Very expensive hotel. Not worth the price you pay. Main Pool closes at....4pm ! ,: reason: they must set up tables for dinner, very strange..You can feel how owner is looking to make money without caring about his guest's needs ! The other 2 pools( far,up the hill) close at 6pm ! Also strange when guests are spending holidays...Check in, never before 1 om ...and check out at 10 am , also very strange when breakfast finishes at 10.30 ! I would never recommend this hotel for its prices ! Even his deck restaurant is selling sunset without sunset at all !!

위치는 너무나도 좋지 않았습니다. 빌라 자체는 겉으로 보기에는 고급스러워 보이지만 열 발자국만 나와도 바로 깡시골을 마주할 수 있어요. 호텔 앞을 지나다닐 때마다 여러 마리의 소와 아이컨택을 할 수 있습니다. 비치와 가까이에 있는 빌라라고 하여, 기대하고 예약했지만 비치는 최소 20분 정도는 걸어가야 도착할 수 있는 거리에 있었어요. 저희 빌라에 있는 루프탑(2층)으로 올라가면 저 멀리에 바다가 보여요^^....... 그래서 따로 걸어가보진 않았습니다. (사누르비치 해변가 호텔을 생각한다면 경기도 오산이에요....) 하지만 여러 명의 직원분들 모두 친절하고, 요청에 대해 신속히 응답해주려고 노력하셨어요. 오토바이 대여(하루 150,000IDR), 초를 붙이기 위한 라이터 대여(free) 등등 최대한 저희의 편의를 봐주시려고 노력해주셔서 너무나도 감사했습니다. 하지만 저희 빌라는 개방형이었던 만큼 개미가 드글드글하고, 해가 지고 나면 도마뱀들이 기어나와 온 벽에 붙어있었어요. 모기 많은 것은 두 말 하면 잔소리고요... 저희는 첫날에 오토바이를 빌려서 큰 마트에 가서 에프킬라를 사왔어요....... 화장실은 생각 이상으로 넓었고 욕조 공간/변기 공간/샤워 공간 구분되어 있다는 점, 세면대도 넉넉히 넓었다는 점 모두 만족하지만 샤워실의 물이 90% 정도 안빠집니다... 샤워를 하면 샤워실 바닥에 물이 차올라 바깥으로 흘러갔어요.... 그래서 샤워를 하고 난 뒤에는 매일 같이 바닥의 물을 수건으로 닦아냈습니다............ 부엌 공간이 따로 마련되어있던 점, 웰컴과일이 준비되어있던 점, 부엌 앞쪽으로 푹신한 쇼파가 놓여있고, 프라이빗한 수영장을 사용할 수 있다는 점은 만족스러웠으나 수영장 옆에 놓여있는 빈백은 찢어지고, 때가 타고 난리가 아니었어요.......... 만족스러운 부분들도 꽤 있었으나 불만족스러운 부분들도 많아서 상쇄되어 재방문 의사는 없습니다..

Новая вилла с потенциалом, но множеством недостатков
Провели на этой вилле 7 дней и 6 ночей в апреле/мае 2025 года. Вилла новая, выглядит свежо, персонал вежливый и старается сгладить негатив. Однако я столкнулся с проблемами, требующими внимания владельца. Без публичных отзывов недостатки, вероятно, останутся без изменений, так как обратная связь сотрудникам редко доходит до владельца. Проблемы: 1. Кондиционеры в комнатах шумят, мешая сну. 2. У бассейна нет столика, стульев или зонтика, что неудобно для отдыха на улице. 3. Двери без коробок, закрываются с трудом, имеют щели, пропускающие комаров и позволяющие видеть происходящее внутри. Стопоры — хлипкие куски дерева, некоторые сломаны, из-за чего двери открываются не в ту сторону. 4. В первый день из слива в подсобке (где стоит диспенсер) появился запах фекалий. Сотрудники заклеили слив скотчем. Через сутки вонь появилась в душевых на втором этаже. Это указывает на ошибки в проектировании канализации: сливы душа, вероятно, подключены к септику, как унитазы, что недопустимо. Вонь появляется с вечера до утра ежедневно. 5. В одной ванной на втором этаже низкий порожек и пол с уклоном не к сливу, а к порогу. При долгом душе вода вытекает в коридор, а со временем может капать на первый этаж. 6. На первом этаже тонкие занавески, не скрывающие происходящее от соседей на втором этаже соседнего дома. 7. Wi-Fi работает нормально на втором этаже, но на первом сигнал слабый, часто пропадает, подключение затруднено. 8. В ванных нет вешалок, сотрудники клали полотенца на крышку унитаза, что негигиенично. 9. Под окнами идет строительство, по утрам шумит техника и старый автомобиль с громкими выхлопами, водитель которого газует долгое время. 10. Воду в бутылках не поставляли несколько дней из-за проблем с поставщиком. Зубных щеток в ванной нет, хотя остального всего в достатке. 11. На шестой день заселились шумные соседи, оравшие во дворе допоздна и мешавшие спать. Их дети шумели рано утром. При заселении не инструктируют о необходимости соблюдать тишину после 20:00. 12. Вода в бассейне (25-26°C) холоднее моря (30-32°C). Обновление воды дважды в сутки — плюс, но шум льющейся воды часами может раздражать любителей тишины, а потому и раза хватило бы в сутки. Вывод:
Если владелец бизнеса устранит недостатки, вилла может стать отличным местом для отдыха. Иначе негативные отзывы и устаревание (вилла новая, август 2024) отпугнут туристов, особенно для длительного пребывания. Пока рекомендовать сложно, но будущее зависит от устранения проблем.

