I was worried because I hadn't told my arrival time in advance, but staff was nearby and guided me smoothly. We even got Santorini wine, which usually costs a lot of money, for free just because it was Christmas! 房間設施還可以，床品舒適，泳池是恆温的，但很小，早餐是菜單式，味道和食材都不錯，每天會有細微的區別。有夜床服務，每天會送不同的睡前禮物，風景也很nice，正對火山。唯一不足的是提行李要收費，另外從停車場到酒店要走很遠，每天都是爬上爬下，腿腳不好的甚選

This property was absolutely stunning. It was situated on the sunset street, which gets crowded each evening but the property affords you a stunning rooftop view away from the crowds. Inside was beautifully furnished and comfortable. The swimming pool / spa downstairs was just delightful but don’t expect privacy—the window opens to the street where passersby look in. When the crowds disappear at night and in the morning the location is peaceful and the views are unabated. We were assisted by friendly staff who met us at the vehicle to take us to the property. They were a little slow at times to respond to WhatsApp but overall the communication and assistance were very good.

Absolutely loved our stay at Cresanto Luxury Suites! The rooms offered stunning views of the volcano and were perfectly shielded from the island's notorious winds, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable stay. The full buffet breakfast was a delightful start to our days, filled with a variety of delicious options. A special shoutout to the concierge (Angela) who was incredibly helpful, not only booking an ATV for us to explore the island but also answering all our questions with great knowledge and warmth. Our favourite local Greek takeaway, Jimmy's, was just the cherry on top of a perfect visit. Highly recommend for an unforgettable Santorini experience!

This is our 3rd stay at Astro Palace Hotel, Fira, Santorini. It has become like a home away from home for us since we first stayed there in 2022, then in 2023, and now in 2025. The property is incredibly well maintained. Their staff wonderfully and professionally trained, and they provide one of the best customer services we've ever experienced in all our global journeys. Our special thanks to Hope and Catherine, respectively, for their wonderful care. We also send our thanks to the barman (his name escapes me) and the restaurant staff, too. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the very first moment at the meeting point all the way to arrival at the villa, the hospitality was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. A special mention to Evaggelia Jasmine, she was outstanding! Her warm smile, professionalism, and genuine care made mefeel right at home from the very beginning. She truly embodies what great hospitality looks like. The entire team was cooperative, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Every detail was taken care of, and you could really feel the passion they have for making their guests feel special. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay. We will definitely be coming back! 🙏

Great experience. We needed a hotel near the port, which led us to book the hotel for only a night. Positive ambience and spectacular view. Amazing service and hospitality. Very tasty cuisine.

Yöpyminen Aqua-sviiteissä oli upea kokemus upealla näköalalla merelle ja maamerkille, meillä oli näkymä edestä. Henkilökunta oli mahtavaa ja erittäin avulias. Meillä oli B&B, mutta se voisi olla parempi, koska siellä ei ole paljon vaihtoehtoja syödä ja valita, mikä voi olla erittäin tylsää, jos olet siellä yli 3 päivää. Ainoa haittapuoli tässä, ei ole pääallasaluetta, se on vain mitä saat huoneen mukana, esim. oma yksityinen uima-allas. Sijainti oli hyvä, siellä oli paljon ravintoloita, joissa syödä, mutta ole valmis saamaan jalkasi kuntoon, koska portaita ja kukkuloita on paljon. Sinun on vuokrattava mönkijä tai mopo, jotta voit liikkua ja mennä muille alueille.

The staff were absolutely incredible! They were accommodating, attentive, and made sure that we had the best time in Santorini, which we did! The location is excellent if you don’t mind a 15 minute walk into Imerovigli as it’s just outside of that village. Perfect for couples! They also treated us to a surprise on my birthday, which was lovely added touch. The view of the sunset from our balcony was equally amazing. We would definitely stay again!
