"Hotel is in a good area, close to lots of restaurants, tourist information and markets with street food. The area felt very safe to walk alone at night.
The hotel pool was amazing! Lots of seating and big enough that it never felt crowded.
The room was clean and spacious.
The staff were very friendly and hospitable.
The breakfast was delicious with a decent amount of variety and it changed daily. So you could try different things on the days."

"I recently stayed at the City Express Junior by Marriott in Cancun, and overall, I was very pleased with my experience. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, which made my stay comfortable from the start. I also loved how conveniently located it was—just a short distance from shopping centers and popular attractions, making it easy to explore the area.
The service stood out as well; the staff members were friendly and always ready to help with directions or recommendations. Although the rooms were on the smaller side, they had everything I needed for a short stay. The amenities, including the breakfast area and common spaces, were well-kept and made for a pleasant environment to relax in.
My only minor complaint is that the walls seemed a bit thin, so I occasionally heard noise from the hallway. However, it wasn’t enough to significantly affect my stay. Overall, I’d recommend City Express Junior by Marriott Cancun to travelers looking for a clean, convenient, and budget-friendly option in the city. I look forward to returning on my next trip to Cancun!"

"The hotel is close to the airport but you need to take the shuttle bus at Terminal 3, Bay 26. You need to message the hotel that you've arrived otherwise it could be a long wait. The hotel has a nice outdoor pool for relaxation. The room I had was of good size. The bathroom was clean with good hot water for the shower, albeit not of strong pressure. Very comfortable bed and pillows, which is essential. Nice dining option at the restaurant with friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. I recommend this hotel if you wish to be in the vicinity of the airport."

Pero al entrar en la habitación, en el piso bajo junto a la piscina, nos encontramos el suelo del baño encharcado y algunos pequeños insectos muertos. Lo peor es que a la mañana siguiente me desperté con el cuerpo acribillado a picaduras. Debió ser mala suerte pero esa ha sido mi experiencia."

一番残念だったのは、「朝食６ペソ」とあったので、期待して向かったら、150ペソと言われたこと。値上がりしたのかもしれないし、6ドルの間違いだったかもしれないが、記載事項を信頼して申し込んだのに、まったく異なっていて、「だまされた、詐欺か」と思った。この点は、速やかに直されることを期待します。"

這家酒店在ADO總站附近，大馬路邊上，步行可到，吃了一個玉米餅23塊比索，1刀吧！周邊有大超市，安全，為了第二天去機場方便，其實多慮了，酒店區也不遠，酒店邊上的XO便利店前面就是R1，50分鐘直接到Playa Delfines，12比索車票，類似三亞客運總站到海棠灣！海水蔚藍，晚霞粉紅，墨西哥不知道哪特別像泰國，旅遊區基本上跟北美差不多，一個牛肉漢堡15刀，本地人吃一盤中餐蓋澆飯，也超過多150比索，7.5刀，跟費城唐人街差不多，一個水煮牛肉480比索，24刀，比瑞典斯德哥爾摩都貴，坎昆是美加冬季的旅遊飛地！"

VVieraskäyttäjäEverything was amazing at this hotel except for a couple things. The service was wonderful. Enjoyed that part the most. The food was also very good. Especially enjoyed the gourmet Italian restaurant, Chianti. Service there is the bomb! The pool is small and overcrowded, however. Not much seating around the pool either. The beach was sufficiently stocked with plenty of palapas and chairs, which was nice. Didn't have a problem getting a space on the beach any time of day. The color of the water in this location is absolutely breathtaking, but the roughness of the beach is tremendous. Very difficult to enjoy the water at all. Next time I will have to find a place with calmer waters. Getting a reservation for the gourmet restaurants is daunting, as usual for Mexico. I can never understand why making dinner reservations is so difficult to do at these all inclusive hotels. It is really ridiculous. The day we arrived, the ”concierge” (but really the timeshare sales person) promised to make a reservation for us for a few nights later to eat at the Italian restaurant, and she told us to check with her the day before to confirm the reservation. So I did exactly as she said but I was told that they cannot see what reservations are made until the day of the reservation. So I had to check again the day of, and of course there was no reservation made for us. They were able to give us a reservation for that evening, however. Good thing because I would have really been upset had they not, especially since we were going to be leaving the next day! Soooo very tired of this BS at the all inclusives. It's coming to the point where it's not even worth it to do the all-inclusive anymore. So very ridiculous, I swear. Something so easy has to be so difficult for them. Anyway, I wouldn't stay here again because we were not able to enjoy the pool at all, nor the beach because of the roughness of the water. Almost constantly there is a volleyball game going on in the pool and there's no room for anything else unless you want to get hit in the head by the ball! But the music around the pool was good most of the time.

