"A great hotel to stay in before/after a flight. It was walking distance to terminal 2 or 3, although they also offer a free shuttle service from reception which we used for the very short distance to avoid the rain! The room was clean and had everything you’d want. The pool was nice and open 7am-10pm so we even managed a swim the morning before our flight! We arrived hungry just before 10pm and ate at the hotel restaurant and they adjusted a vegetarian wrap to make it vegan for us which was appreciated. It was very tasty! Breakfast was nice and also good for vegans, with almond milk and soya milk. A good stay."

"　立地はＡＤバスターミナルから少し遠かったが、タクシーを使うほどではないので、キャリーケースをもって10分程度歩いたが、人によっては遠すぎると思う人がいるかもしれない。 　室内金庫の使い方の説明がなかったので、ハウスキーパーを呼んだが、英語が通じなかったので、翻訳アプリを使う必要があった。それでもわからなかったので、2回も来てもらった。嫌がらずに、来てくれたのはよかったが、1回で済まなかったので、そこが面倒だと思う人がいるかもしれない。 　一番残念だったのは、「朝食６ペソ」とあったので、期待して向かったら、150ペソと言われたこと。値上がりしたのかもしれないし、6ドルの間違いだったかもしれないが、記載事項を信頼して申し込んだのに、まったく異なっていて、「だまされた、詐欺か」と思った。この点は、速やかに直されることを期待します。"

"We had a very good stay. While there was a disturbance in the the middle of the night, the hotel acted quickly to resolve the situation and compensate us for the issue. A special thanks to Wilberth at reception for his excellent service. He and the manager Alejandro clearly stood out with their attitude and hospitality, turning a negative experience into what is now a very positive one."

"Hotel is in a good area, close to lots of restaurants, tourist information and markets with street food. The area felt very safe to walk alone at night. The hotel pool was amazing! Lots of seating and big enough that it never felt crowded. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. The breakfast was delicious with a decent amount of variety and it changed daily. So you could try different things on the days."

"Hotel muy conveniente, cercano al aeropuerto, con servicio de transfer gratuito. El personal es amable, el desayuno muy decente ybtiene una piscina grande y muy bonita. Pero al entrar en la habitación, en el piso bajo junto a la piscina, nos encontramos el suelo del baño encharcado y algunos pequeños insectos muertos. Lo peor es que a la mañana siguiente me desperté con el cuerpo acribillado a picaduras. Debió ser mala suerte pero esa ha sido mi experiencia."

"I had a very pleasant stay at the Ibis Hotel in Cancún. The property is clean, comfortable, and offers great value for money. The rooms are simple but modern and well-maintained — exactly what you need for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, always ready to assist with any questions. The location is excellent, right next to a Walmart Express and within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, and transport connections. It’s also convenient for joining local tours and excursions. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options to start the day. The hotel feels safe and organized, and everything worked smoothly from check-in to check-out. "Everything was great. We especially loved the pool in the late afternoon when the sun was blocked by the building — it wasn’t too hot. The food was better than we expected. Loved the kids club, and all the activities were really fun. The only downside was that the beach wasn’t as good and gentle as the northern ones, and when it was windy, umbrellas weren’t allowed. The buffet restaurant was also quite hot and stuffy."

"This was our 3rd time here ( because of the jacuzzi in the room) . Unfortunately it was also our last visit . We paid for the room with jacuzzi . The AC in the room was broken , we couldn’t turn it off and it was freezing cold in there . We asked them if they could turn it off . They sent someone to fix it . We waited in front of the room for some time . They turned it off but the freezing cold air was still flowing and they told us ITS LIKE THAT WE CANT TURN IT OFF .. uh okay? We asked for another room . We changed the rooms and we discovered that the jacuzzi was not working 😂 the jets power was like when you turn on a faucet . We couldn’t even feel it. The water level was going down quickly so we had to refill the jacuzzi couple of times in one evening. Next day we asked for fixing it or changing the rooms, they sent someone again to fix it . We waited some time in front of our room as we didn’t want to leave our stuff unattended (probably around 1 hour) they were still fixing it and we had enough so we went to the pool. They “fixed” it in couple of hours and guess what . It was the same 😂🤌 I took the manager to the room and showed her the “power” of the jets and she told me that it is working . I told her I see it’s working but it has no power and this is not jacuzzi , it’s a bathtub with faucets on . She said this is the best they could do . I told her I was on the hotel before and I know how the jacuzzi should work and this is not working and I would like another room with all amenities working . She told me there are no more rooms left in our category 😂 only the ona with the broken AC . … I thought there will be some effort from their site to resolve this or offer something .. some gesture as an apology… but nothing they left us in room with broken jacuzzi and I explained to them many times that I booked the room only because of the jacuzzi . Tgey said sorry and left the room . sooo very disappointed and never coming back . I loved the hotel the first 2 times but it’s going downhill. That’s why it has 3 stars on Google and booking and everywhere else . Don’t go there if you don’t want to loose your nerves."

"I had mixed feelings about this hotel: -Very spacious room/suite and comfortable bed. -Nice places to hang out in the hotel with nice views. -Staff was very friendly But: -Poor isolation. We got awaken by loud music from neighbors’ tv at 6 AM. We heard everything as if the speakers were in our room. -Disappointing breakfast (only toast and fruits). Overall good experience, but could be better for a 4-star hotel."

"The hotel is close to the airport but you need to take the shuttle bus at Terminal 3, Bay 26. You need to message the hotel that you've arrived otherwise it could be a long wait. The hotel has a nice outdoor pool for relaxation. The room I had was of good size. The bathroom was clean with good hot water for the shower, albeit not of strong pressure. Very comfortable bed and pillows, which is essential. Nice dining option at the restaurant with friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. I recommend this hotel if you wish to be in the vicinity of the airport."
