Room: Mountain view room with balcony. Room was cosy, clean n very confortable. The view was fantastic too. Service: Staff were all very helpful and courteous. It's a local hotel operated by a family. They were all super friendly n helpful, making our stay felt very welcomed from start tp end. Location: Superb! Right outside you will find eateries, massage/spas, shopping, cinvenience stores etc. Eventhough the hotel was right in a busy area, rooms were all designed facing the mountain making it perfect, tranquil n quiet.

Positives: Immaculate service. Very warm, welcoming, friendly and personalised experience. The team takes the time to speak to each and every guest, always greeting with a smile 💕 Laundry was USD4 /kg. Very nice strong smell for the detergent. Great selection of food and wonderful ala carte breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs were so so good! The beef soup as well 👍 Loved the house pets 💕 Location is great! Not too far from city, yet far enough for peace and quiet. Near the rice fields, amazing views and fresh air. Near the alpine coaster. Massage was great too. A lil pricey but so convenient and worth it. The overall vibe was fantastic and relaxing. Definitely coming back here again despite some of the negatives below. Negatives: Insects everywhere! On the bed too! No bed bugs, that's clean. But due to the location and how each house is built, tons of little flying insects. The mosquito net helps keep most of the insects off the bed so we kept it open over the bed. Not so much privacy as the porch and tub had direct view of another room's porch.. Might have gotten exposed once or twice... we did ask for a private room but were placed right next to the pool deck. The dining place mats were dirty and re-used. They ignored the dirty spots and just placed the utensil on the mats. I had to wipe my utensils clean and placed them over serviettes instead. Too many steps 😅 we checked in after a 2d1n hike up Fansipan so our thighs were screaming with each step up and down within the Hotel compound. Overall, definitely a 9.5/10 stay!

Room : VERY GOOD AND NICE VIEW CLEAN This is one of the best place you could ever stay if you want to enjoy a scenic view when you wake up A good and chill quiet place More safer and calmer — the staff are really friendly and helpful— just had a hard time on understanding each other but they are really patience with their guest and trying to communicate better. Better to always communicate on the hotel chat service they can clear everything for you and make sure you will have a smooth and pleasant stay. They booked everything for us for a round trip sleeper bus Without anycharges at all — if you need something just make sure to ask them better on the hotel support and they’ll make sure to help you without hesitation Its a 24/7 chat support

Ihana oleskelu Sapa Elegance Hotel – Täydellinen sijainti ja hämmästyttävä vieraanvaraisuus! Meillä oli kaunis oleskelu Sapa Elegance Hotel! Sijainti on täydellinenläheinen kaiken tarvitset Sapa kuten kauppoja, kuljetusta, ja paikallisia paikkoja, mutta vain lukittuna tarpeeksi nauttia rauhaa ja rauhaa pois turistijoukot. Yksi korostaa oleskelumme oli uusi avattu ravintola alas portaita, Taste of Vietnam. Ruoka oli erinomainentodella yksi parhaista kaupungissaja herra Tim, omistaja, on uskomattoman ystävällinen, nöyrä ja majoitus. Hotellihenkilöstö oli myös hämmästyttävä. Erityinen kiitos Andy, joka oli aina apua, ystävällinen, ja puhui englanti hyvin. Hän teki meidän oleskelu vielä mukavampi hänen apua ja lämmin vieraanvaraisuus. Huone itse oli suuri arvo rahalle.Vesilämmittimen ja vedenpaine olivat sekä erinomaisia373;jotakin, mitä todella arvostettiin pitkän päivän tutkimisen jälkeen. It was a pleasant 2 day 1 night stay at this Sapa King hotel. The location was central in the middle of Sapa Town, making it easy to explore the area. A special thanks and appreciation goes to Mr. Dao, who was truly exceptional and incredibly accommodating. We are deeply grateful for his warm hospitality. He kindly allowed us an early check-in with breakfast for a minimal fee, which was a thoughtful gesture after our long sleeper bus journey. And when we checked out, he prepared us some snacks and bottled waters for us to bring along during the trip back to Hanoi. Strong recommendation to stay at this hotel when you are at Sapa.

It's very nice! The views are amazing! I couldn't stop looking. It's a bit out of town but close to Moana. There's also a hill you have to walk out. They were so kind and helped me to take my luggage up. If you are looking for a way to experience real Vietnam, do it !

We stayed at this hotel for three nights, and the view was incredibly amazing—perhaps the best in Sapa. The hospitality and service were good, and the breakfast, while simple, was nice, featuring fresh greens from the garden. But I strongly suggest booking the hotel through Trip.com if you want the option to change your room.

The hotel is located on the main street right next to the market, and about 20mins walk from the town, perfect if you are a market person. Communication with the hotel is mainly via Google translate, all requests were honoured just needed a little patience and understanding when communicating with them. There's all the basic amenities you need without frills. It's definitely a bargain to get your own room with a private toilet.

The place was just hundred meters away from the center which is a 3 minute Walk. The place is cozy and makes you feel at home.Though I did had some doubts at first. The place is like a 24 hour check in. But you should be able to check out at 11am The place promote more of self service and manage remotely like airbnb
