Tämä on ensimmäinen kerta, kun yöpyn Qiuguo-hotellissa. Ajoimme tänne muista provinsseista, ja ollaksemme rehellisiä, emme olleet tyytyväisiä. Hotellilla ei ollut parkkipaikkaa, mutta he sanoivat, että siellä oli yhteinen parkkipaikka. Emme kuitenkaan kertoneet, missä hotellin parkkipaikka sijaitsee, vain, että se on muutaman sadan metrin päässä (edessä). Olimme erittäin ärsyyntyneitä pysäköintiongelmasta. Puhelimeni akku loppui, joten en voinut ottaa kuvia lasteni henkilöllisyydestä. Meillä oli paljon matkatavaroita, ja vastaanoton henkilökunta teki asioita erittäin mekaanisesti, mikä ärsytti meitä entisestään. Kun olimme menossa ulos seuraavana päivänä, rikkoimme vahingossa teeastian. Tyttö nimeltä Hu vastaanotossa oli erittäin ystävällinen ja vieraanvarainen.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The customer service was outstanding, staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. The rooms and facilities were exceptionally clean, making the stay very comfortable. The location is unbeatable at a good rate, get upgrade after my first day, just steps away from the Shenzhen electronics market, so you can walk straight into the heart of the market. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen for business or leisure.

I really like this hotel the other reviews say that some of the rooms are difficult to find and it’s like a maze inside and that’s no lie but there’s usually staff wandering the halls. You could ask him they’re very helpful the front check-in is professional and fast the hotel is also very easy to find in convenient nearby metro station. Happy travels.

Quite a decent hotel with very friendly service. Facilities are good except the remote for the TV (unable to switch channels or basically anything!). The hotel provides desserts every night for guests and it's sent to the room by robots. Quite a comfortable stay with many eateries nearby and even a TCM massage a few shops away.

Ensinnäkin on sanottava, että hotellin palvelu oli poikkeuksellista. Ennen varauksen tekemistä soitin vastaanottoon esittääkseni kysymyksiä, ja Xiao Cheng oli erittäin ystävällinen ja kärsivällinen vastatessaan niihin. Varauksen jälkeen hän soitti takaisin vahvistaakseen varauksen. Sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä sain myös huomaavaisen kortin siivoushenkilökunnalta, mikä oli erittäin sydäntä lämmittävää. Hotellihuone oli upea ja tilava, ja itsepalvelupyykinpesuaine oli erittäin kätevä ja puhdas. Aluksi olin hieman huolissani luettuani joitakin negatiivisia arvosteluja, mutta vastaanottohenkilökunnan asenne sai minut tuntemaan, että hotellin täytyy olla hyvä. Sisäänkirjautumisen jälkeen kaikki huoleni hälvenivät täysin. Huone oli puhdas ja siisti, hyvin suunniteltu, ja siellä oli hyvää juomavettä ja välipaloja. Myös aamiainen oli varsin hyvä, ja ravintolan henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä.

This was our last stop before flying home and was the most disappointing of all 6 places we stayed at during our two weeks in China. We had high expectations of Orange hotel as the one we stayed at in Emeishan （峨眉山) was splendid and beautiful, which added to our disappointment when we stayed here. One big callout is that the hotel shares the same building with other businesses including a medical insurance facility, and there are only 2 lifts servicing the whole building with 30 floors! It was such a frustrating long wait each time we wanted to go up or down, especially during peak hours (coincidentally also the period hotel guests usually go have breakfast and go out). The first room we got was not clean and really small compared to the photos advertised online. Apparently they have a lot of different room types all classified as the same type online, so make your requests / preferences clear when booking. I also empathise with the staff. They tried their best in being accommodating and responsive but it was obvious that they were understaffed due to the high volume of guests and all having their personal requests. Interactions with them were generic, and we did not feel the warmth and personalised service we received from staff at other hotel chains. Breakfast was quite nice, above average with some good options but nothing much to shout about. They have 2 washing machines and 2 dryer machines for guests to use, which we didn't get to use due to the high number of guests staying there However, its location is very convenient and only 2-3 mins on foot to the nearest MRT station. We chose to stay here due it's close proximity to Futian station (only 15mins on high speed rail to Hong Kong). All in all, I would avoid this Orange hotel (and actually all other Orange hotels) in the future, with so many other better options to choose from.

The overall environment of the hotel is clean and tidy. The facilities are well maintained. The rooms are spacious and well-lit, with soft and comfortable bedding. The bathroom facilities are complete and functional. The front desk staff are friendly, patient, and efficient in processing check-ins. The staff are courteous and attentive, responding promptly to any needs. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around, and the value for money is high. The overall experience was very satisfying, and it is definitely worth recommending.

Lähistöllä on paljon ravintoloita, pysäköinti on kätevää ja vastaanoton ja siivoojan palveluasenne on erittäin hyvä ja ystävällinen.

If you are a light sleeper, avoid this place!!! The sound insulation is poor, and you can hear people talking in their rooms through the walls. I got woken up three times because of people talking either in the hallway or in their rooms, and I already had earplugs and white noise playing. However if you’re a sound sleeper, service was friendly and helpful from the receptionist to the cleaning lady and breakfast uncle 😂 they let us stay until 1 pm for check out. Breakfast was ok. The big projection screen was nice. Room layout was standard. For the price, it’s pretty good and a five minute walk to the OCT loft main area. Just a shame for light sleepers 🥲

Stayed here a short time, but was satisfied with the room. The staff were very responsive when we had a problem with the router (I needed to turn it off and on again to make it work). Wifi worked well, shower had hot water, soap and shampoo, I did not use the kitchenette at all. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Be aware that you will not find the place without watching the video—the building is very close to the station, but the way to the place is like a maze, and sometimes the road seems blocked. After you find it, it’s super convenient! Would stay again, 5/5 stars.
