Parhaat huoneistot kohteessa Beppu

整個住宿驗質素挺好，唯一問題就是最初check in 的時候，trip.com 提供的pin 碼並不能進入酒店大門，我們嘗試用酒店大門的查詢pin 碼系統，但是他顯示trip.com 提供的預約確認碼不存在，酒店又沒有服務前台，導致我們在門外乾等了十五分鐘。我們並沒有日本電話，但是酒店又在大門寫著若要聯絡他們尋求協助要打電話給他們。幸好trip.com 提供打電話給酒店服務，讓我們得以聯絡酒店。然而酒店協助我們的人並不精通英語和中文。我們嘗試用英文溝通也花了不少時間，令我們在門外等到身心疲累。 The quality of the entire accommodation experience was very good. The only problem was that when we first checked in, the pin code provided by trip.com could not enter the hotel gate. We tried to use the pin code query system at the hotel gate, but it showed that the reservation confirmation code provided by trip.com did not exist. The hotel did not have a service front desk, so we waited outside the door for fifteen minutes. We didn't have a Japanese phone number, but the hotel wrote on the door that if we needed to contact them for assistance we should call them. Fortunately, trip.com provides a hotel calling service, which allowed us to contact the hotel. However the person who assisted us in the hotel was not fluent in English and Chinese. We spent quite a while trying to communicate in English, and we were exhausted waiting outside the door.

When I arrived the hotel, the two parking lots on the right side of the entrance were occupied but the one on the left side was still vacant. So I temporarily parked there to unload my luggage and then drove away to a nearby public paid carpark. However when I came back, I found the parking space was occupied by a rental car with a Fukuoka license plate and it parked there for the whole night. The instruction sent to us clear said the customer can only use the two parking lots on the right side with “first come first serve” principle. I am wondering what is the left parking space used for? If it is only used for unloading and pickup, then the instruction should clearly mention it. Otherwise it is not fair for the customers that followed the rules and parked their cars to somewhere else.

Diese Unterkunft ist in erster Linie praktisch. Es ist alles da was man braucht und der Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür. Was uns leider nicht gefiel, war die Qualität der Matratzen. Man spürt jede Feder. Auch die Couch war alt und unbequem. Im Bad fehlen Haken um Handtücher aufzuhängen. Es ist ein umgebautes Ladengeschäft. Sobald man die Fenster Vorhänge aufmacht, können alle, die an der Strasse vorbeigehen, direkt reinschauen. Lüften ginge nur, wenn man die Tür vorne auf lässt. Für 2 Nächte ok, wenn man ansonsten unterwegs ist.

Asumme huoneessa, jossa on kolme ja puoli parivuode ja viisi aikuista. Olohuone on suuri, kaikki voivat istua maissin pohjalla ja rentoutua! Minulla on supermarket edessäni, joten on hienoa ostaa makuja ja viiniä huoneessa. Muna Polo on hieman kaatunut, joten olen huolissani, mutta muut ovat puhtaita ja mukavia hotellia. Lisäksi, koska se on arvoton oleskelu, älä huoli, että aika on kätevä!

Didnt receive any email from the hotel prior to arrival and stayed outside of this servised apartment for more than half an hour trying to contact the hotel. Staff English level is worrying, spent more than 20 minutes just to get them to have my email address to send me an email of the check in code. Other than that, the room is very spacious and clean, with heating and clothing drying function ij the bathroom is very handy when travelling with small kids.

Pros: Stayed at Room 203 meant for 5 person… Spacious and comfortable room! Had a window too! Good soundproofing between rooms. Only could hear passing by of trains while awake, so wasn’t a big an issue to us. TV has YouTube and Netflix to watch! Cons: No lift!!! We had to carry our heavy & big luggages to the 2nd floor! *Should indicate shortage of this important facility in the booking system! Only 2 parking spaces for 7 units. *Should also indicate in the booking system that parking spaces are first come first served and have to park at nearby paying car parks if both were being taken up. Will be nice to provide some garbage bags in the room as clearing of food waste from the room was definitely necessary during the many days of our stay! Dining table (super wobbly and one side of the table legs seemed like giving away very soon) needs to changed/repaired instantly!

牙刷要自備，房間有洗衣機 附近多幢相似名字的民宿 走15分鐘到達別府站 往大街方向走10分鐘有大型商場youme ，裹面有超市，mcdonald, subway，有gu, uniquo。

今次安排住2樓，整體很乾淨很舒服不過地板行路會大聲一點會影響樓下，所以必須要放慢腳步，另外建議在凳腳加上保護套減低聲浪，另外廚房設備齊全很乾淨

Se on tilava ja mukava, mutta haitta on, että voi olla vaikea kommunikoida käyttäessään Trip.com web. Jos puhut englantia ja japania hyvin, se ei ole vaikeaa. Suositeltavaa niille, jotka vuokraavat auton En suosittele ensimmäistä kerrosta. Olimme toisella kerroksella, mutta ensimmäinen kerros oli Kuulen kaikki äänet toisella kerroksella. I have transport and is easy to reached here) Great and value for Money, clean and spacious. just need to make sure you have the check in detail. as it is a self check in hotel. (if need car park, need to request for location just a short walk)
