説真話，下次如果再來這地方，我依然會選擇住這裏，用攜程接近20年了，能做到這麼多評論還可以是零差評的，服務這點可以説是不輸五星級酒店的，甚至很多走中高端路線的民宿，服務超越五星級酒店的，這家店的服務，沒得説，定下來房間第一時間聯繫客人，詢問到店的時間，再告知路線和是否開車，怎麼安排停車，一切服務應有盡有… 定的這間房，就是為了看日落的，趕在太陽下山前，去到了酒店，結果，我那不爭氣的摺疊屏手機卻在關鍵時候關機了，充半天都不開機，鬱悶死我了，當時店裡小姐姐給準備了下午茶，看着就美味可口，因為我生理期不適合喝菊花茶，還給我換成了咖啡…真的無比感激小姐姐的服務👍👍好在孩子因為在小梅沙海洋世界裏玩了潛水，時間太久了，冷到了。到了酒店第一時間把陽台泡池放滿，孩子看着日落，吃着美味的下午茶點心，驅散了全身的寒氣。孩子突然來的一句話，讓我覺得一切都值了“（⊙o⊙）哇，原來這個酒店的日落真的好美啊”。雖然遺憾沒有拍到那麼美的日落，但是最起碼我和我的寶貝，親眼目睹了，晚上孩子睡了，我就坐陽台看星星…滿天繁星，這感覺，真的很好！ 酒店的洗浴用品也特別好的，都是全新的，然後，給孩子洗了兩次頭髮，都不會乾枯打結，特別的滋潤柔順，説明東西確實不錯。孩子喜歡那個洗護用品的味道，臨走時還説要帶走，等着下次去別的地方旅行時候用。 第二天離開酒店前，孩子去旁邊《阿卡那拉琉璃海沙灘》玩水了，玩得不想走，然後到了退房時間，跟小姐姐商量延遲退房，特別温和的説，可以的。那一刻，真的被暖到了，一個人帶娃出門，會有各種狀況，又不想影響孩子出來玩的心情，真的，被理解的心情，太感謝了。 酒店的早餐很不錯，然後就在琉璃海上面的景觀餐廳，位置絕了👍👍 離開時候，孩子還問下次是否還可以來這裏住，那次學的可以。這裏時候放鬆式的遛娃…真的是度假的那種，我也特別喜歡。 整個房間寬敞舒服，衞生也是無可挑剔的，冰箱裏還暖心的準備可樂和零食，過了一個舒適安靜的夜晚… 抽空一定再去。

My family of four and I stayed at the Intercity Hotel Shenzhen Futian Huaqiang North from January 1–6, 2026, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The room and bathroom were impeccably clean—spotless, fresh, and well-maintained throughout our stay. It was a true comfort for all of us, especially when traveling with kids. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone was consistently attentive, warm, and professional. A special thank-you to **Xiao Wei (小韦)**—she was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and always went the extra mile to make sure our family felt welcome and well taken care of. Though I didn’t catch the names of the other team members, they were just as helpful and friendly, contributing to a seamless and enjoyable stay. The hotel’s location is also a huge plus: just steps from the **Huaxin Metro Station entrance**, making it easy to explore the city. And with a **McDonald’s and plenty of local eateries** nearby, mealtime was always convenient and delicious! Highly recommend this hotel for families, solo travelers, or business guests alike. We’ll definitely be back!

I enjoyed my stay in the MGM Shenzhen so much the room was fantastic as was the seaview. We also have front desk representative took us to the room and explained everything concisely and with great enthusiasm so that we could get the best stay in the hotel we enjoyed our stay so much. 海星 continued to keep us updated through WeChat on daily activities available at the hotel and helped us book a table at the hotel restaurant for dinner. Allowing me to fully relaxed and carefree! Breakfast was amazing, lots of varieties and of high quality. Will definitely return in the future!

Very beautiful hotel with clean room, facilities, amenties. Service is excellent, can communicate with the butler via wechat and the response is super fast and kind. You can request for western style breakfast which is quite yummy. The projector is useful as there is such a huge variety of movies available 👍 The professional photography service is also good, the photographer is a pro!, tip: book during sunset hours. Very foreigner friendly too because the staff is thoughtful and uses translation to communicate:) I will recommend this place! :) Good memory in Shenzhen❣️

We were so impressed of almost everything about this stay. I will recommend to my friends, and the my relatives to come and pay a visit. This package of a new renovated room plus Club Lounge access both are amazing.  Food is great. Service is amazing. The view is epic.  The room is built and designed well.  Gym room is big.  Especially our highlight is the customer service, my wife and I wanna point out the staff that serving us (入住服務大使) Mandy is very kind and helpful to us. Delight our stay. Also other staffs that served/helped us are very polite and kind. (Front desk: Perry etc.)  We couldn’t ask for more. Coz this is more than our expectation. I will recommend you to choose this.

Gorgeous hotel! Staff are so lovely and friendly! Our room was upgraded and we had a gorgeous view, when I next visit Shenzhen I would like to stay again! The hotel is not too far away from the local train station which will take you directly into Shenzhen, there’s also a beach nearby with many food stalls. A great outlet park is just a walk away from the hotel. There’s also a robo food delivery which is so cool! Loved our stay, thankyou so much x.serendy resort!

