Lu Yue Hotel (Shenzhen Huaqiangbei Science Museum Metro Station Store)

Very beautiful and friendly staff, excellent accomodation and facilities (they have a room for snooker and a gym ), and a nourishing breakfast. A worthwile 3 Night stay, must recommend

Love love love the big projector screen to catch the World Cup. Super big bed and daily refreshing of towel, bottled and can drinks and spring cleaning was a big plus. Enjoyed the stay very much. Only down side was the room access cards needed to be refreshed everyday to gain access to the room and had to make several trips down to the concierge to reactivate it.

The hotel service has been amazing, despite the staff english is limited but they are very helpful and kind. They took the time to use the translation apps to communicate so that we can understand each other without any trouble. The hotel room is also very clean. The room has no smell and they even disinfect the towel. The hair dryer they provided is also very good. There is also a laundry room and there steaming iron provided too. This very helpful and useful especially as when I was travelling during raining season. So i can wash my clothes without trouble. The location of the hotel is also very good. There are a lot of restaurants in the surrounding and also a walking distance to the electronic mall and also to the metro station. It has been a wonderful stay in this hotel!!!

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay! ✅ The shower head is well maintained and appears to be regularly replaced. ✅ The bed sheets and blankets were spotless, clean, and fresh. ✅ The hotel is equipped with modern smart facilities and amenities. ✅ The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. ✅ The location is convenient and makes traveling around easy. ❌ The breakfast could be improved. The variety of dishes is still somewhat limited, many items are quite oily, and there are not many meat options available. hotel is in a residential district. a lot of local food around. despite that, not a lot of noise throughout the day. the robot makes delivery very convenient. overall, a nice stay. would come back.

The hotel is near to restaurants and there is a nice snooker table near to reception. The hotel is clean.

The hotel is located in a convenient area. However, during our stay, several Didi drivers we flagged down were unfamiliar with the hotel and declined the ride. This may have been because the property was relatively new. I would recommend booking rides through the app instead of hailing taxis on the street. The first level appeared to be undergoing some renovation work, with check-in located on Level 3. In my opinion, the overall atmosphere felt closer to a 3-star property than a 4-star one. That said, the room was spacious and the bathroom was beautifully designed. I especially liked the stone finishes. The projector-style TV system was not very user friendly for me, although the technician who assisted us was helpful. Unfortunately, our room was not very soundproof. We were disturbed by noise from other guests between approximately 1AM-3AM., which made it difficult to sleep. We didn’t alert anyone because we did not want any trouble. Overall, the property did not fully meet our expectations, but the staff’s service was excellent throughout our stay. Hotel: 5/10 Staff service: 10/10

I had a great stay at Luyue Hotel Shenzhen. The location is excellent, very convenient for exploring the city and especially the electronics markets. The reception staff were extremely kind, professional, and always helpful. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options. Everything was clean and well organized. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen.
