The housekeeping staff clearly does an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness. They were very polite and accommodating whenever I requested for towels or extra toiletries. Every time I stepped out and returned, the room was always in perfect order — bed neatly fixed, trash emptied, and surfaces dust-free. Aside from cleanliness, the room ambiance was cozy and peaceful. The air-conditioning worked well, the lighting was just right, and the TV provided a good variety of channels. been here a lot of times, all i can say Is the place is just right for its price. the room Is Big tv is working Airconditioning is Good Wifi is good but disconnects sometimes Amenities are Complete from soap , Shampoo toothpaste , water etc. location is Good there is also a restaurant at ground floor only thing that i hate is - theres no hot shower - no elevator - Been In 3rd and 4th floor rooms and There is always a lot of small Cockroaches

Perfect location near all the bars and restaurants. Its also near the port. They also give massage services in room. Room size is okay

Tglhe place is suit for solo and or families.It has a better location also since i book it to secure my appointment without delays. Im happy to book again.☺️

The location is good. Its near to uncle John's and 7/11 which is very convenient. The place is clean I like the room its unusually cute. The wifi is great too. The lobby is well decorated. The staff and the front desk are polite. It was a great stay in total.

The hotel is great if you're actually going in the Intramuros area. It's very close to all the interesting places. As for the hotel, it really has value for money because it has strong wifi, there's more than one tv station, there's a lot of sockets for your charger, there's a mini ref, and there's even a blow-dryer! However, I would suggest for a pail and tabo and/or a bidet. I like that they allowed us to place our stuff on the hotel as we went around Intramuros and Ermita prior to leaving for the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

Staffs are friendly; one thing notable is the way the receptionist will find ways to make it easy for me to present other means of valid identification as I forgot to bring my original ID; she also mentioned the unavailability of some regular stuff being given to their customers due to holiday staffing limitation and supply deliveries. One of the cheapest but cleanest go-to hotels. Famous fast food restaurants are just a few meters away, such as Mang Inasal and Jollibee. Other fast foods are plenty, the same with local carinderias, as well as convenience stores and bakeries, which are all a walk away only. Very near government hospitals, namely Jose Reyes, Fabella, and San Lazaro. Leading banks are also in sight to access ATMs and other monetary needs. Public transport is readily available esp LRT 1 Tayuman Station is just around the corner only

If you’re looking for a place to dump and have a Good shower after being caught in the rain this will be the best option avail. Nothing special - dont expect too much for a cheap price to pay.
