The hotel staffs were accommodating. However, upon checking in, supplies like tissue paper and bottled waters weren't sufficient with the duration of our stay. Yes, it can be requested, but we somehow expected to have at least 2 rolls of tissue for a family of five that's staying for 3d&2n. The location of the hotel is not really accessible for someone who doesn't have a car though they provide shuttle services around the vicinity of the hotel only (it is not what is advertised that we saw on socials). Ride-hailing apps aren't available in the area and metered taxi arrangements are too expensive for a short trip. Free breakfast are also offered in buffet style and plated (depending on the day). It was good. The Bar Cielo is something I would recommend to only have an experienced but not something to return to. Amenities like games have a discount if you're an in-house guest. Heated pool and gym are the only amenities you can enjoy for free. In a nutshell, the treatment of the staffs are great. The location and availability of tnvs makes the stay stressful. The experience to the hotel was worth coming back bringing our own car. Ps. The road leading to the hotel is very steep.

We absolutely loved our time here! It’s easily our favorite stay in Tagaytay so far. You can tell a lot of care goes into the upkeep—everything from the garden to the decor is well-maintained. The bed was a highlight for us; the linens were so soft and comfortable that we slept perfectly. Just a small heads-up: there was a bit of a drainage smell in the upstairs toilet, but it didn't take away from an otherwise fantastic experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Yksi parhaista, jotka olen oleskelenut tähän asti Tagaytay. Heidän tilat ovat lapsi- ja perheystävällinen, plus puhtaus heidän huoneita ja kylpyhuoneita ovat upeita. Heillä on täydellinen sijainti myös. Haluan myös antaa heidän henkilöstölleen tunnustusta lämpimän ja majoitustilan vuoksi. Tulen varmasti takaisin ja jään heidän kanssaan.

Positiiviset: ystävällinen henkilöstö (mahdollisesti liian ystävällinen); melko puhdas sekä hotellihuoneissa että ulkopuolella; siellä oli lähes kaikki vieraat, kun sisäänkirjauduin, ja ikkunan vähemmän huone, se todella tehty suuri unihygienia; hyväksi niille väsyneille matkustajille, jotka tarvitsevat hyvää nappia. Bacoorissa ei ole paljon ja kaduilla, jotka johtavat Cavite ja Manila suuntaan on kaikkein kauheinta liikennettä olen kokenut; mutta se on lyhyt matka Manila lentokentälle (min 20 minuuttia kaavalla) , tehdä tästä potentiaalinen lentokenttä hotelli. Turvakassa ei toiminut ensin, mutta henkilöstön luottoa varten ne korvasivat sen hyvin nopeasti. Valitettavasti kuuma vesi ei ollut läsnä suihkuajan aikana. Buffetaamiainen oli hyvä, mutta se oli pienempi valinta kuin mitä olen nähnyt muissa hotellissa. Veganina, löysin melkein tarpeeksi vaihtoehtoja. Huolimatta joitakin myönteisiä, luulen hotelli oli liian kalliita. Esimerkiksi maksoin vain noin 20 dollaria ylimääräistä oleskelua City Garden Grand Hotel, sen pääsy Makati ja ylempi tila.

It was indeed an amazing stay!🥰 . The staff were all so kind and accommodating ❤️ . I love its concept -- being an eco-friendly hotel using containers for the rooms with empty bottles, tree branches for the rooms interiors and lots of hand paintings and own grown up plants all over ❤️❤️❤️ . Love that they are also pet friendly hotel ( a pet playground with waiting area was provided). My family enjoyed games of billiards and table tennis at the roofdeck too!🥰 The place is very instagrammable and unique! We also enjoyed our breakfasts at their Bahay Kafe. They also have function room for intimate gatherings and restos and a spa. Location wise - very near the major road, the first Starbucks in Tagaytay and the nearby tourist attractions! Location is a bit secluded from the city center. Staffs are accomodating though not going beyond and just provided whatever requested for instance we requested to retrieve the cake and they didnt offer utensils or think about whenever we would consume it for my partner's birthday, The room lacks refrigerator which might be a necessity. There's only one swimming pool.

My girlfriend and I had a great stay in Via Appia, I love the place, staffs are great, they also have complimentary drink that you can upgrade with special turon for ₱150, it tastes unique with a twist. It’s a must try. And they didn’t mention that the place gets romantic at night!!! This is perfect for couples who wants to unwind in a peaceful, romantic with a great scenery. Forgot to take pic but they also have the best sunset 🌅 I love everything about this place, we’ll definitely come back 🥰

I booked a stay at Villa Ibarra to celebrate my wife's birthday, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The highlight of our stay was the stunning view of the Taal Volcano from our room. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight every morning was truly magical and added a special touch to our celebration. We were also delighted to encounter a lot of wild monkeys around the property. It was such a unique and exciting experience that made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast at Villa Ibarra was fantastic. There was a wide variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start our day, and we looked forward to it each morning. One of our favorite features was the cozy jacuzzi. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The warm water and serene atmosphere made it a perfect spot for some quality time together. Overall, our stay at Villa Ibarra was exceptional. The combination of the stunning Taal Volcano view, the exciting wildlife encounters, the delicious breakfast, and the relaxing jacuzzi made for a perfect birthday celebration for my wife. We are grateful to the staff for their warm hospitality and for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommend Villa Ibarra for anyone looking for a special and unforgettable getaway! During our stay at Hortz Hotel and Resorts in Tagaytay, Philippines, we found the surroundings to be wonderful—peaceful and calm, offering a perfect retreat from the city. The rooms are spacious enough for a family, and the beds are large and comfortable, easily accommodating two people. The toiletries provided were satisfactory, and overall, the rooms were quite clean. However, we did notice a few small insects and some dust on the bed, likely due to the trees surrounding the area. Despite this minor inconvenience, the hotel is a great place to relax and unwind. The serene environment and adequate amenities make it a pleasant option for a short getaway.
