It’s a quaint but new and aesthetically pleasing hotel in the heart of Vientiane. Just a walking distance to major temples and places in the city, e.g. Night Market, cafes, Mekong riverside. The room is just nice for me and everything is well-maintained. I like the swimming pool view from my balcony, as well as the mini-bar snack and drinks for a reasonable price but the best of all is the complimentary breakfast, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Highly recommended and such a good value for money! 💯

Sabaidee From South Korea I purposely booked a room here to find out some truth, and I saw the truth with my own eyes. The hotel staff are smiling and friendly, since the receptionist, restaurant staff , Housekeeping, the breakfast is good But the Internet was slow, so I walked in and out around the hotel to looking for Internet signals for work, then I found out with my own eyes that my Korean husband and his mistress ” Choi Suhee ” were staying at this hotel ㅎㅎㅎ giving me evidence of divorce, thanks to the slow Internet signal ㅋㅋㅋ Well, I've been very helpful and had a good time with my daughter, thanks to all the staff, if I have a chance, I'll go back with my new husband ㅋㅋ 저는 진실을 알아내기 위해 일부러 여기 방을 예약했고,호텔 직원들은 웃고 친절하게 대해주고 있습니다. 리셉션 직원, 레스토랑 직원 , 하우스키핑, 아침 식사도 맛있습니다. 하지만 인터넷 속도가 느려서 업무용 인터넷 신호를 찾기 위해 호텔을 들락날락 거렸습니다. 그러다 눈으로 보니 한국인 남편과 상간녀 ”최수희”가 이 호텔 ㅎㅎㅎ에 머물고 있다는 것을 알게 되었습니다. 느린 인터넷 신호 ㅋㅋㅋ 덕분에 이혼 증거를 제시해 주었습니다. 모든 직원들 덕분에 큰 도움이 되었고 딸과 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 기회가 된다면 새 남편 ㅋㅋ와 함께 다시 가보겠습니다

Good hotel for the price. Aircon could be more effective, but good there was both an aircon and a fan. The breakfast was from a vegetarian perspective difficult. I could eat toast bread with butter.. the fruits were not fresh and had flies all around them. Even for my partner that eats meat the breakfast was mediocre. The funny thing is we had a la carte the day after at the same cafe (after breakfast closed) which was a HUGE difference. Actually good food.

It’s a great bang for your buck this hotel is! Communication is a breeze, and the free airport pickup and transfer to the railway station are just fantastic perks. I messaged them for a pickup as I landed super early, around 7:30 am, and guess what? The driver was already there waiting for me. Talk about service! The room was spotless and really cozy—I slept like a baby during my stay. Since the hotel is pretty new, they’re still getting things up and running. For example, the free breakfast ran out quickly because of a big tour group. But no worries, Manager Chan was on it! He quickly whipped up some dumplings for the individual guests like me. How awesome is that? The front desk staff might struggle a bit with English or Chinese, but they’re super eager to help. Google Translate can be a lifesaver here. The driver, on the other hand, speaks fluent Chinese. He even offered his WeChat, so you can chat with him in Mandarin easily. One of my favorite spots was the lobby. Manager Chen often makes tea for himself and invites guests to join in. He’s so friendly and generous with his time. I learned so much about Laos and its culture just by chatting with him. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit out of the city center and since it’s new, Google Maps isn’t quite up to date. This can make it a bit tricky for ride-hailing apps to find the place. A few little extras like a hair dryer, a city map, and some tour information would be great additions for travelers. But overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay! ---

