Stayed for 1 night — everything was great! The residence is conveniently located near Paradigm Mall, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. The host/management was friendly and responsive, and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear and hassle-free. The unit itself was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for larger families or groups. Everyone had plenty of space to relax comfortably.

The hotel was very beautiful and relaxing. The location was very good, mount Austin generallya very good place with a lot of restaurants and massage parlors nearby. The lemongrass scent that perfumes the hotel created very relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. Only issue we had with the hotel was that the toilet was on the smaller side, there were no place to easily hang your clothes when trying to take a bath and there was no basin table. Anyway, will still come back again 🥳

This hotel provides complimentary parking in the basement which is a huge carpark catered for the convention crowd. Our room is huge for three pax. The open air carpark beside the hotel is an approved fireworks/fire crackers letting off ground during Chinese New Year 2026. Hence there is frequent bomb bomb sound at night during our stay. Food is easy to find in the hotel vicinity. Hotel breakfast buffet is very basic. No service staff will make you scrambled or sunny side eggs.

Overall, the stay was okay and generally comfortable. The room was decent and suitable for a short business stay. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The shower water tended to leak outside of the toilet area, and I noticed a strand of hair on the bed upon arrival. The bed was also a bit squeaky, which might be noticeable for light sleepers. That said, the place is still acceptable for the price, and with some improvements in cleanliness and maintenance, it could be better. Not a bad stay overall.

We decided to stay near Mount Austin because we enjoy the nightlife there, and in the morning we could easily have wanton mee for breakfast. However, it was very difficult to find a decent hotel in the area. The hotel is located between Mount Austin and IKEA. Although both places are accessible by cab, it is not walkable, which makes the location quite inconvenient. We booked two single rooms for $60, with a RM100 deposit for both rooms. The rooms were extremely small—we couldn’t even open our cabin-sized luggage properly. The bed was very uncomfortable; we could clearly feel the springs. To make things worse, the walls were very thin, and we could hear voices and people walking outside clearly. Overall, we would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

The location is not bad, but there are several issues with the hotel. The walkway has an unpleasant smell, and some rooms don’t even have a chair. There are also very few charging plugs available. When there were problems with the room, it was difficult to request a room change. The hotel should keep a few standby rooms available so that guests with issues can be moved easily.

We reached the hotel at about 11.30pm from Songapore on 8/4. Upon reaching, we asked the security guard about the booking procedure. He does not know anything about it. He showed that there are boxes to collect the keys from near the laundry room. However, there were no instructions or information of password or room number to collect the keys. I tried to call the hotline and the internet phone but neither was successful in my attend. It was already past midnite. We were tored after the 11/2 hour of jam at the Causeway. We decided to search for another room at the agoda.com and found something for us to spend the night at Grand Landmark Hotel. It costed us $62 SGD. We stayed there until noon and decided to go back to the KSL Premier Residence. I checked my email and saw the instruction to the room coming in at 5.53am which is about 5hours from the time we alerted them via the apps. We went back before noon to the KSL Residence and checked in. Place is nice but we felt shortchanged and ill treated with this hiccups. We would like to ask for a refund for the first day and that Trip.com should pay for our sstay at Grand Landmark Hotel on 8-9 April for goodwill. It is not easy to move around with 2 msmall children.
