"The food was delicious with a great variety, and everything was well prepared. The staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help, which really made the experience even better. The amenities were excellent, well maintained, and added a lot of comfort to the stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay."

"The door lock had a low battery, and we were unable to enter the room after returning from outside. We reported it to the lobby when we got back, but it took some time for assistance to arrive, so we had to wait in the hallway for more than 10 minutes. The internet connection was also very slow. While we were able to watch Netflix, the streaming quality was poor because of the slow speed. In addition, the TV remote barely responded. When I mentioned this to the staff member who assisted us, it worked briefly, but after watching a movie, it stopped responding again. Breakfast was supposed to be included in our package, but we were not asked about our breakfast preference during check-in. The next morning, I had to ask the reception about it, and they told us they had forgotten to take our order. They then took our order on the spot, which was already sometime past 9:00 AM. Unfortunately, it still took more than an hour for the food to be served. For a simple meal of corned beef, scrambled eggs, and rice, breakfast was served at 10:18 AM. I hope the hotel can improve these aspects of service in the future. It would also help to check facility equipment, such as door lock batteries, before assigning rooms to guests, as issues like this can cause unnecessary inconvenience."

"I chose this resort for Christmas Eve get together with family. I want us to just have dinner and not think of what to cook. I love the spacious rooms. Even it is just for 2 pax , 1 bed could still be added on the floor. I love the staff, they are all helpful and efficient. The Cmas buffet was also good. Our family loved it. The pools are ok but need to clean it a bit. When was the last time you cleaned it? Thank you also for opening ur resort to pets. We love our pets and are part of the family. Lots of families will not leave them alone at home specially during outings so I am so glad that u are open to the idea. I booked 3 rooms and all of the rooms are equally spacious and clean. Keep it up! Well done. The place is well maintained."

"Positiiviset: ystävällinen henkilöstö (mahdollisesti liian ystävällinen); melko puhdas sekä hotellihuoneissa että ulkopuolella; siellä oli lähes kaikki vieraat, kun sisäänkirjauduin, ja ikkunan vähemmän huone, se todella tehty suuri unihygienia; hyväksi niille väsyneille matkustajille, jotka tarvitsevat hyvää nappia. Bacoorissa ei ole paljon ja kaduilla, jotka johtavat Cavite ja Manila suuntaan on kaikkein kauheinta liikennettä olen kokenut; mutta se on lyhyt matka Manila lentokentälle (min 20 minuuttia kaavalla) , tehdä tästä potentiaalinen lentokenttä hotelli. Turvakassa ei toiminut ensin, mutta henkilöstön luottoa varten ne korvasivat sen hyvin nopeasti. Valitettavasti kuuma vesi ei ollut läsnä suihkuajan aikana. Buffetaamiainen oli hyvä, mutta se oli pienempi valinta kuin mitä olen nähnyt muissa hotellissa. Veganina, löysin melkein tarpeeksi vaihtoehtoja. Huolimatta joitakin myönteisiä, luulen hotelli oli liian kalliita. Esimerkiksi maksoin vain noin 20 dollaria ylimääräistä oleskelua City Garden Grand Hotel, sen pääsy Makati ja ylempi tila."

"The location is very accessible and near to McDonald's too.👍 The room is clean and the room ac is nice! 👍🥶 I gave their service a 4/5 because I did an advance booking and yet let me wait for the room to be prepared. 😐So I hope next time they prioritize the one's who has an advance bookings/online bookings. 🥺🙃 And I can hear the staff outside the corridors as early as 6:30am, hope they are more considerate for guest who are still sleeping. 🤐🤫😴 But overall I had a great stay here at Sogo Gen Tri 🫡👍👌"

"This is my third stay at this hotel and all I can say is their service is good, their staff are accommodating, and the place is quiet, ideal for a short getaway. The rooms are spacious and clean. The free breakfast they serve is also delicious. Kudos to the management and the whole team. Looking forward to coming back and staying here again."