⭐︎設備⚪︎ ⭐︎スタッフも⚪︎ 日本人でも心配ないクラスのホテルです。 フランス時代のレトロホテルがあればーとレトロが好きなのでこちらを予約。かなり綺麗なのでフランス時代の建物ではないかもだけど、パトゥーサイの近くに泊まりたかったのも選んだ理由の一つです。フランス時代古いガチ系なら三千円台でもいいかなーと思ってましたが、下調べで物価も安いし治安もちょっと気をつけろレベルとのことでしたので、安すぎる宿はやばいかなと、少し高めのこちらに。 昼間は藤井聡太くん似の優しそうだけどテキパキしたスタッフが対応してくれました。 予約時のリクエストも確認済みで、少しパトゥーサイの見える上の方の3階？上から二番目でした。 シンク等はアメリカンなんちゃら〜のやつで、それ以外の設備も日本メーカーだったりで安心感がありました。 流しやシャワーの詰まりもなかった。 シンプルだけど朝食付きで6千円台なら文句なしな感じ。 ただ、私の出国が23時台だったので チェックアウト後に荷物を預けて、可能であればスパか空き部屋のシャワーを借りたいと思ってました。 レイトチェックアウトが特典についてたので14時チェックアウトにして。 フロントの藤井聡太くん似の彼に朝食後に伝えると次のカスタマーがくるとのこと。 私はチェックアウトまで外出して戻って荷造りしてシャワーを浴びる予定でしたが、 14時前に次のカスタマーのスーツケースを私の部屋に置きにきました、、、 まさかそんなに早いとは思わず、、、 慌てて用意して14時頃に降りたけど次のカスタマーが彼に　もぅ15分も待ってるんだぞ！前の客はどーなってんだ！的に詰め寄ってました汗 準備の遅い私も悪いと思いますが、他の部屋はガラ空きなのに なんでわざわざ同じ部屋にしたんや、、、と思いました笑 コスト削減で稼働する部屋を決めてるのかもだけど。 掃除はきちんとしてる感じでしたし。 彼にお詫びのお菓子渡したけど苦笑いでした、、、 （因みに箱入りの千円以下のちょっとちゃんとしたやつ。でもホテル玄関のスタッフに抹茶のキットカットをお土産であげたんですが日本だと3、400円なのにラオスはショッピングモールで千円しててびっくりした） 荷物を預けてまた外出して、夜に戻ると別の30代から40代くらいの男性スタッフに変わってました。 藤井聡太くんがシャワーを借りるのにいくらか支払うと言ったらOKしてくれたのですが、金額がまだわからないとのことで、この人に聞いたら、この人もわからんとのこと。 でも藤井聡太くんが夜の人に聞いてってゆってたというと、夜のスタッフは50？といったように思ったので その時私は5万キップ（500円弱）でいいのか！やす！と思いつつ、 空き部屋の2階の部屋に通してくれました。 シャワーを浴びてる最中、支払額のやり取りの際に スタッフが　（シャワーを使ったら）掃除をしないといけないから〜　と言ってたのでもしかして15やったんかな！？ 私の勘違い！？ 六千円以上するホテルなので2千円程シャワー代に残してて。やっぱり15万（千五百円ほど）かなと 15万渡すと多すぎ、とのこと。10万でも多いと。 5万でよかったみたい。お釣りないとのことでしたが、その人が探しに行ってる間に、わたしの手持ちにあったので五万キップでいけました。でも本当は15万のような気が、、、（私の英語力がそんなになのでいつもは電卓で確認して交渉してる）安くなったからいいけど。 で、タクシーも呼んでくれるとのことで 頼んで、少しチップを渡しました。 アプリ（安い）で呼んだっぽくて、いくらかゆわれたんですが、よく聞き取れなくて　？って顔してると100（10万キップ）でいいって言ってくれました。また結局安くなった感じ このスタッフさんは普通にタクシーとかの人らと変わらん感じなのか、値切れてるっぽくてもやもやしました笑 まぁ安いのでいいんですが。 アプリなので普通のうーばー的な感じでしたが、支払いはドライバーに渡しました。スタッフさんが後でいくらかもらったのかは謎。 因みに空港からはタクシーの受付で130万ちょいだったので 帰りはそれより安いのは分かってましたかまだ100万キップならそこそこ安いのかなと言った感じ。アプリなら本当はもっと安いかもですが、、、 そこらへんはなんかモヤモヤしましたが、金額が知れてるのと とりあえずちゃんと対応してくれたので良いです。 ホテルからの観光は、歩いて直ぐにパトゥーサイがあるのでそこでトゥクトゥクが拾えます。ただ、公園の手前でポツンと路上で休んでる人とか少し外れた場所の方がいいかも。公園の中のメイン的な人らはいくら？って聞いたらかなりぼったくり価格だったので交渉すらする気にならなかった。（数百円の距離を千円以上でゆってくる） あと備品は水、シャンプー、ボディーソープはOKなレベル。普段シャンプー類は持参のものを使うのですが手洗い石鹸は今回使わせてもらったら、あまり泡立たなかったので参考までに。 ベットは結構高さがあるので背の低い人や車椅子の人は乗るのが大変かも。椅子も高かったような、、、 バルコニーは素敵だった！

Room is good but do not have the bitter, the room services will make up at 8am everyday and they can come in without notice. Do not have card “do not disturb” hang on the door

It's very convenient for transportation, right next to the Arc de Triomphe. There's a large supermarket downstairs. The room is spacious, equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, and kitchen—perfect for long stays. I'm quite satisfied.

酒店看起來以前是用材不錯不過年久失修很多地方都破破爛爛。而且每間房間都有煙味。衞生做的也一般。

The room also had a safe, which was a great addition for storing valuables, giving me peace of mind during my stay. Bathroom: The bathroom was good for me. It was big, clean, and well-equipped with toiletries. The shower had hot water be careful and the overall design felt nice. It was a refreshing space to unwind after a busy day. Breakfast: The breakfast offered a good range of options to suit different tastes. There was a mix of local Lao dishes and international favorites, including fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, and cereals. The quality of the food was very good, and the dining area was pleasant and well-maintained. It was a great way to start the day. Staff: The staff at Central Vientiane Hotel were exceptionally helpful and friendly. From check-in to check-out, they were always ready to assist with a smile. Whether I needed recommendations for local restaurants or help with arranging transportation, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and hassle-free. Overall Experience: My stay at Central Vientiane Hotel was enjoyable. The combination of a large, comfortable room, a big and clean bathroom, a varied breakfast, and the attentive staff made it a memorable experience. The rooms are nice, wifi is good.. but housekeepers are too loud during their works. Banging doors, dragging chair and shouting each other. I stayed there for 2 days and it happened on both days 😂
