Замечательное расположение для тех кто устал от суеты и хочет быть ближе к природе. Великолепные виды на горы и долину. Минус могу поставить за то, что не работал интернет в номере, пришлось подключаться к соседнему бунгало. Очень приятный и доброжелательный персонал (отдельное спасибо Вангу, пару раз он нас очень выручил). Завтраки скромные, но вкусные, так же можно хорошо поужинать. В целом осталось очень приятное впечатление.

Отель очень понравился. Расположение отеля хорошее. Номер был с видом на горы. В номере мебель хорошая, удобные большие кровати, большое тёплое одеяло, для января это хорошо. Кондиционер на обогрев включали, когда было холодно. Завтраки по меню, выбираешь по желанию 2 блюда и напиток. Очень сытный завтрак получался. Мой выбор был жаренный рис с мясом и свежим огурцом, второе блюдо два жаренных яйца, 2 тоста, сыр, масло с джемом и напиток кофе, очень вкусный. Рекомендую выбрать этот отель.

The hotel staff are nice and helpful. The location is central, but unfortunately, there are two bars/night clubs just opposite the hotel, which will blast loud music until 2am. I first stayed on the top floor in a room with a balcony, and it was simply impossible to sleep, it was really like trying to sleep in the middle of a night club. They moved me to a different floor, and it was a little better, but you could still hear the party - just below your balcony. I booked a tour and a bus ticket with the hotel, which was nice, and the price was OK. (This has nothing to do with the hotel itself, but the tour was terrible, it was raining heavily all day long, we could not see anything at all, and the difficult climbing in rubber boots resulted in very bad bruises to my toes - extremely painful, and heals for months and months.)

Location was east to find, you can even walk going go Sapa center and reach destination such as Cong caphe and Sun plaza. Also near supermarket. Staff are very accommodating. Wifi is fast if you need to work remotely. Staff can speak english as well. The free breakfast is good too. Although we only ate it once because they serve it 7:30-9:30 only but some of the tourists destinations require you to be early example Cat Cat village and Fansipan. The only con we experience is the lack of proper light. We were all girls, and it became hard for us to do our make up due to lack of proper lighting in the room and the only mirror is in the bathroom 🥹

We had an okay stay in this guest house. Mr and Ms Nguyen were very accommodating during our stay, they let us check in early, free of charge and were very kind to us during our stay. The rooms provided are okay, it was pretty standard/basic, but we enjoyed the heated mattress that helped us sleep properly in the night. No AC also since SaPa temps is already cold at night but there is an e-Fan provided.

The place does look like the picture but very old and used. If you come during winter it’s a bit cold but thanks to the ac you can warm the room. The isolation is poor so you will ear cars passing. But the location is good and the accomodations ok.

This homestay is perfect. The room is clean and tidy and the host is very responsive and accomodating. The location is nearby the centre plus there is a shared kitchen and washing machine to use. We had a peaceful and comfortable stay with an amazing view. Please note that they don’t have an elevator which isn’t an issue for us as we love to exercise. 🤣

Its a family run hotel facing the sapa lake. Check in was fast and easy. We booked a ”Superior Triple Room” with lake view and we got the room on 4th floor facing the beautiful lakeview.

The place was just hundred meters away from the center which is a 3 minute Walk. The place is cozy and makes you feel at home.Though I did had some doubts at first. The place is like a 24 hour check in. But you should be able to check out at 11am The place promote more of self service and manage remotely like airbnb

I highly recommend this hotel! The room was surprisingly spacious and very affordable. Since Sapa can get quite cold, I really appreciated that the room came with both a heater and an electric mat (heated blanket), making the stay very cozy. The owner is incredibly kind and friendly, always making sure guests are comfortable. They offer a complimentary breakfast, and unlike some other hotels where you have to buy extra water, they provide free bottled water here. The location is also perfect—very central and convenient. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Sapa. 100% recommended!