Check in was smooth. Staffs were friendly. Hotel is huge, they have 3 blocks. I got the far end of the block which was a little bit away from the reception and the restaurants and the open space for smoking. In 2 circumstances, i walked up to the room and the door card could not work. This happened in 2 different nights. I had to walk down and got it reset, but the staffs didnt bother to apologise for this. The first time it happened I was okay, but the second time it happened, I got pissed off, because it was a long walk from the room to the reception. If you order food delivery, it will be a long walk to take your food at the reception. If you got the rooms at the reception level, I'm sure it will be a great experience like the first time I was there in the Junior Suite, but this time it was not as pleasant. Thumbs up though for the housekeeping, as the found out I had many shirts lying on the sofa, they brought a small clothes rack and hung my shirts.

The owner of Four Points by Sheraton Bali is SOOOOO blessed to have all these hard working professionals! Not only were they kind, they got everything done in a very efficient manner. The room was super clean and the food was awesome! I just hope the shower head gets stronger water pressure. Also, it's a bit of walk to Kuta Beach, but there are so many restaurants, coffee shops, and massage shops nearby. Four Points by Sheraton Bali made my stay very enjoyable :)

Best hotel we could’ve hoped for in Nusa Penida The staffs are so nice, always ready to help. We needed a driver to give a tour , or to bring us back to the port and they got driver for us. Location is great, lot of convenience stores, restaurant and exchange rate nearby The breakfast was good and healthy The only things that could be better would be the use of better shampoo, body wash and conditioner. And comfier slipper instead of bamboo made of Overall , great hotel

We had such a wonderful stay at D’Primahotel in Seminyak! 🌴✨ The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, with plenty of options to start the day right. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready with a smile and helpful suggestions. Also, we can request for an early breakfast box which is a plus especially if you need to go out early. The location is perfect — just minutes away from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants, making it easy to explore the vibrant Seminyak area. Whether you’re here to relax or enjoy the local food scene, this hotel makes it all effortless. One small area for improvement would be the bathroom cleanliness, especially the toilet bowl, which could use a deeper clean. Overall, I’d still highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality in Bali! 🌺

This is our 4th time of staying in this hotel also our second time in Alam Villa. But after compared to last time we stayed in 2018, it's sad to say this hotel is going down hill. The hotel is severly under staff, things are getting old, pipes are leaking. Compared to the same Anniversary holiday, we had a different experience and treatment this time. We do hope the hotel management can do something to improve. Still, we still recommend this hotel to someone who has limited budget.

We love heritage buildings and vintage style, so these little bungalows were perfect for us. They were a little walk away from the reception (no buggy!) which meant so peaceful and quiet! Gorgeous wooden bedroom and bathroom. The shower is a little outdated and when I first turned it on there was a sulphuric smell which was a bit concerning. Basically, if you like rustic, no frills, no extra service etc then these are a lovely cute experience. However, if you want luxury and are squeamish about old style open homes, this isn't for you. Breakfast was very basic so we generally ate out. The main receptionist was a lovely gentlemen, a very quick registration and we were in! Rooms were clean and nice and dark for a cosy sleep at night.

He valmistivat minulle syntymäpäiväkakun (^^). Se oli ihana oleskelu. Altaat ovat sekä aikuisille että lapsille. Huone oli tilava, eikä ongelmia ollut (^^). Kylpypyyhkeitä oli vain yksi. Vastaanotto oli erittäin ystävällinen ja turvahenkilökunta oli hyvää, joten haluaisin yöpyä siellä uudelleen.
