Kima is an exceptionally warm, homey, and welcoming place to stay in Santorini. It is located in a beautiful area of Oia that is both convenient and peaceful. When we arrived near the suite from the airport, Aris, a very friendly gentleman, was already waiting to greet us after we dropped off the car and kindly helped carry our heavy luggage down the stairs to the suite. The reception staff member, Xeno, was incredibly friendly and provided detailed information about the suite, along with a helpful introduction to the map for exploring Oia. The suite was very clean and decorated in a cozy, homely Greek style. The sofa area, bedroom, and bathroom were all thoughtfully arranged and convenient to use. Aris also served us breakfast right outside our suite, allowing us to enjoy our meal by the pool in the sunshine with soft music, which was a lovely experience. Both the pool view and the classic Oia scenery, during the day and at night, were absolutely stunning from the suite. The housekeeping service was attentive and friendly, making our stay even more comfortable. Xeno was also very helpful in arranging different services for exploring Santorini whenever we needed. He helped us book a comfortable private car to the airport when we left, and Aris was once again there to assist us with our luggage. Overall, we had a truly wonderful stay at Kima, creating lovely memories of Santorini. I would strongly recommend Kima to travelers looking for a comfortable and relaxing holiday!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The setting is breathtaking and the service is attentive and kind, from reception to dinner.  It’s quaint and a small (luxury) hotel, where you can relax without chaos! There is no sunset view of the domes,  Only small plus would have been if the hotel provided an hourly shuttle between Fira and Oia (the hotel is in between) as the bus only travels one way, which means you have to go to Oia first then to Fira, and then another bus to get to the hotel from Fira. (4Euro as two buses or 20Euro per ride). Service was exceptional from reception to dining, special kudos to our receptionist lady whose name started with F… and Eleini at lunch. Complimentary breakfast is excellent, albeit limited tables overlooking the ocean with shade, the service and food make up for it!  We were upgraded to a suite and received a bottle of rosé and water upon check in and, chocolate and more water at turn down service.

White Pearl Villas was wonderful! As we arrived, we were proactively greeted by a member of the staff. He attended to our baggage and walked us down to the Aqua Villa Dream room. The room wasn’t on the highest part of Oia, but it was near a great terrace which had lawn chairs and which we used for photos. Our room has a personal terrace as well with a comfortable chair, but the view from there wasn’t the best. As we entered the room, we saw that we’d been given a complimentary bottle of wine as well as a bottle of water. The staff member gave us a quick tour of the room, which was interestingly shaped and carved into the cliff. It felt very unique and cozy. We had a smart television that we used for Netflix, as well as a refrigerator. The room also had a jacuzzi, though we didn’t use it as we were visiting in August and it was already quite warm outside. The plunge pool had a cool window that opened to the ocean, though. The bathroom was a bit small, but the shower was good quality with strong water pressure and consistent temperature. The staff added me on WhatsApp for easy communication which was GREAT. The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets as well as a hollow headboard which was good for putting our phones and other things over night. Everything in the room was cleaned when we arrived. There was also a cleaning service when we were away during the day. The air conditioner was strong and there was a dehumidifier as well. There were plenty of towels and outlets, though we of course needed a converter for our American electronic devices. There was a coffee maker with easy to use pods, as well as 2 pairs of soft white slippers. We did not try the breakfast or the massage service. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. My only wish is that the view directly from our room was a bit better, as the room is tucked into the mountainside. However, there were nice photo spots all around us, so we only had to take 20 steps to get a nice view of the sunrise or sunset in comfy chairs. If I return to Santorini, I will absolutely stay here again!

Great hotel located in Oia, with great view of the sunset right in the room. The staff, particularly Thanos is friendly and helpful. The room itself is clean and spacious and the bed comfortable. However, will require to climb about 5 mins of stairs from the hotel lobby to the main square in Oia. The friendly staff will help with the luggage. To note, the stairs to the hotel can be slippery, walk carefully.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the very first moment at the meeting point all the way to arrival at the villa, the hospitality was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. A special mention to Evaggelia Jasmine, she was outstanding! Her warm smile, professionalism, and genuine care made mefeel right at home from the very beginning. She truly embodies what great hospitality looks like. The entire team was cooperative, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Every detail was taken care of, and you could really feel the passion they have for making their guests feel special. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay. We will definitely be coming back! 🙏

Oikea kallioluolasviitti, jossa on suuri huone ja aamiainen merinäköalalla, niin siistiä! Ulkokylpyammeessa on puhdasta ja lämmintä vettä. Täydelliset mukavuudet ja hyvät näkymät. Sijainti kaupungin keskustassa, lähellä kaikkea, mutta portaat on kuljettava ylös ja alas. Ei ole muuta vaihtoehtoa, näin se on Yia Townissa asuessa. Hotelli vastaa matkatavaroiden kantamisesta huoneeseen ja voi myös varata lentokenttäkuljetukset, ja matkatavaroiden toimittamisesta noutopisteeseen on myös vastuussa. On suositeltavaa ottaa yhteyttä hotelliin etukäteen saapumis- ja lähtöaikojen selvittämiseksi. Auton löytäminen ja matkatavaroiden siirtäminen itse on erittäin työlästä.

這家酒店最大的優點是位置好，離費拉車站非常近，而且對面就是一個大超市，物價便宜，可以隨時去補充礦泉水和零食。其他就比較普通吧，入住時的房間靠近馬路非常嘈雜，馬上換了遠離主馬路的房間，窗户對面是另外一家酒店，有時候早上會有施工的聲音傳來。酒店最不可思議的是衞生間，沒有地方放衞生紙和浴液，衞生紙放在門外的洗手枱上，衹能開門上廁所。衞生會每天來清掃，我們入住了四天，早餐還算豐富，會每天變換花樣。站在游泳池邊上，可以看到大海。價格在聖島來説還算實惠。服務有待更主動和熱情吧。

酒店很美，特別是風景，屋子是地中海風格。酒店的服務也特別好，我在WhatsApp上聯繫客服他們也會及時有迴應。還有一個很重要的一點，聖島上很多酒店就是不同的房型會在不同的位置，所以要在機場下來之後就要聯繫酒店的人了，否則會很難找到位置。至於他們的早餐，他們會每天大概九點左右會派人送過來，記得沒吃完的話一定要放冰箱，否則會有很多的螞蟻（親生經歷）總體而言還算不錯的。

Quelle expérience extraordinaire à l'hôtel Terra Blanca Suite ! Nous avons passé une semaine absolument incroyable, bercés par les délices de la piscine et de la mer. L'accueil chaleureux et la disponibilité sans faille de nos hôtes ont ajouté une touche exceptionnelle à notre séjour. Et parlons de cette vue époustouflante depuis la piscine, un véritable appel à la détente sur les confortables chaises longues et sous les parasols. De plus, à seulement 100 mètres, un Carrefour pour nos besoins d'approvisionnement ! Le clou du matin était le petit déjeuner, délivré à notre convenance, avec une multitude de choix délicieux. Toutefois, petit bémol parce qu'il en faut un, l'absence du café dans les formules était une très légère ombre au tableau. Nous avons relevé quelques détails comme l'absence de capsules et de lait pour le corps, mais vraiment, c'est pour pinailler. Les suites étaient d'une propreté impeccable, agréablement décorées et d'une qualité indéniable. Ce séjour a été parfait, et maintenant tout ce que nous désirons ardemment, c'est soit de revenir pour une nouvelle escapade, soit de ne jamais quitter cet endroit enchanteur !