We had a very pleasant stay at UrCove Hotel. The location is convenient — just a short walk from Yuehaimen MRT Station (Exit E with lift access), and the station itself is very new. It’s also only two stops away from the airport line, which made getting around easy. The hotel is located in a relatively new area with mainly office buildings, so it was quiet at night and good for resting. We were pleasantly surprised with complimentary breakfast, even though we didn’t manage to fully utilize it. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Although they were often busy, they assisted us on multiple occasions, especially with parcel collection, and were always patient and kind. There is also a free-to-use laundry area, and the staff even offered to return the clothes to our room, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience and we’re very thankful for the warm hospitality. Would be back again if opportunity allows! ———————————— 我们在 UrCove 酒店的入住体验非常愉快。酒店位置便利，步行即可到达粤海门地铁站（E 出口有电梯），而且地铁站很新。距离机场线只有两站，出行十分方便。 酒店位于较新的办公区，晚上环境安静，适合休息。酒店还贴心地提供了免费早餐，虽然行程关系没能充分享用，但依然让人感到惊喜。 工作人员整体非常友善、乐于助人。虽然平时比较忙，但多次协助我们领取包裹，每次都很耐心。酒店也提供免费的洗衣区，工作人员甚至主动提出可以将洗好的衣物送回房间，服务十分周到。 总体来说，这是一次非常不错的入住体验，我们对酒店的服务和整体感受都很满意，值得推荐。

From the moment I stepped into its soaring lobby, I knew this would be one of those stays that redefines what luxury hospitality means. Arrival and Reception First impressions matter, and the reception team at the Mandarin Oriental understands this with an almost intuitive grace. Jason Zhu greeted me with the kind of warmth that felt less like a rehearsed welcome and more like being received by an old friend who just happens to have impeccable professional instincts. His attention to detail was extraordinary — he had noted my preferences before I could voice them, and the check-in process was so seamless it barely registered as a process at all. Sicily and Marsh were equally outstanding, always present at just the right moments with a smile, a helpful suggestion, or a thoughtful gesture. Together, the three of them set a tone of effortless elegance that carried through every hour of my stay. In a city as fast-paced and forward-looking as Shenzhen, there is something deeply reassuring about a reception team that makes you feel as though time has slowed down just for you. The Club Skyline View Room If the lobby whispered luxury, the Club Skyline View Room declared it in full voice. Perched high above the glittering sprawl of Shenzhen, the room offered a panorama that genuinely stopped me in my tracks. Floor-to-ceiling windows framed the city's dazzling skyline — a forest of illuminated towers stretching toward the horizon, the lights of Futian and beyond shimmering like an earthbound constellation. I found myself drawn to the window repeatedly, at golden hour, at twilight, and again in the deep hours of the night, each time discovering a different mood and a different kind of beauty. The room itself was a masterclass in refined design. The palette was calm and sophisticated, with rich textures and thoughtful layering that felt contemporary yet timeless in the way the Mandarin Oriental has always done best. The bed was, simply put, superb — the kind of bed that makes you reconsider every mattress you have ever slept on and find them all wanting. Linens were crisp and impossibly soft. The bathroom was a sanctuary of marble and glass, generously appointed with the brand's signature amenities, and the soaking tub positioned near the window offered what might be one of the finest bathing experiences in southern China. Every detail, from the lighting controls to the turndown service to the quiet hum of climate perfection, spoke of a property that understands the difference between filling a room with expensive things and creating a genuine sense of place and comfort. The Mandarin Club Accessing the Mandarin Club elevated an already exceptional stay into something truly rarefied. The lounge itself is a beautifully curated space — serene, sophisticated, and blessed with those same sweeping skyline views that make this property so special. But what transforms the Club from a lovely room with good canapés into a genuinely memorable experience is its people. Chelsea Zhou is a revelation and deserves a special mention. Her hospitality instincts are pitch-perfect; she anticipated needs I hadn't yet articulated, and managed to be attentive without ever being intrusive — a balance that even the finest hotels in the world struggle to achieve. Priscilla Pang was equally impressive, radiating a genuine kindness and professionalism that made every interaction a pleasure. Whether it was the afternoon tea service, or the evening menu and cocktails, Chelsea and Priscilla ensured that every moment in the Club felt personal, polished, and quietly luxurious. I returned to the lounge far more often than I had planned, not just for the excellent food and drink,

We were very satisfied with our room, which had a balcony and sea view. The room was large, with comfortable bed, and modern bathroom, and very clean. The beach is easily accessible and has many facilities. We ordered drinks from the coffee bar and watched the sun set over the beach. The food we ordered from the Western style restaurant was very delicious. The service was good. We needed help to cast a movie onto the projector screen, and staff came up to our room to help us. Overall we very very impressed, and will come back in summer when we can swim, and will stay longer.

A very solid stay overall. I would rate this property 5 out of 5 across the board for cleanliness, location, service, and amenities. The hotel is extremely clean and very well maintained. Rooms and common areas were consistently in great condition, and everything felt well managed and organized. The location is one of the biggest advantages of this hotel. It sits right next to Windows of the World, which makes it an ideal choice for anyone planning to visit the theme park. If that attraction is on your itinerary, it is difficult to find a more convenient place to stay. The hotel is also connected to a shopping mall, which makes dining and shopping very easy without needing to travel far. On top of that, the property is located right at the exit of a metro station, so getting around Shenzhen is extremely convenient. Service throughout the stay was professional and efficient, and the amenities were exactly what you would expect from a well-run Westin property. Overall, this is a highly convenient and comfortable hotel, particularly for travelers who want easy access to Windows of the World and the surrounding Nanshan area.
