"Great location which is close to the main square where you can find shopping areas, foods, and bus station, eventhough you have to walk a bit to reach the hotel due to the narrow path. But it is not a problem as its perfect location. The place also quite which makes me peaceful during my rest after the trips. The receptionist is very humble and informative. Only 2 thing which were missing: there was no toothbrush nor toothpaste. The rest was complete. Overall, i felt no regret staying in Galatia Villas. Thanks a lot Efharisto"

"Our experience at Volcano View Hotel far surpassed our already high expectations. The level of service provided was exceptional, with a remarkably friendly and attentive staff. The rooms were nothing short of fabulous, not only in their design but also in their impeccable cleanliness and provision for all our needs. The thoughtful inclusion of drinking water and complimentary Nespresso coffee added an extra layer of convenience to our stay. The balcony afforded us a breathtaking panoramic view over the Aegean and the majestic volcanic mountain. The convenience of the hotel's transportation service to and from the charming town of Fira was a noteworthy highlight, making exploring the area a seamless endeavor. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of selections. We especially enjoyed all the local dishes. Our heartfelt gratitude for a truly memorable stay at your remarkable establishment."

"The alley leading to the hotel is either up or down the slope, so the hotel should let the guests know there is porter service to carry the bags to the reception. We booked a taxi service at the reception to go the port but not sure why the taxi driver put us near and made us walked with our 3 luggages to the port which is about 5 mins aways. if the destination is the port, we should be drop at the port and not near the port. The taxi driver is forever rushing for time and i think it is a bad experience, Nano Suite pls do not book this taxi driver for your guests.. The people or the companies that you work with reflects on your image. thank you. Other than that, all was good and fine for us."

Molto seccato rispondevo cge sarei andato a fare colazione"

"The room was not what the photo showed.there was not windows.balcony very tiny in front of the door.the equipment was new but the bathroom sink was so slow that shower time was disaster.water became a lake in shower.apart from that water was salty. Reception was good but management need improvement.Area of hotel is nice and close to beach. Was a low budget time for Santorini but that doesnt mean you give your worst room. Check in at 15:00,check out in 11:00."

"We enjoyed to stay this hotel very much. E,collect quiet location. Big parking space(not on road) Nice hotel room with all facilities. Nice swimming pool. We enjoy the outdoor and indoor sitting area. All staff are very nice. Excellent place to relax and enjoy sunrise in the morning. Lovely churches around us. Easy to walk to town and restaurants. Love to stay here again. Great bargain price."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it, especially for travelers looking for convenience and great service. The location is excellent—right next to the Fira central bus station, which makes it the perfect hub for exploring all parts of Santorini. Just a short walk away, there’s a lively street full of food stalls and local snacks. Although the hotel does not have a 24-hour reception, they are very accommodating. I informed them in advance about my late-night arrival due to a delayed flight, and a staff member kindly stayed up to wait for me until 1:00 AM. The hotel provides a secure main entrance with a passcode lock, so even if you return late at night when the reception is closed, you can still enter easily and safely. Upon check-in, I received a detailed welcome card that explained everything I needed to know about the stay, including the Wi-Fi password, breakfast hours, and checkout instructions. The self-serve breakfast was simple but just right for me—served in a clean and comfortable dining area. What really stood out was the staff. No matter who was on duty, they were always warm, welcoming, and ready to help. Their kindness made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, considering the comfort, location, and service, this hotel offers great value for money. I would definitely stay here again."

"Perfect hotel! We are glad to celebrate our 2nd anniversary with them. Fresh and yummy tropical fruits, as well as a bottle of wine are given to us. We spent a very great night with them. The front desk girls always wear a smile on their face and being super helpful. Their service is outstanding. Feels like you are the princess or prince. The room is large, cozy and comfortable. The private pool is really nice and clean. The location of this hotel is far from city which is quiet. We love this atmosphere a lot. It’s a perfect spot for sunset in Santorini. Watching sunset on the balcony is a must-do item. It worths everything. Their restaurant also provides delicious dinner. Please go and have a try!"