I was more than happy to be here. The hotel itself looked kitschy with some concrete human statues at the entrance. The pool was small (you can enjoy swimming at the beach though). But overall, the vibes was homey! My booking came with free breakfast.
The receptionist - Jessica - was very welcoming. She's competent speaking in English and would explain everything you need to know upon check in. She even gave me a printed map of what I can see and do around downtown Cancun. Room was ok, large room with a kitchenette and a proper sink. There's smart TV in the room with Netflix and YouTube.
Location wise, it's 5 minutes to Soriana Supermarket, and then cross the road (Avenida Tulum) from Soriana and you're at the ADO Bus Terminal to the airport. You can also take bus R1 on Avenida Tulum to the Hotel Zone.
There's a Poke shop next door and a burger (if you are sick of Mexican food). It's 15 mins walk to Mercado 23 (where the locals shop) and you can buy souvenirs way cheaper.
You can book Uber and you'd be picked up in front of the hotel.
I will definitely come back to this hotel when I visit Cancun in the future.

ホテルの掃除のスタッフが外にいたのですぐ綺麗にしてもらうようにお願いしました。
わたしたちが外出中に対応してくれて蟻はいなくなっていましたが、その周辺は気持ち悪くて近づけませんでした。
アメニティのコーヒーバックも飲まずに置いて帰りました。
死者の日でしたのでフロント前には写真のような飾りつけがありました。

Huoneen sukellus oli ongelma, kun saapuimme, se vei minut seuraamaan saada henkilö, joka otti kylpyhuone pyyhe poistaa ja jätti sekä kostean pyyhe ja sukelluslohko kylpyhuoneen alustalla ... ehkä muutama asia, että he voivat parantaa. LLuci.LuxyThis was our 3rd time here ( because of the jacuzzi in the room) . Unfortunately it was also our last visit . We paid for the room with jacuzzi . The AC in the room was broken , we couldn’t turn it off and it was freezing cold in there . We asked them if they could turn it off . They sent someone to fix it . We waited in front of the room for some time . They turned it off but the freezing cold air was still flowing and they told us ITS LIKE THAT WE CANT TURN IT OFF .. uh okay? We asked for another room . We changed the rooms and we discovered that the jacuzzi was not working 😂 the jets power was like when you turn on a faucet . We couldn’t even feel it. The water level was going down quickly so we had to refill the jacuzzi couple of times in one evening. Next day we asked for fixing it or changing the rooms, they sent someone again to fix it . We waited some time in front of our room as we didn’t want to leave our stuff unattended (probably around 1 hour) they were still fixing it and we had enough so we went to the pool. They “fixed” it in couple of hours and guess what . It was the same 😂🤌 I took the manager to the room and showed her the “power” of the jets and she told me that it is working . I told her I see it’s working but it has no power and this is not jacuzzi , it’s a bathtub with faucets on . She said this is the best they could do . I told her I was on the hotel before and I know how the jacuzzi should work and this is not working and I would like another room with all amenities working . She told me there are no more rooms left in our category 😂 only the ona with the broken AC . … I thought there will be some effort from their site to resolve this or offer something .. some gesture as an apology… but nothing they left us in room with broken jacuzzi and I explained to them many times that I booked the room only because of the jacuzzi . Tgey said sorry and left the room . sooo very disappointed and never coming back . I loved the hotel the first 2 times but it’s going downhill. That’s why it has 3 stars on Google and booking and everywhere else . Don’t go there if you don’t want to loose your nerves.

They have a cook who carefully prepares omeletes and quesadillas, definitely recommend the chicken chipotle quesadillas. Buffet may not be included so you may want to double check to be sure.
The living quarters were basic as well. You will have a security box, closet, small tv. They commonly clean every morning, if you don't want it to be clean you can place the do not disturb packard. Everything in the room is white, you will have a decent view of the buildings around, but the view is relaxing. Btw, it's advised to secure your belongings if you have a suitcase, this logic would apply any hotel you go to, better safe then sorry. Staff were very nice, everyone within the buffet mostly speak perfect english, but the cleaning ladies were not able to. Just something to be aware of.
*** If you love starbucks, they have one at the entrance. They can't make a Barbie Frappuccino but they have most drinks similar to the aiports.
I did not go to the pool of gym due to frequent travel to Xcaret. This is a hotel morentowards those who do travel versus the cost of an all inclusive.
Overall, this hotel is budget friendly and the concierge/staff were very kind. Defintely worth the considering.
FYI, you want to run the water for a little to get it hot. Its more between hot and warm, they could update the shower heads. Bht they give you plenty of towels they have a blowdryer aswell.
Also, outlets may be an issue in the single rooms, the family rooms are well equiped.
Close to the airport aswell, the drive is around 10 minutes.

The staff was exceptional, earning a well-deserved 10/10 for their friendliness and dedication. The ambiance of the hotel was serene and inviting, making it an ideal getaway, which I would rate 9/10. While the restaurant could improve slightly, I would still give it a commendable 8/10 for its offerings.
Overall, considering the outstanding beachfront location, the exceptional staff, and the peaceful ambiance, my experience was nothing short of delightful. I would confidently rate my stay a 9.5/10 and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Cancun!
