"We had a wonderful experience at the Riverside Hotel. The check-in process was very smooth and efficient, and the staff were extremely friendly from the moment we arrived. They kindly helped us with our luggage, which made everything even more comfortable.
The room was modern, spotless, and very well maintained. The bed was especially comfortable, and we slept very well during our stay.
Breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of Western, Lao, and other Asian dishes. There was something for everyone, and everything was fresh and delicious.
We also really appreciated the hotel’s location, conveniently situated near the night market, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area.

"It’s a quaint but new and aesthetically pleasing hotel in the heart of Vientiane. Just a walking distance to major temples and places in the city, e.g. Night Market, cafes, Mekong riverside. The room is just nice for me and everything is well-maintained. I like the swimming pool view from my balcony, as well as the mini-bar snack and drinks for a reasonable price but the best of all is the complimentary breakfast, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Highly recommended and such a good value for money! 💯"

"We have stayed at this hotel for several years, and its location remains one of its biggest strengths in the city center, close to Vientiane Center and Parkson shopping malls, making it very convenient for exploring the area.
The service was excellent. The staff were polite, friendly, and extremely helpful. They assisted with our luggage and gladly accommodated any requests.
However, this time the cleanliness was not quite up to the standard we remembered, and it could use some improvement. Breakfast was acceptable, and our room did not include cups or coffee or tea, which was a small downside.
Despite these points, the hotel is still a very good budget option in central Vientiane, and we would recommend it to all types of travelers."

I really liked the smart room features, especially the touchscreen and voice control system for air conditioning and lighting, which made the stay more convenient and interesting.
The breakfast was delicious with many varieties to choose from. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout the stay.
The location is great, close to the Mekong riverside and easy to get around.
Overall, great value for the price. Highly recommended for couples and anyone looking for a clean and modern hotel in Vientiane.

The receptionist only one with some guests are waiting without any help from manger and I asked to talk with manager, the manager probably does not want to talk to me just stay in the office that’s a shame that the hotel so nice but manager was not fit to the place. The receptionist asked manager then they changed the room for me unfortunately I don’t felt any hospitality at all. The shower not hot at all but I didn’t want to talk to the staff anymore. Booked 2 nights just stay 1 night then left.

CCurious PotatoesGood hotel for the price. Aircon could be more effective, but good there was both an aircon and a fan.
The breakfast was from a vegetarian perspective difficult. I could eat toast bread with butter.. the fruits were not fresh and had flies all around them. Even for my partner that eats meat the breakfast was mediocre.
The funny thing is we had a la carte the day after at the same cafe (after breakfast closed) which was a HUGE difference. Actually good food.

MMishka_KakaoThe hotel is at a really good location, only a few minutes walk from the Nighy market! The staff are quite helpful as well, and the overall quality of the rooms is good for the money. The first night I got there, the pipe in the shower was unfortunately clogged. After notifying them the issue, the staff moved me to the bigger family room with no issue. You would need to notify them if you need cleaning for your room, but all the staff are helpful with any request you may have. The only downside I would say is the lack of elevators, which might be cumbersome if you have lots of stuff with you. Overall though, I had a great time at this hotel 🤗

The room also had a safe, which was a great addition for storing valuables, giving me peace of mind during my stay.

The bathroom was good for me. It was big, clean, and well-equipped with toiletries. The shower had hot water be careful and the overall design felt nice. It was a refreshing space to unwind after a busy day.
