"The check-in process was smooth. There was no room card provided; instead, I was given a password to access my room, which was stated on a formal document. Be sure to take a photo of the password and keep it safe, as you’ll need it throughout your stay. Since there is no room card, there is also no formal check-out process—simply vacate the room by your designated check-out date and time. The room was spacious and well-equipped with full amenities, including a water dispenser, clothes-hanging space, a balcony, a TV, and a bathtub. There was no housekeeping service during my stay, so you’ll need to keep the room clean yourself. However, the hotel staff kindly placed fresh towels and new amenities in a basket outside the room daily for guests to use. The hotel is located near Beppu Station, although it requires a bit of walking to get there. A Don Quijote (Donki) store is conveniently located just opposite the hotel. For convenience stores, you’ll need to walk a little further in the direction of Beppu Tower. The hotel also offers a welcome drink at the lobby and has coin-operated laundry dryers on the first floor. Additionally, there is a washing machine available in the room. Overall, I would recommend staying at this hotel."

"Huone on todellakin laaja, kuten aiemmin todettiin. Hotellin lämmin huone on kaksi kerrosta, ja jotta miehet ja naiset voivat käyttää aikavälejä, saapumispäivä sopii naiskeittoon yläkerrassa.Pöytäliinat ja pyykintarvikkeet on otettu itse ensimmäisen kerroksen salissa, ja se on erittäin kätevä. "A decent stay, location can be quite secluded and dark at night. We went in autumn but some bugs can still be found in the room, but this might be natural considering all rooms were on ground floor. Loved the whole layout of the room. Note that they do not have food service."

"預訂了這家酒店後一直很忐忑，但是事實證明，選擇非常正確！ 酒店是一棟日式庭院建築，一共6間房，從別府JR打車大概15分鐘。進入庭院開始，就受到非常熱情的接待。因為預訂的二樓，工作人員會在你辦理入住的時候，幫你把箱子全部搬到房間。 一泊二食一定要試試，太划算了！因為酒店提供的晚餐和早餐真的是超級好吃！ 晚餐特別的豐富，根本吃不完，而且晚餐的黑毛和牛還有特供證書，很有意思🤔 下午三點到達酒店，入住後就去泡湯了，一共三個私湯，兩個室外一個室內。 個人更喜歡室外的兩個，設計和佈局基本一致，選擇哪個都一樣，而且可以自己調節水温，可以多泡一會。女性客人可以在前台選擇自己喜歡的浴衣，花色都很漂亮，適合拍照。 酒店的服務是我這次入住的所有酒店最好的。晚上提供晚餐和鋪床服務的是一位聽力殘障員工，但卻讓我和家人感受到此行最滿意的服務，得知我第二天就要趕火車，主動提醒現在別府出租車較為緊張，並幫我提前預訂了出租車。 非常推薦來這家試試私湯，美食和服務。"

"Hana Beppu Stay is clean, comfortable, and incredibly relaxing. The rooms are modern with a cozy touch, and the onsen is a perfect bonus. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient yet peaceful. A great place to stay—I’d definitely return!"
