"Perfect location to explore the city. It’s within walking distance to the central train station. The 24hr food bar on the second floor is also helpful when you want some snacks or even a meal in the late night when the stores are all closed outside."

"With a last minute decision to visit Rotterdam with my son, we chanced upon Art Hotel. Modestly priced and right next to Maashaven, it took less than 10 minutes to reach from Rotterdam Centraal. Even we arrived late after 10pm, there was nothing to worry about as the hotel is right next to the Metro station and brightly lit! The reception was fabulously served by Nadia who upgraded us to a 4 bedder in 2 rooms. Room was clean, set at the right temperature and shower was hot and at the right pressure. Nothing to complain about!"

"This is tricky, it's a lovely building in a great location, or it would be without a building site next door starting work at 7 in the morning. If you fancy a coffee after 5, tough. Reception closes at 5 and there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. And yet the staff are lovely and cappuccinos great before 5. It just feels incomplete"

"Se oli kamalaa. Hotelli oli remontissa saapuessamme, ja aula oli työmaa. Saapuneemme huoneeseen piti kävellä pitkä matka pienelle hissille. Saapuessamme huomasimme, että sitä ei ollut siivottu. Meidän piti palata henkilökunnan luokse kirjautumaan ulos, mutta he olivat hyvin pinnallisia eivätkä pyytäneet anteeksi. Uima-allas ja muut tilat olivat myös suljettuina remontin vuoksi. "The location: superb 15 mins on foot from the Rotterdam Centraal Station / 8 mins by Tram The metro station Eendrachtsplein is just right next to the hotel, and it’s just one stop away from the World Trade Centre. Walkable distance to the supermarket Albert Heijn or Dirk and the famous shopping areas called Lijnbaan 🛌Room: spacious and nice sound proof, my room is located on the 10th floor, can’t hear any sounds from the street / tram 🫠However improvement is needed for the hygiene, stains are found on the couch and the tv remote control is quite dirty. Can tell either the previous hotel guests had very oily hands/ like to eat chips/ popcorns/ biscuits while using the remote. I had to use the alcohol wipe to clean it before using it🤢 🛀Bathroom: hygiene is acceptable, shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, dryers are provided but not the tooth brush / paste. I brought my own so I didn’t ask for it. 🚿Sufficient water pressure from the shower and the bathtub did help me a lot after a long day. 🥋Bath rope and slippers are provided. There’re a mini fridge, coffee machine, and an electric water broiler. 🤢however I found there’re some sediments in the broiler so I just brought the bottle water from the supermarket instead. 🍞🥖🥐Breakfast: average to good, a wide selection of pastry, and cheese. With salmon, ham, sausages, scrambled eggs, hard/ soft boiled eggs, yogurts and some grannolas 💁🏻♀️Staff: attentive and kind - i didn’t wait for too long for check in, waiting time was just around 5 mins, since I arrived at around 12 and I just asked whether my room was ready and the reception was kind to help me to see whether early check in was possible! Lucky me, I could get my room earlier. - The reception also helped me to receive my delivery and stored it for me until I returned to the hotel. Thank you so much for helping me out. 🫤The day before the last day, I checked with the counter at the breakfast receptionist that she said she didn’t find my record for the breakfast on my last day (the check out day), she advised me to purchase for the extra breakfast, if I wanted. However, when I looked at my hotel booking that it’s included. so if you are also booked with the breakfast, make sure you double check with them."

"All is good, the only improvement is there is no hairdryer on the bathroom, which is quite normal in a hotel industry. Perfect location near the metro station, restaurant and to central station"

"Hotel location is good. Shopping mall all nearby, walking distance. The down part is the staircase leading to the hotel. We had to carried our heavy luggage (20kg) up the staircase. Maybe build a ramp for guest to just pull their luggage. Breakfast is good. The varieties of bread is good. Truly love and enjoy it. Except the location whereby we need to walk quite far from our hotel for 3 days. Treat it as an exercise."

"The location of the hotel is excellent and it is generally clean. But I was quite surprised that they have no towels to provide on the second night. And every towel got hair in it which should not be expected."
