A very nice hotel, great location and access, room felt cozy, jacuzzi was kind of a highlight, it could've been cleaner though. Fridge was a little dirty and one of the mugs had coffee residue, which was kind of gross honestly. Water cooker still had some water inside.

Nice hotel, good location. We rented a suite for a combined business and pleasure trip. Hotel is rights above a supermarket. Be careful!! Supermarket delivery trucks keep you from sleeping at night. Also Internet connection not working. Strongly recommend to not stay here. At least not when you are expecting a good night sleep.....Only poor excuse was offered. Friendly staff, just noisy rooms. Stay away!

Even though the staff was friendly, the inside of the hotel was a little dated, while well maintained. An absolute dealbreaker was the (not ordered!) wakeup-call at 7 am with an incredibly loud room telephone. The room Service not responding to calling ”not needed” and still entering in the early morning was also not nice. For the money paid I expected more, though might also just been unlucky circumstances.

All is good, the only improvement is there is no hairdryer on the bathroom, which is quite normal in a hotel industry. Perfect location near the metro station, restaurant and to central station

The location: superb 15 mins on foot from the Rotterdam Centraal Station / 8 mins by Tram The metro station Eendrachtsplein is just right next to the hotel, and it’s just one stop away from the World Trade Centre. Walkable distance to the supermarket Albert Heijn or Dirk and the famous shopping areas called Lijnbaan 🛌Room: spacious and nice sound proof, my room is located on the 10th floor, can’t hear any sounds from the street / tram 🫠However improvement is needed for the hygiene, stains are found on the couch and the tv remote control is quite dirty. Can tell either the previous hotel guests had very oily hands/ like to eat chips/ popcorns/ biscuits while using the remote. I had to use the alcohol wipe to clean it before using it🤢 🛀Bathroom: hygiene is acceptable, shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, dryers are provided but not the tooth brush / paste. I brought my own so I didn’t ask for it. 🚿Sufficient water pressure from the shower and the bathtub did help me a lot after a long day. 🥋Bath rope and slippers are provided. There’re a mini fridge, coffee machine, and an electric water broiler. 🤢however I found there’re some sediments in the broiler so I just brought the bottle water from the supermarket instead. 🍞🥖🥐Breakfast: average to good, a wide selection of pastry, and cheese. With salmon, ham, sausages, scrambled eggs, hard/ soft boiled eggs, yogurts and some grannolas 💁🏻♀️Staff: attentive and kind - i didn’t wait for too long for check in, waiting time was just around 5 mins, since I arrived at around 12 and I just asked whether my room was ready and the reception was kind to help me to see whether early check in was possible! Lucky me, I could get my room earlier. - The reception also helped me to receive my delivery and stored it for me until I returned to the hotel. Thank you so much for helping me out. 🫤The day before the last day, I checked with the counter at the breakfast receptionist that she said she didn’t find my record for the breakfast on my last day (the check out day), she advised me to purchase for the extra breakfast, if I wanted. However, when I looked at my hotel booking that it’s included. so if you are also booked with the breakfast, make sure you double check with them.

Very nice hotel and stay, love it and would definitely stay again also i recommend it if you are in the area and want to explore the area.

Quite an old building- both the exterior and common area. But a big surprise when entering the room - spacious, high ceilings, huge windows with views, sparkling clean. Very convenient location, 10 min walk to Market Hall. All other major attractions are within also within walking distance. Reasonable price. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Le Marin Boutique Hotel during our trip to Rotterdam. While the hotel is not far from Rotterdam Centraal, first-time visitors should plan their route in advance. We appreciated the spaciousness of our room, which provided a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring. The decor is stylish, with a marine theme and dark tones that add a cozy ambiance. However, some guests have noted that rooms can feel smaller than expected, and the dark interior may not appeal to everyone. Additionally, sound insulation between rooms could be improved, as footsteps from upstairs can be heard. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet with a variety of options, though some guests felt it lacked certain basics. On the positive side, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel's location makes it convenient to explore the city. Overall, Le Marin Boutique Hotel provides a comfortable stay with a unique atmosphere, suitable for travelers seeking a tranquil environment close to the city's attractions.

Vastaanottovirkailija oli töykeä. Aluksi hän määräsi minulle huoneen kolmannesta kerroksesta, menin ylös huoneeseen ja siellä kirjaimellisesti joku nukkui sängyllä. Joten menin uudelleen vastaanottoon pyytämään toista huonetta. Hän huokaisi epäuskoisena kuin olisin tyhmä ihminen. Hän kyseenalaisti minua ja oli yleisesti ottaen töykeä (huokaili, ei edes pahoitellut virhettä, eikä ollut mukava). Hän vain teki hiljaa joitakin hallinnollisia töitä ja antoi minulle uuden kortin sanomatta sanaakaan. Huone ja wc olivat ok, mutta hieman ahtaita. Hostellin aula vaikutti lupaavalta, mutta todellisuudessa huoneen käytävät vaikuttivat epäilyttäviltä ja turvattomilta. Ihmisiä vain pyöri siellä, istui portaikossa (epäilyttävällä tavalla, ei siistillä seurustelutavalla). Seinät ovat super-super-ohuet, kuulimme vanhempien nuhtelevan lapsiaan ja lasten huutavan ja itkevän. En suosittele tätä paikkaa ottaen huomioon heidän korkean hintansa.
