Verygood Hotel. Excellent services. Excellent location ,right in the downtown. No free parking, 50 euro day. Service in front desk is excellent. Somebody will give you the bottle of water immediately while you’re in and out. When you first check in, there is somebody wait for you at your floor outside of the elevator to guide you to your room. The restaurant is Michelin one star. There are lots of choices in the room for coffee and the tea. The toilet room is excellent. There are steam sauna in the shower area and there are two showerheads. there is a massage bathtub. There is a retractable TV at the end of the bed. the room is beautifully decorated. We strongly recommend this hotel, especially if you have some special event to celebrate.

酒店位置絕對的市中心，房間寬敞漂亮，坐在陽台看運河是一種享受，服務超一流，老門僮很紳士，前台接待非常有禮貌，大堂很精質，牆上掛着古典主義油畫真跡。衞生間很大，屋裡床上用品是超一流的，非常適服。這裏夏天的晚上十點半天才黑，夜晚美麗的鐘聲在夜空中回蕩。特別提示：這家酒店可以下午四點退房。

阿姆斯特丹華爾道夫。位置沒得説，就在紳士運河邊，一幢老錢歐洲的房子。離幾大博物館1.2-1.5公里，走路20分鐘以內（三層運河和每走幾步就有可愛小橋以及岸邊巧克力一樣的小房子讓路程更加短了）。服務一流，早餐非常好，煙燻三文魚啊火腿啊都是自己做的，口味很好，但是客房餐就一言難盡了😭；客房衞生也是絕對標準，淺白色衞生間的地面上、浴缸、淋浴間、枱麪、任何地方都找不到一絲不潔，打掃衞生的服務員依然是那麼神出鬼沒（和香港東京的高級酒店們一樣）；洗浴是整全套大瓶裝伊索，直接擺那；基本就是除了貴沒毛病～下次來阿姆斯特丹還會再考慮住。

非常用心的boutique酒店，地理位略偏，離中心2KM，房間也比較侷促，但非常乾淨、安靜且美麗，細節都是驚喜。早餐太愛了，顏值和味道都在線（除了french toast）健身房任何時間去都是乾淨整潔，還要每天泡的水果水和cookie…離開酒店後還收到郵件lost & found👍

Excellent room, excellent location and atmosphere of the hotel. Staff however, too often, go according to the 'book', and find it hard to think and improvise on the spot. It's as if they are under trained. When checking in there is no need to ask the guest to fill info on the iPad. You have this info, to stay in touch, already. Don't burden the weary traveler with trivial nonsense. If the sun shines, finally after weeks of grey and rain, and a guest sees the patio with tables in the sun, and this guest wants to have tea in the sun outside in the patio, this has to be a possibility. Don't say, well it's not the season so it's closed, it doesn't make sense, you're a top hotel, not the vander Valk. Improvise, think on your feet, explain that he is welcome to sit there and that his tea will be brought out, but it might take a few minutes longer. This way the guest feels listened to and that the moon is even possible. The kitchen is incredible, the food is wonderful. Last evening I had dinner at the Jansz., two ladies working, were very kind, helpful and attentive, they understood the delicate balance between asking how things are going and leaving the guest alone. I want them to know i appreciate them. Please extend my gratitude to them. Also the Asian looking lady who worked during breakfast this morning, was excellent. Please let her know as well. Finally, the staff at the entrance - getting cabs etc. - are great. Some of the male staff are too - in Dutch, popy yoopy. I am your guest and not your friend. That's all, and that's enough. Love the location, a short walk from the tram station right by the canal, quiet yet close (walking distance) to everywhere. Didn’t have much interactions with the staffs and on the occasion that I did, the staff helped with my issue though, wasn’t friendly or smiling. I booked a garden room and requested one that was quiet and they delivered. Clean room and refilled the complimentary minibar everyday.

Enjoyed my first stay at Kimpton in Amsterdam, its a large hotel with spacious rooms. Bathroom and bedroom space was good (King room, no balcony), and we enjoyed having a view. Service was helpful and friendly and conveniently located only 5min from Amsterdam Centraal station making it convenient to travel to and from the hotel.

環境：以前是男校，後來改造的酒店，很有趣。走廊的畫和房間號的設計很藝術，有機會應該在酒店裡轉一轉。 門口就有電車站可以去中央車站，很方便。離美術館博物館也挺近電車兩三站的樣子。 離市中心有一點距離，晚上比較安靜，沒有市中心那麼亂糟糟的，外面也沒有🍃味（真的太好了）。 服務：服務很好，入住會給巧克力和飲料，服務人員也很熱情，溝通順暢。餐廳的服務人員也很熱情，飯味道也還可以。mini bar 裏的飲品是免費的，每天會及時補充。也有開夜床服務，會噴入住時選的香氛。服務真的很不錯，是我在阿姆斯特丹最開心的一點。 配圖是在酒店吃的晚餐，説實話這家酒店是我在阿姆的旅行高光點。

Tämä hotelli on enemmän kuin 4 tähden hotelli 5 tähden sijaan, puhtaus voidaan parantaa, ja ehdotan hotellin tehdä joitakin säännöllisiä kosketus, meidän WC-ovi oli murtunut. The toilet bowl cover still has some tins probably from the previous guest, gross. No in room slipper was provided in the room, even the ‘privacy please’ sign was not provided (I think the housekeeper missed out)

Great hotel very close to central station - great when you have luggage. Only downside they wouldn’t offer option of late checkout until the day you checked out - deters objective of a lie in
