"The hotel is at a good location but not the hotel cos almost all the didi don’t come in to this alley and not aware of this hotel Hotel is very pretty and room is very nice There’s a free pickup from the train station which is very nice and plus point for the hotel However the staff needs more training in terms of their services and professionalism. Their standard is obviously not at the hotel’s level. When I reach on the first day, the young lady and gentleman that assist us with the check in is nice and friendly. However after that it’s always an older plump lady that is at the front desk during the day and her attitude doesn’t makes me comfortable. I was writing something to pass to her and she keep rush me to be faster and the way she talks makes me feels as if I’m at a market instead of hotel. And also the aunty that manned the laundry area. When I was washing my clothes around 3-4pm, she said I occupied both laundry pod and other ppl can’t wash it. I told her nicely that I will come and take out the cloth on time. I mean there’s so many ppl that leave their clothes in the laundry and dryer pod after clean and dried for hours or overnight. Doesn’t that occupied the pod as well and others cant use it? Then she still continues to nag and said me about using both pod. Once again I told her nicely the same statement. Then she continues again and keep repeating the same thing to me over and over again and I snap back at her only she stop. What’s wrong with her? There’s a saying 给你脸 你还蹬鼻子上脸了？以为我很好欺负吗？Please give more training to both of the staff so they don’t ruined the reputation of your hotel. And there’s a staff that told me to pay for the lost card. I misplaced a card before with other hotel and never been told to pay for it. They just simply void the card. It’s only 10-20 rmb which is not a lot tho but it really ruins my impression for this hotel. I mean this hotel is very pretty and I would love to stay there again if I’m visiting Lonyan again but with this kind of staff around, I will think twice before deciding my stay next time. I stayed Wanda and Fliport Hotel in Lonyan before and the price for these 3 hotels doesn’t difference much but their staff definitely handle customer with more professionalism and better attitude"

"We were amazed with the whole ecstatic and vibe of the whole tulou. Staying in one has always been a wish and having done that with a place with great environment and staffs, made it even better. The show in the evening was also entertaining. My only call out was, if you are there with kids, you might want to be ready to move around during the show as some spectators will smoke. Other than that, I couldn’t have asked for me. Will recommend this place to anyone."

"酒店位置距離中山路很近，停車場停車位較多但擁擠，停車場出場禁左需注意。 房間裝修屬於傳統風格，長時間使用已有缺陷。洗手盆底部滲水，滴漏一地都是，打掃衞生的人員居然沒有關注沒有上報，還需要住店人自己來報。 房間內帶有一台電腦，但是我自帶了一台，發現無線網絡有偶爾斷連的情況，看見桌上有一根網絡線，插上發現無反應，等到要退房時發現，網線另一頭居然是連在房間自帶的電腦上的，你這根線存在的意義呢？ 房間內能聽到頻繁不持續的嗡嗡聲，不知道是哪個設備產生的噪音。衞生間排氣扇聽不見聲音，不確定是否正常運轉，但是衞生間氣味需要很久才能排散。 房間內電源插座位置比較奇特，一側牀頭櫃的插座位置位於牀頭櫃後面，需要把牀頭櫃挪出來才可以用到。沙發區域的插座在沙發後面，需要把沙發換個位置才能用到。電視劇懸臂給人一種不牢靠的感覺（因為背板四個螺絲扣衹用到兩個） 入住當天開車進場，門口迎賓人員在地面停車場四處晃蕩，不知道在做什麼，就是沒有引導，我開車到側面發現沒位置，在拐角倒車轉回了相當長一些時間，迎賓人員也毫無反應。開車停到他旁邊，開窗問詢，他居然也沒有第一時間注意力集中，相對於晚上的迎賓人員根本是兩種水平，是因為晚上有宴席嗎？前台服務很熱情。電梯在1樓和房間樓層抵達時沒有提示音，等待電梯到來時如果沒有關注，常錯過電梯，比較麻煩。"

"Enjoyed our 3 nights stay in this family run hotel just next to the Tulou. Had a nice river/mountain facing well equipped room with projector TV, wireless charging side table and v.comfy beds. Boss and his 2 nephews were most hospitable and offered their utmost assistance to us. . Everyone were super friendly and sociable. Hakka food is pretty good at the hotel and they do BBQs during the summer months outside at their patio , great to chill & socialise with the locals over a drink or 2 . They even had fireworks. Highly recommend to take the hotel package inclusive of the tulou night show plus a hotel set dinner."

"Excellent hôtel! Even prior to our arrival and throughout our stay, the team has been very helpful with sightseeing information, ticket booking, driver’s reference etc. We enjoyed the quiet and relaxed atmosphere of this typical tulou, and the comfort of a very nice hotel. We had a very nice, clean, bright and large loft bedroom with a shower and 2 double beds. Electric pads were available, should the weather required it. The location is perfect: walking distance to all the village’s tulou."

"Londra on todella yllättynyt minua. Pidän siitä, että aloitan hotellista ja syön sisustusympäristöön! Vaikka se on pieni kaupunki, mutta ihmiset eivät ole sisustusta kauniita, naudanliha on hyvää!! Pidän siitä, että tulen takaisin ensi kerralla! Sanotaan, että tämä hotelli on mukava pysäköidä molemmilla puolilla ovea. Hissi on hyvän maun huoneessa. Tämä on mukava banaanihaju. Sisälle on huoneen asennus kohtuullisen puhdas ja puhdas. Puhdistushuoneen liikemiehet ovat nopeasti puhtaat. TV voi näytä ja tarkistaa pesuhuoneen käyttöä. En voinut ajatella, että paikallinen hotelli on niin kehittynyt, ajattelin, että makuuhuone on toiminnallinen korkealaatuisessa ketjussa! Kylpyhuone on erotettu, makuuhuoneen vesi on super kuuma nopeasti ja kylpy on mukava! Makuuhuoneet ovat myös mukavia, kun huomaat aamun. Vaikka ikkuna on tiellä, mutta ei päätie on hiljainen, päinvastoin on asuntoalue, ja huoneen hinta on yli 300:aa, ei ole liian kohtuullista!!Huone ja huone erottuvat nukkumaan eivät häiritse toisiaan, kylpyhuoneessa ei häiritse! Huoneen sängy on kiillotettu sängy, joka voi vetää ulos nukkumaan! Me olimme Dragonshan kolme päivää, varasimme yön alun perin ja jatkoimme yötä, katso, että pidät todella 😉😉😉"

"We travelled as a family of 7 , booked 3 rooms with one of them is family room. All rooms are equipped with 小杜 voice system, family room is big, bed is comfortable, could not hear outside noise and we had good night sleep. The location of the hotel is directly opposite 土楼王子. We had our dinner at the hotel, food is reasonable priced and suit our taste. Breakfast selection is not much , though we enjoy the local style of the breakfast at this scenic area that away from the cities. Staff is very helpful especially 小余 is very diligent and prompt attending our requests."
