"Room is clean ..There is no hot water and bidet is not working properly and shower is also not working ..AC is better .Overall, it is ok clean and comfortable..Location is also good and parking is good with nice friendly and respectful staffs in the Lobby and Parking area.. Definitely, Hotel Sogo is so clean and so good and the most budget friendly hotel."

I gave their service a 4/5 because I did an advance booking and yet let me wait for the room to be prepared. 😐So I hope next time they prioritize the one's who has an advance bookings/online bookings. 🥺🙃 And I can hear the staff outside the corridors as early as 6:30am, hope they are more considerate for guest who are still sleeping. 🤐🤫😴 But overall I had a great stay here at Sogo Gen Tri 🫡👍👌"

"The place is far more beautiful than how it is described online. A good view of Taal is what makes it magnificent for visitors and couples who want to escape the noise of Metro. Excellent quality service for a decent price. Complete amenities and the room is very spacious. It has its own TV, refrigerator for storing food and a large mirror. The toilet is also separated from the shower. Free breakfast is also great. The hotel has its own parking lot for guests. Overall, the place is great. Will probably get back here. Will also recommend to friends."

"Location is great! The room is very spacious but not clean. There was actually a cold coffee left in the fridge. The flooring in the toilet is likewise not clean. We just took it as it is because we wanted peace for the duration of our stay, Holy Thursday til Black Saturday.
It's very upsetting to hear guests running, dragging stuff above our room. There we found out when we complained that the flooring up is wood only.
We will definitely not come back again."

SShe3We didn’t expected it to be this big! We’re just 3 pax and the place is really good for big group of people. Price is good. There are complementary coffee sticks but no breakfast which is just okay. Location is near the highway so it is accessible. Recommended for overnight like we did or short staycation.

The room is neat and organized.Their television is small one but functioning for every channels.Their wifi is not too fast but can still connect.The staffs are approachable and courteous.One thing must carry are toothpaste and toothbrush only but they provide soap and shampoo which are good enough for your staycation.TIf I travel here again,I'd choose it again.

It seems that the water (for toilet and bath) is on shortage. Would appreciate more when this issue is solved soonest to provide convenience to the future tenants.

The floor was sticky because they cleaned they should have washed with water to remove the floor cleaner.
The shower had hot water, which was a bonus because the description did not include hot 24 hours a day.
