us to place our stuff on the hotel as we went around Intramuros and Ermita prior to leaving for the airport. Would definitely stay here again.
