"It was my second time with this hotel and there was a bit changes for their bfast, which I find it one of the best bfast buffet I ever had but now the bfast taste salty, no many choices of food, the main bfast is ham and hotdog and a very salty dried fish. I even waited 15 mins for the refill of the garlic fried rice. The only pros in this hotel is their location. Beds are also good. Water dispenser is also a big help. Parking is also free."

"Location is kinda hard to find since it is inside the streets, but there are a few restaurants nearby. Room is clean and spacious. However, there are no toiletries provided like soap, shampoo, toothpaste etc. Towel provided was only a thin one considering we are a couple that checked in. Told us that they'll replace it the next day, yet nothing came. Didn't try the free breakfast either even I booked with complimentary breakfast. AC or fan in the lobby would also be good since it's hot in there."

"The family suite we booked was incredibly spacious and clean, giving us plenty of room to relax without feeling cramped. The beds were comfortable, and we all slept soundly. The highlight for our children was definitely the indoor pool and kids' play area. It was a perfect way for them to burn off energy, and it was well-maintained. The location was also fantastic, being close to manila ocean park and luneta. The staff, particularly the front desk team, were so welcoming and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend the Bayview Hotel or anyone traveling with a family. We can't wait to visit again!"

Everyone involved was truly amazing. While the building itself may not be as new as some four- or five-star hotels, this hotel is truly unique because of its staff. Absolutely a great staying with a very reasonable price. The room is spacious and new, the staff was friendly. We arrived at almost 3am and the door man was so kind and welcomed us, he always helped us with the door and elevator and everything we needed. The location is good, easy to order food deliveries, a few kilometres to the ancient area. Overall I would highly recommend it.

It was really ok. They even let us checked in early since the room is ready. Unfortunately the cleanliness is really bad. As you can see in the picture. The toilet needs deep cleaning or needs to be resilicon. I am working also in housekeeping. Im making this review for the sake of the establishment, i want to let them know that they can do better. Thank you for the reception for doing a job well done, they replied in whatsapp when i sent this photo and said the staff will check on it. We stayed 3 nights but it was never checked. It’s not the fault of reception, this time it’s housekeeping (if reception forwarded the info to hk). I was planning to extend for another 3 nights but because of this i moved to other hotel (which is not ”kawalan” for them 😅). Currently i am booked to other hotel (i just checked out few hours ago). I did not took picture with the other parts..just more brushing can do sana. I almost brushed the molds but i remember im on vacation and needs to enjoy. 😅

I am very satisfied with our stay in this hotel. My mother and I stayed for the New Year's Eve. So there are a lot of fireworks. But the fireworks didn't bother us at all. I think it's because of the window glass that they installed which made the room somehow soundproof. I am also very happy with the hotel's location. It is very near Robinsons Manila. Check in process was very smooth. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Overall, I am very happy with our stay.

Value worth. The ambiance is pretty much rustic with small pool area quite different from other hotels in Manila, it was tucked in an alley (easy access)from Manila Bayview Tower. The staff were smiley warm and accomodating and helpful from the doorman to the cleaners, I guess its becos of good management? They have drinking water, hot n cold shower, we were used to the window type ac noise, not for light sleepers. The breakfast is plated generously. They dont have lifts(but its ok, we were booked on lowest floor (my husband has diabetes) *I have been around hotels abroad(my husband has this app as well)

My siblings and I had a decent stay overall. The place was clean and comfortable enough for a short visit, and we appreciated having enough space for everyone. The location was convenient, and check-in went smoothly. There were a few minor things that could be improved, like [insert example—e.g., the Wi-Fi connection or water pressure], but nothing that really affected our stay. All in all, it was a good experience for a family trip and offered fair value for the price.

This is my third time to experience the Hotel as solo traveler. Cleanliness is good and fine. The hotel staffs are accommodating. Good service. The meals are thru buffet. Good quality meal. Have tried the hotel breakfast. Nice and good. One of my best choice to stay in Manila.

It was very bad to start with. They gave us a very dirty room. Had cockcriaches.. bad deco, safe was broken and the clock was not working. I had to change the room after 3days of living in that room it was very disgusting. I was scared to walk around the room. The balcony doors wouldn't close properly in both rooms so the air conditioning was not effective enough. Also found previous tenants dirty knickers on the balcony floor and when I complained they said maybe clean knickers and did not send any one to remove them from the balcony. Definitely a 1/5 for the room and service in this situation. There was cockcroach prevention houses all over the place and was bitten by lots of mosquitoes and the kitten was dirty in places. They asked for a 2k peso deposit refundable which is fine but I had to pay in cash which in the end I had to go find an atm which was inconvenient and I had to walk about 10min from the hotel because they had no visa card services, being a hotel with 50 floors that was very bad management for their hotel infrastructure for international clients. The restaurant down the street and also the Korean restaurant in the lobby both had visa card machines yet a hotel couldn't do that. Overall the service after few days was much better. The manager Mohammed and workers Charles and Michael started to help make my stay more better which was refreshing and we built good relations. So in the end the last few days was more better. If it was like this from the start then I would definitely give a 4/5.

Bay view is good. If like bay view, need to stay at bay view earlier, now same residence block part of bay view, Reclamation is under ongoing, then bay view may be narrow
