VERY NICE COLONIAL STYLE HOTEL. OUR ROOM IS BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED AND WELL EQUIPPED WITH A VERY COMFORTABLE LARGE BED. THE STAFF IS ALL POLITE AND HELPFUL. WE RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

An amazing property with all its colonial charm - the reception , bar and pool area are amazing. The room is comfortable , air conditioning quiet and efficient. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is basic. Location really convenient. Recommend for a day or two of relaxation

Lao Plaza is nice and refurbished but many things are super confusing such as hidden water bottles, the pool which is always semi open some times they put on the pool bech seat sometimes not, extremely long power outage, crazy number of wifi hotspots with varying passwords, breakfast food that is mostly good especially the dimsum and noodles but other items such as the cold cut I wonder whether they were spoiled already. Also the maid just happen to clean the room despite the ”make up room” button is not clicked.

Kiitos paljon! Kaiken kaikkiaan erittäin hyvä!

Very helpful staff get early check in free and late check out also. Feeling is very good room size like a luxury villa suite

Hotel near my relatives location. Thank you for the upgrade to VIP room🙏. Hotel could be better if maintenance and service is more professional. We booked 2 nights for a deluxe double room and got upgraded to a vip room 😊. The room was spacious but we were disappointed because the room was not clean… table, floor was dirty… the swimming pool can not use… basically we didn’t expect much but were disappointed still😅

Very convenient for sightseeing around the town
